I am a very Happy Customer!! Last year in March of 2017 I filed a claim with my Insurance Co. for Storm damage to my Roof. When the Assessor came out he said there was not enough storm damage. (At that time I was not aware that I should have my own Expert there when the Ins. Adjuster came out.) Almost exactly a year later Kyle from Solutions Roofing stopped by my house and asked me about my Roof damage. We had several other storms in 2017 including the May 2017 storm. He got on my roof and saw a lot of Storm Damage especially Hail Damage. We filed a claim with my Ins. Co. It was a month long process but Kyle was there with me every step of the way. Solutions Roofing is the Best and never too busy to take the time to come out or answer every question you have. I will never forget Kyle even when I had my doubts he kept saying "WE WILL GET THAT ROOF." And we did. They had the Roof on in 1 day. Solutions Roofing is truly about the customer. This company was professional. They met and worked with my insurance company to get this roof approved. All the workers from their salesman, the owner, and the workers are personable and friendly. After the work was completed, the workers cleaned the yard and ran a huge magnet over the yard to clean up loose nails. My century old home looks entirely different. I'm so pleased. read more

I can't remember the job supervisor name but he did a great job keeping his guys in line (when someone spouted a curse word while I was outside checking their progress), as well as encouraging them on good work. They cleaned up around the house every day before they left which is so nice! They sub out the gutter work (highly recommend the 6" ones!) and they did a great job too. Ken was so helpful with the insurance part of it all, and responded in a timely manner to my emails. Be sure to ask about a discount for cash payment!
