Specialties

Offering numerous services. We do not stop at pressure washing as there are many techniques when it comes to washing a property. We understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to property needs. These techniques and services include Soft Washing, Concrete Cleaning, and Wood Cleaning. We offer sealing of wood, concrete, pavers, brick and stone. We can also stain your wood investment. Parking lots, dumpster pads, and building exteriors are all commercial services we offer. We offer window washing. We can also hang your Christmas and Holiday lights.

History

Established in 2023.

After their time in the Army, Lance and Zach created Wash The LZ. They worked weekends until it was time to bring a professional and premium service to Springfield, MO. With significant time and effort invested in our processes and equipment, we are ahead of the competition and will continue to improve.

Meet the Business Owner: Zach L.

I have held various roles in managing people, including soldiers, during my time in the U.S. Army. Most of my construction roles have also included leadership responsibilities. My construction background encompasses electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and exterior finishing work. Secondly, and most importantly, being a family man is a significant motivator for my hard work. Thank you for your support!

He explained the process, met my difficult time demand (did it same day), was extremely helpful and went beyond the service I thought I was getting. He cleaned the entire exterior of a residential house and got mold, dirt, and grass stains off. Even cleaned Windows and deck. Can't tell you enough how impressed I was. Use him, he should be the only one you call. I live in Springfield Mo, and he went to Walnut Grove. I'm surprised I'm his first review.

I've used Wash the LZ twice now. The first time they power washed our driveway, mail box, sidewalk, and patio. The drive had walnut stains, etc. and when they were finished, I am not kidding when I say it sparkled! Lance and Zach are two genuinely nice and respectful guys and are also military veteran's. A few days ago, someone parked in our driveway and leaked oil. I called them for suggestions on what I could do to clean it myself and they gladly gave me several ideas. However, oil and concrete don't go well together and I wasn't able to get it out. That was on a Sunday. They came the next day, apologizing for not being able to come sooner! They not only got I'd say 95% of the oil out and washed the remainder of our large driveway! They even got a coffee stain out that I was unable to myself. They do fences, houses, etc. and really know what they're doing. I would not hesitate to call them again! They are worth every penny without breaking the bank!! You can see the photos. Buyer beware!!!!!! Do not use. They do not warranty their putting greens. When I put the green in, they told me I had a 15 year warranty. They mentioned nothing about the dirt under it being washed away. The guy that came out today said my problems were due to the rain. It's an outdoor green - I would assume it was built to withstand the elements. So again, buyer beware, this company does not and will not warranty their work. Shame on them.
