Wait, let me say the first bid was out of my budget - but Jordan helped me swith up some details to make the job fit. My eyes were bigger then my wallet! Example shaker shingles around the entire house was out of my price range when I was holding out for the glass resort railing (which is way expensive but worth it!) so we put only the shaker on the front of the house allowing me to have the glass resort railing and keeping me in budget. Applied some mold control and paint to the soiled surface that apparently had been leaking a while. And repaired the wall leaving it in better condition than originally. Second time I hired them to replace the kitchen window with a larger casement window and replace the bay windows with two side casement windows. They did a great job on the window install but I was disappointed with the finish work on the interior window trim. Although the estimate originally said painting the trim was extra they agreed that the work was not up to their standards. They immediately sent out a new crew to finish the job properly to our complete satisfaction. Yes I would recommend them. You will like doing work with Jordan the job estimator and supervisor. Very soft sell and easy to work with.
