The reinspection failed according to there master electrician for the exact same reasons it failed the first time. Vivint sales and customer service won't lift a finger to help me. Arrowpoint is the most incompetant company i have ever dealt with. At this point I am lost on what to do other then hire an attorney.

We discovered that other solar companies who claim to sell only US made products actually sold products that are inferior to Solar Solutions and their price was much higher. We contacted professionals in the solar department at our local power provider to discover that they too utilized Solar Solutions for the solar system on their own home. What more proof do you need than that? Seems like we do not need to try and recreate the wheel, just learn from the folks who already have. Big thanks to both Micah and James from Solar Solutions. Their presentation is no pressure, informative, and to the point. They are truly professionals. Both know their products and Solar. One other company who visited our home told us we would get an additional rebate if we signed the agreement that night. Their price was $18,000 higher than Solar Solutions and we would receive a $2,700 rebate. Do not fall for this sales tactic!!! Solar Solutions will not do this to you.
