I was a bit concerned about MMC not having many (if any) reviews online. So I asked decksdirect if they would match MMC pricing. They refused citing better customer support. I'm not sure how they could have better customer support than MMC. Everything I did though MMC was perfect. Every order, every piece of advice, every shipment, every date given, everything was exactly as they said it would be, perfectly shipped, and with a great attitude. They may give you a nice bid but you will be on them through the whole building process and will still be significantly disappointed with the final product.
