What sets it apart and perfectly matches your description is its unique combination of experiences: * Amazing meals in an excellent restaurant: They specialize in a modern twist on Neapolitan and Detroit-style brick oven-fired pizzas, along with creative salads, pastas, appetizers (like fried Brussels sprouts or artichoke spinach dip), and desserts such as gelato, tiramisu, skillet cookies, and macarons. The menu includes gluten-free options, vegetarian dishes, and a full bar with 12 beers on tap, cocktails, and coffee. Reviews consistently rave about the high-quality food, gracious service, and contemporary atmosphere--making it ideal for date nights, family gatherings, or private events. * Capacity to hear great music: The restaurant features live music on Friday and Saturday nights (and weekly events like Tuesday trivia), creating an energetic, entertaining ambiance with local artists performing on stage. * Go to the movies: It's physically connected to the historic Dunkin Theatre (built in 1926), a restored venue next door that screens movies and hosts live events. Many visitors highlight it as the perfect "dinner and a movie" spot--you can even have your food delivered to your seat in the theater for a seamless experience. Overall, it's described as a vibrant, upscale gem in a small town, with strong ratings (around 4.8-4.9 on sites like Google and Restaurant Guru) for its food, service, and multifaceted entertainment. If you're in Oklahoma, it's worth a visit for that all-in-one elevated dining and leisure outing! Check their site at godofredos.com for the latest menu and events.

Nothing like what you are thinking from Pizza Hut, these were light and flavorful. The small was plenty for 2 people as an app. Yumm. My pasta Alfredo was ok. The sauce was fresh but thin and under seasoned. The lasagna with meat sauce was quite good. Unlike the Alfredo, this sauce was bursting with flavor. I dipped some cheesy bites in it.... Heaven. The layers of cheese and pasta were very good too. Very good meal. We will be back for more lasagna, for shore. We didn't try their pizza this trip, but it looked very good. Next time maybe. The layout was cozy and seasonally decorated. Very inviting. Hard wood seating was less inviting for my old a@@. The wait staff were young but professional. Great service with a team waiting approach. Nice to be in such good hands to enjoy a meal, plus we were sent home with a refill of our drinks. We don't get to stillwater much any more, but when we do, we will certainly zip over to Perkins for another good meal.

Had such great reviews online it's a shame that the service is soooooo slow. The food finally arrived and it was good, but could not recommend because of the extraordinary wait to get it.

A 2+ hour drive from OKC for lunch might sound like a commitment--but when a place has been on your…read moreradar for years, sometimes you just make the trip. That's exactly what we did to visit The Pioneer Woman Mercantile, and overall, it delivered a really enjoyable experience. The Experience We planned ahead and made online reservations (highly recommended), especially when you're traveling that far. We arrived about 30 minutes early, checked in, and spent some time browsing the retail shop. It's well-stocked with plenty of Pioneer Woman flair--fun to look around, even if nothing made it into our cart this time. We were seated right on schedule, and our server, Tatyana, set the tone immediately--friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. The Food Let's start with the surprise... Biscuits with butter & peach jam -- I'll be honest, I'm not usually a biscuit guy, but these were soft, warm, and downright addictive. Chicken Fried Steak -- This is what you come for. Crispy coating, tender inside, and covered in a rich, peppery gravy that hits all the right notes. Classic comfort food done right. Ribeye Steak -- Well-seasoned and cooked properly. My wife originally wanted a loaded baked potato (they were out), so she pivoted to loaded mashed potatoes--which turned out to be a solid backup plan. Side Salads -- Fresh, simple, and a good balance to the heavier entrees. Don't Skip the Bakery (Upstairs!) We passed on dessert at the table and headed upstairs--and this might have been the best decision of the day. * Pecan Pie Cookie -- Absolute standout. Rich, sweet, and unique. Don't leave without one. * Snickerdoodle & Iced Lemon Cookie -- Both excellent and gone quickly. Atmosphere The space feels exactly how you'd expect--warm, inviting, and comfortable with a touch of that signature Ree Drummond style. The lighting, decor, and layout all make it a place you don't feel rushed to leave. The Verdict Was it worth the drive? Yes. Would I do it again? Also yes--especially as a planned day trip. It doesn't quite hit that 5 level for me, but it's a very strong 4 experience with great service, solid food, and a memorable setting. @cheft_2469 Scorecard * Food: * Service: * Atmosphere: * Value: Pro Tips (Read Before You Go) * Make a reservation - This is a destination spot and fills up fast, especially on weekends. * Arrive early - Gives you time to browse the retail shop before your table is ready. * Skip dessert at the table - Head upstairs to the bakery instead... trust me on this one. * Get the Pecan Pie Cookie - Non-negotiable. It's the standout item. * Chicken Fried Steak is the play - If you're on the fence, this is the safe bet. * Have a backup side in mind - Items like baked potatoes can sell out. * Plan it as a day trip - Pawhuska isn't just lunch, it's the whole experience. * Go before peak tourist season - You'll enjoy it more without the heavy crowds. "Sometimes the best meals aren't just about the food--they're about the road trip, the experience, and who you share it with. This one checked all those boxes."

The whole town is booming with shops and other opportunities for you to experience but when you go into her personal store, thousands of items on display for you to choose from whether it's for home decor or four just getting some unique pottery Bourne items for your kitchen. It's a great stop. We have been there multiple times throughout the years. To suggestions of course as you must go there to have their breakfast you will tremendously enjoy it their biscuits homemade fresh. You will truly love their biscuits. You most definitely have to try out their bakery. It's up the stairs, but I tell you one thing you are going to love it and regret it at the same time so many great options to choose from made fresh right there and you can even watch them make it and it's actually pocketbook friendly on their bakery items which I wasn't expecting. I was thinking it would be a little bit more pricey but I think about five or six items and spent less than 40 bucks in each item is a good portion size. Last thing I would suggest is make sure to see if they have any samples cause it doesn't hurt to ask and usually they do have samples coming out every hour or so so you could enjoy and even try it before you buy it So if you're here in that area, I suggest you stop in. You won't regret it. It'll be fun and a great place just to grab a goodbye to eat

Being 6 slices, I must've been super hungry because I ran right through it. Again, so much veggie, I really enjoyed the red pepper (had a subtle sweetness) & mushroom. I enjoyed the way I open the pizza box & the pizza is just about completely covered in arugula to the point you can only see the crust. Very filling & has me curious about the other vegan friendly pizzas, like the Wise Guy, which has grilled cauliflower. I placed an order over the phone (it was NFL Sunday). The individual who took my order over the phone was super nice & just as nice when I came to pick up my order. I ordered closely after they opened, which was a good time because when I'm in the area, I usually see a good number of people inside. I'll be back, way too many pizzas to choose from.
