We split all of this between my husband and I, and we died fully had enough left over for another meal. The pizza's crust is one of my favorites and honestly, I probably could just eat that and be happy. However, the level of quality in the ingredients throughout leaves nothing to be desired. Because it is freshly made it's obviously not as processed and truly holds up to the toppings. The chicken Parmesan with spaghetti noodles was pounded out pretty thin, butterflied, and fried up to a crisp but juicy cutlet. The pasta is the same as Prossimo, a more upscale, Italian eatery in town by the same company, and is also freshly made. Y'all I'm gonna be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Pizza. However, this place is one of the few where I make exceptions because I know the quality of ingredients is noticeable once it makes it to the plate. Out of all of the pizzas that I have tried, I have yet to have a bad quality one, even if it wasn't a toppings combo I would have ordered myself. The hostess said oh she was here for lunch I know her. Indicating they had not been in there all day. When mentioning its filth. The hostess said yah that's not her job. Looking back I think it has potential but it's not run well nor does it stand out from any other place that will soon fail for bad service. It's just not worth the time or effort. Goto Olive Garden. The sauce had a nice, slightly sweet tomato flavor, and the cheese was melted perfectly stretchy and not overly greasy. The toppings were solid too. It had a good mix on there meats and veggiesand they didn't go overboard, so every bite felt balanced instead of overloaded. You could actually taste everything instead of it just blending into one thing. The place itself was clean, which always matters, and they had two different seating areas so you've got options if you want to sit and eat instead of just grabbing it to go. Cheese dippers with bacon and paid for extra bacon. When received order no bacon at all. Spoke to Challum after receiving meal that night . Then Brian following day where credit of $10 was all that they would do, even though none of food was eaten. Will not be eating from Mazzios again.
