Very good company. Very thorough in their inspection and at a good price that is less than competitors.

We bought a condo in Kimberling City, Missouri two years ago in July. It was used 2 weeks a year…read more The place was musty smelling so we had a contractor replace everything but the sheet rock and it was painted. Went back with porcelain floors, new cabinets, toliets, appliances. The musty smell remained. I hired Larson to clean the vents, ductwork, furnace and outside unit. The smell did not go away. I removed the vents and found sawdust and a cigarette butt in the first vent I looked in. I sent them photos and they sent a guy out to clean again. Needless to say we still have the smell when the a/c is on. I bought a-coil cleaner and headed to the basement today. I opened up the airhandler and end cover of the a-coil and found it was full of black Stuff and what appears to be mold. I went ahead and sprayed down the a-coil but according to what I read you should not spray bleach to kill the mold. Unfortunately I spentclose to $1,000.00 with these people and finding I am having to go behind them to try to remedy to musty smell. I would not recommend this company to Putin.

I called two other HVC companies for estimates and they both came in $1,000 less than Larson's estimate. I called Larson and told them I had two estimates $1,000 less than theirs. The salesman then offered to lower their estimate by $1,100. I told him that if he could not give me their best price the 1st time, I did not want to do business with them. I had Larson install a new HVAC system and tankless water heater in another house, so I was familiar with their work. Larson installed a tankless water heater in the house I got the estimate for.
