Springfield was hit by severe stormy weather. It literally was a dark and stormy night. In the morning we discovered that the tree in the front yard had split and we heard part of it hitting the front roof. We messaged 4 services, 2 of which responded right away. Lizard Lawn was able to come out to assess the very next day and even arrived early for the appointment. We got the quote, contacted a few others and liked Lizard Lawn the best. We finally got connected told them what I was needing and was told NP they would come to my home the next day and give me an estimate. So the day came and around 7 pm I still had not seen or heard from them. I even texted them earlier in the day asking if they were still coming. No response so I called I was told they got busy and asked if they could come the next day. I said sure cuz I know you do get really busy and time gets away from you. So here it is the next day have heard nothing from this company I even tried calling NO answer. So I don't know how reliable this company is. They had some really good reviews and I was very excited to hire them. Glad I found out early on that they were going to be jusr another lawn care company that doesn't bother showing up.
