Turn-Key came up to St. Louis to drive the U-Haul back to Nixa for me. Upon their arrival, they saw that the truck wasn't packed correctly and had it continued that way, it would not have been possible to finish loading up the rest of the house. Allen Johnson immediately jumped in, even though he didn't have to, and began supervising ANOTHER COMPANY'S workers and REPACKED THE ENTIRE TRUCK while making sure the movers that I hired to do the loading were doing things correctly. After seeing the other company finished the job correctly, Allen and his wife, Beth Repuyan Johnson, drove the U-Haul back...after doing a lot more work than was originally planned. Once we arrived at our destination, Turn-Key Moving and Delivery LLC's crew unloaded the truck in true fashion and form. It was a night and day difference between their crew and the one I hired in St. Louis. Turn-Key went above and beyond to ensure that my move went without issues, even when another company wasn't up to par. They arrived right on time and quickly got to work. Allen and the gentleman he brought with him were both very strong and great at playing U-Haul Tetris! Everything was packed very securely and puzzled into the truck with no gaps. They worked quickly and effectively. They were both very kind and wore masks during the process. I was surprised by how slowly they drove when following us to the new place, but it was only about 10 minutes down the road, so it didn't matter much, probably just trying to keep anything from moving. The truck was packed well enough that nothing moved at all on the way over. Nothing was broken or damaged or missing. None of the usual fears associated with hiring movers were a problem at all. We really appreciated that their timer did not begin until they arrived. Other companies we looked at told us they would start their timer when they left their warehouse and wouldn't end until they got back to it. That was one of the biggest reasons why we chose Turn-Key instead of their competitors. The total ending up being more than the estimate due to it taking us an hour longer than we had originally thought. Overall we are very happy with the service and relieved that we didn't have to move everything by ourselves. They made the moving process so much easier and faster. If myself or any of my friends/family ever need movers, Turn-Key will be getting a call from us.

Movers did not cover any of our wood furniture and piles everything on top of it without any covers or plastic. These are things that can never be replaced. Then they sent a repair guy to try and fix it, had our stuff for 6 weeks and it looks like he spent maybe an hour on the repairs. Absolutely disgusting. Never trust a moving company that doesn't do an inventory or has to rent a uhaul to do their moving. Also destroyed 2 500 dollar mountain bikes that were brand new, by the time we noticed that it was too late. Do not use this horrible company!

As I continue to unpack my well labled boxes, I find so, so many that do NOT have the contents as…read morelabled on the box lid. My assumption, the lids were being traded off to another bottom was becasue they (the guys bringing in the boxes to the house) had pilfered through them checking for valuables. My fear early on was the trucks bringing our belongings would be gone through, but they were in a secured trailer(s) of which we held the information on the ticket that would let us know if someone had broken into the trailer. No folks, this is the guys bringing in the belongings to our home & placing a person in the trailer to open the boxes as they were then to be carted into the house. I had a feeling something was happening as it was too slow of a progress to put a hand truck under the extact same size boxes to be unloaded. But because they are paid hourly, they probably will milk it out for more money. They did over charge us anyway, I guess they get paid for lunch.........? It's tough to find reliable people, but unless you babysit them, your belongings are always jepardised. Tape your boxes shut with a band going around the body of the box. Tape is cheap when you consider what people can steal!
