New house needed a roof after hailstorm in April. I have used Dale's previously, and they do great work. I called them again this time, and same quality work has been done. I love their long-time solid reputation in the area, and supporting a small local business. read more

The best advertisement is still word-of-mouth and personal referral. A respected friend who had used Dale's Roofing recommended them to me. Even though they weren't the least expensive of the three bids I obtained, I chose Dale's based on their reputation, professionalism and the way Kyle interacted with me in providing the quote. Gregg supervise the work crew and inspected it at the end. In the office, Nick and especially Lora Lee went over the top in scheduling, follow up and efficiency. I was impressed with the team and highly recommend them if you need a roof. read more

Brandon Gill stopped by to inspect our roof for hail damage after a large storm, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, prompt, and took the time to clearly explain the next steps in the process. We really appreciated how easy he made everything to understand. We're looking forward to receiving the estimate and seeing how the company helps guide us through the insurance claim process. read more

Brandon Gill came out and did an estimate on our roof after the recent hail storm. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything. Brandon let me know of a hole in one of our vents (which we already knew about from the adjustor and another roofer), but Brandon gave it a temporary seal with flex tape! We have not yet had the work done, or even received the written estimate yet, but so far they have been a pleasure to work with. EDIT: Changed it from five stars to one. No integrity...SHADY company! I received a bill for a "temporary roof repair as agreed" for $220. I called about it and the rude lady argued with me stating it was no big deal. Told me to just submit it to the insurance. Not the point, lady. I did not ask for, nor agree to, the "repair". EDIT #2: Dale, the owner, called me and apologized. He was classy, listened, and explained the steps he took, and apologized. Put it back up to 4 stars. read more

Cory, our roofing supervisor, along with Nunez and crew, did a quick, professional, and thorough job replacing our roof after the April hailstorm. They did a detailed job and then cleaned everything up before leaving. Gutter Guards and a downspout will be replaced within a few weeks. I appreciate Brandin Gill getting out for my estimate today! I knew it could be a while since the area was hit with storms April 28th and they would be busy! So glad they were much further ahead of the estimated schedule. Looking forward to seeing what Dale's Roofing comes back with! read more

Brandon Gill cleaned our gutters, sealed vent pipe flashing, and inspected the roof and attic. He arrived on time, communicated appropriately his progress, and generally provided the service in a professional manner. read more

Just a note to say how much I appreciate the work that Matt did for me. After the recent hail storm he came out and placed a temporary covering on a damaged roof vent. Matt was prompt and professional in all that he did. Now I sleep better - knowing that there will be no leakage before Dale's Roofing can install a new roof. Blessings on Matt!! read more

Great experience with there work and responsiveness. There was a heavy wind blowing storm that caused the roof to leak into the home. Called multiple roofing contractors who could not come out to repair the leak or did not call back at all. A neighbor recommended Dales roofing and I called there emergency number and got ahold of Robert. He was informed me he was currently on another job, but would try and get there later that day. He did, fixed the roof and I gave them the job to replace the house roof and detached garage where they did an amazing job. read more

I want to thank Dales for there wonderful work. Since the storms they were booked up but managed to get to me quicker. They did quality work. Would recommend most definitely. read more

Dale's Roofing, under Cory's leadership, did a fine job on our roof May 5-7th. Their team of workers were respectful and hard-working, putting in long hours to beat the predicted rain. We would definitely recommend this company. They delivered for us in a big way! read more

I have been calling and emailing back with this company since June the project manager gave me a quote told me 2 to 3 weeks out , did not receive a contract for over the period of time with no call back , when I reached back out he said to sign the contract he then said another 2 to 3 weeks out, which now I have raw wood exposed for this long , the project manager decided to call back and say to me ir would be 6 to 8 weeks out ,I asked why he said it' was because of a small well house roof I said ok I'll do that roof in one day myself, he got upset and decided to tell me we weren't a good fit since I called him out on his bullshit ,I have been in construction for over 20 years,I know how long things take to order and receive, beware of this company not reliable only to people they designate to be ok for them waste of time and money now that I need to replace more things now , unprofessional and sadly full of shit , they won't call back with any progress and then tell you call someone else I'll never recommend this company to anyone read more

I had Dale's roofing send somebody over to clean the gutters and give me a quote on some gutter guards. The cleaning and inspection was about $180 which wasn't bad. They offer twice a year cleaning programs for a reasonable fee, which I will probably sign up for as the gutter guards were a tad more than I want to spend right now. read more

We just had our roof replaced and they did a phenomenal job! Everyone was super friendly and professional. We recommend Dale's for any roofing job. The best roof at the right price! read more

They came out quickly. The prices were very reasonable. The repairs were done quickly as well and someone showed up a few days later to inspect the repairs. read more

We had Dales Roofing put gutters on our house and let me just say what a fantastic job these guys done. I watched them work on this project the whole time they were here and I am so impressed about how hard they worked. I will be recommending Dales Roofing to anyone who needs roofing or gutters or anything else that they might do!! read more

Jessie and Mark came out to complete a small repair to our roof. They found a bunch of poorly done work by the previous roofing company before we owned the house. They fixed it all properly and made sure to keep us in the loop since it took extra time. They are great examples of why I trust Dale's with my home and will continue to do so in the future. Well done Jessie and Mark! read more

We had Dale's replace our roof and gutters. They do outstanding work, the crew that did ours was very pleasant and worked fast, I couldn't believe they were done in a day. The two gentlemen that installed our gutters did a great job, they look great! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was that they are not very good at keeping the customer informed of when things will get done. I had to make several call and emailed the salesman that bid our job. It still took over a month to get the job done. I never knew when things were going to happen. Great work otherwise! Avoid Dale's Roofing. They are an unreliable, unprofessional operation. They procrastinated for five months, held sample clay tiles, but never provided an estimate. After months of being ignored, when confronted they fessed up that they could not find replacement tiles --they were told it was 100 year old tile at the start and that replacements were stored on site. The one piece without a spare, they were told could be salvaged from an outbuilding. They are no friend to clay tile work or historic properties. read more

Hard workers! Honest! No BS! Military friendly. Pay when work is done perfectly and finished. They have been great.

We had a terrible experience with another roofing company and switched to Dale's Roofing. In less than a week the whole process was completed and they did an amazing job. We were thrilled with our experience. read more

I recently had my roof replaced by Dale's Roofing, and they did a professional job. I've never seen anyone work as hard or efficiently as Dale's crew, and they completed the job on time for a fair price (I got three other quotes, and Dale's wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive). I chose Dale's because of his Better Business Bureau rating, recommendations from previous customers and his quote which was very detailed. Hopefully, I won't need another roof for 50 years, but if I'm still around, and Dale's is still in business, we'll talk. read more

One of the best companies around Springfield I would highly recommend them to do any repairs or roofs

Worst experience I've had with someone doing work on our house. Hired for simple install of flash stepping and trim around chimney turned into a complete mess. After the stepping was installed the damage done to the chimney was worse than the initial issue. *The boards that were replaced were not flush with other trim. *The new boards were not painted to match the rest. *The workers did not score the trim when pulling off boards and peeled off large chunks of paint. *Parts of the trim were patched together with caulk and smaller pieces of wood. *There was trash and leftover pieces from the work left all over back patio. After speaking with the owner he agreed and said he would send out someone to fix the problems. Month passed before hearing from the person they were sending out to fix. He stated he would be out the following week and never showed up. I ended up having to find someone else to fix. Left message for owner and have never heard back. I have never gone out of my way to write a bad review before but I cant warn enough about doing business with Dales Roofing. read more

After having an awful experience with a leaking roof, we met with Jamie Garrison of Dale's Roofing, Inc. at our home this week. Jamie was a refreshing face of hope for our home repairs. He was knowledgeable, personable and gave us the time and attention that we needed. He left us confident in recommending Dale's Roofing to all of our friends and family as well as to strangers who will read our various reviews on the different platforms. Thanks again Dale's Roofing! It might've been a small job this time but you've definitely gained all of our future business and we'll continue to pass along our experience. read more

I called Dale's about getting an estimate on some roofing repairs. I reviewed what I needed over the phone and an appointment was set. They called me, as promised on the way to the appointment so I could meet them at my house. The gentleman showed up on time, spent 40 minutes on my roof and rang my doorbell when he was ready to talk. When I opened the door, he was leaning against the wall and said, "I hope you have something strong to drink because you're going to need it.". He then proceeded to tell me how screwed up my roof was. I asked him to write his estimate and then I will decide what I will do. After a month I have received no estimate, no phone call... A total waste of time and very unprofessional. read more

Update to my last review. The manager of Dale's Roofing called and apologized. He was sincere, apologetic and did not make excuses. I simply got lost in the system and as a business person I understand how that can happen. Based on my conversation with him, I would call Dale's and strongly consider using them for my roofing needs. I liked his professionalism, sincerity and his longevity with the company, all worthwhile assets in today's business world. We all want to feel like we matter and he handled that admirably. read more
