Well dressed and extremely well mannered, he detailed the services in full and later emailed me a quote for the job, breaking down each specific portion of the job, from cleaning the deck to the house to a rock wall. The services can be had A La Carte or combined. There are discounts for bundled services so the more you have them do the more you save. Unfortunately their services aren't cheap but you get what you pay for as the saying goes. I haven't decided whether or not to have them do the work yet as I have a few other things to do first, but if their services are provided as professionally as Ryan when he provided the quote they should be good.

Having explained the issues and concerns I had with an old but obviously dying oak tree in my front yard. We discussed the options, cost and timing. Paul, the owner, struck me as honest and well-mannered. We agreed on a price to take down the tree, and he was able to start the following morning. He did not want money in advance. He was as good as his word and set to work the following morning with two young men in his company T-shirts. They all worked very hard, and I was very impressed. It took an impressive two days from start to clean up. They left me with the firewood I requested, all neatly stacked, filled in the divots from fallen limbs, and cut the stump as close to the ground as possible. They even removed all the sawdust from the surrounding grass. The price? It was around half the highest bid I had for the job. I highly recommended them.

I bought a Living Social voucher for Turnaround Detailing & Powerwashing last summer and finally…read moredecided to redeem it this spring...so I called and set up an appointment. The soonest they could get me in was about a month and a half out, which was May 8. The man said I would have an "all day appointment", because I told them I needed my shed done too and I would pay the extra. So, I wait a few weeks, move all my plants and furniture into the house, leave my voucher taped to the front door with a thank you note, and get ready for them to show up. May 8 came and went with no powerwashing. I read other reviews online that said these folks are a no-show, so I shouldn't have been surprised. I called the original number at 6:30pm, and the guy said, "yeah, m'am, it looks like they couldn't find the 1500 block of your street, and they didn't have a phone number to call." So I asked the man if HE had my contact info--and he certainly did. Correct address AND work phone number. Why the lackeys that he hired didn't think to call their supervisor (or ME) when they couldn't find a house is beyond me. They just didn't show up. So, the man on the phone said they would be at my house the very next day. Yeah, they showed up. Yeah, they halfass washed some stuff. I still had wasps' nests on the front porch and dirt between the spindles on the deck. I mean, I paid $100 for it at HALF OFF, and I am almost positive that my coupon was for powerwashing the siding, deck, AND my driveway...but they sure did leave a $145 invoice for me on my door. I am not sure how my small home and shed added up to a $300 bill, but I guess you live and learn. The part I find ironic is that I got a call at work IMMEDIATELY after they were done, telling me all the work they did, and how they would leave an invoice on my door. They can't seem to find the correct phone number to call when they aren't going to show up, but by God when they want to brag and get money, they call right away. They also offered to send me before and after pictures, which I have yet to receive 4 days later. I do not recommend them in any fashion, and the majority of my reviews are positive. Their customer service is shit, and never ONCE was there an apology, which I feel is unacceptable. If someone buys a voucher for a place, chances are, they have never done business with you--so you should make the extra effort to give them good customer service so they come back and buy stuff at full price.
