Yes it is an estimate but you would think that would be at least with in 500.00. The estimate was provided without looking at the whole house. We told her there was more but she declined to look. Her team was great but they can only do what they are allowed. Midway through they informed us what the cost was. When we questioned her on this compared to the estimate this is when she became passive aggressive and would really only speak with us through her staff. She was unorganized,didn't do all that she said she would and was just awful to work with. Her claim of working patiently and kindly with the elderly is not true in our encounter with her. Stay far away from her!

When asked about it I was told there would be no repairs made to the facility. Before winter set in we started finding mice feces on our things. We reported this to the management since they told us previously that they have a professional exterminator service the facility. When we moved out, there was an insane amount of mice feces around both walls. We reported this, as well as the weather seal on the bottom of the roll up door being dry rotted to the point that it was hard and breaking apart, allowing outside debris to blow into the unit and all over our stuff. When we addressed all of this, rather than fixing any of it, they raised the rent appropriately 20% with no justification. The staff at the local office were kind and professional but the company as a whole couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. The care only about maximizing profits. My assumption, the lids were being traded off to another bottom was becasue they (the guys bringing in the boxes to the house) had pilfered through them checking for valuables. My fear early on was the trucks bringing our belongings would be gone through, but they were in a secured trailer(s) of which we held the information on the ticket that would let us know if someone had broken into the trailer. No folks, this is the guys bringing in the belongings to our home & placing a person in the trailer to open the boxes as they were then to be carted into the house. I had a feeling something was happening as it was too slow of a progress to put a hand truck under the extact same size boxes to be unloaded. But because they are paid hourly, they probably will milk it out for more money. They did over charge us anyway, I guess they get paid for lunch.........? It's tough to find reliable people, but unless you babysit them, your belongings are always jepardised. Tape your boxes shut with a band going around the body of the box. Tape is cheap when you consider what people can steal!
