Stopped in for a quick slice and was pretty impressed. The flavors were really fresh and the crust had a nice charred flavor. I got a simple margherita and it was just perfect with the fresh basil. They also seem to provide a little more meats on their pizzas than those other cheap joints. One option I really appreciate is the crustless pizza, which is everything in a bowl, minus the crust. I am so angry and seething right now. I live 1500 miles away and ordered from this restaurant to family friends who live in the town because they just came home from the hospital and I wanted to send them a meal. I ordered the food to be delivered for 6 o'clock I paid for the food And at 20 to 30 minutes after the food should've been delivered. I got a text message from my friend that the food never came when she called the restaurant the manager, Levi, hung up on her then I called and spoke to an employee who was very polite, but said there was nothing they could do about it. The food had already been made and sent out with DoorDash. They did not have a DoorDash number, but it was my problem not Thursday, but they would have the manager. Call me when he had time to make a phone call. No one should be using this particular restaurant and their customer service and management of their deliveries is unacceptable. We will be calling the franchise director and reporting them as well so needless to say my friends never got dinner and I am appalled at what occurred and I've called my credit card company to stop the charge which they said they were not, the rest restaurant, was not going to give me my money back for food that never arrived. The most disgusting thing happened to my kids today. My husband had a contactless delivery to my kids this morning when they opened so they could have lunch. My son picked up the pizza and set it on the counter for a later lunch. When he opened it the pizza was missing a slice. Play date night means it's a pizza night! I went to order online. The website is pretty user friendly but when I went to place the order it kept telling me I needed at least one large pizza in my cart to receive the coupon, I had 2. I decided to call the store and place by phone. The girl on the phone said she couldn't honor the coupon so back online I went. After deleting everything and starting over the order went through with no issue. I am still not sure what the glitch was and it took a lot longer to order but I like the tracking device they have in place after you order. It gives a time to pick up down to the minute. I went to grab the pizza. Walked in 1 minute before it was supposed to be ready and BOOM they called my name 30 seconds later. As for the pizza we love getting all of them with parmesan crust. They do this for no extra charge. Tonight we had 3 large pizzas. One with white sauce, one half and half, one regular...all had the correct toppings, pipping hot and perfectly made! read more

This review is for a recently delivery order. Pros: the delivery was fairly quick. Right at an hour on a Friday evening. There was a confusion in the payment (I paid online but the delivery driver tried to charge me), and when the driver called in about the issue the manager took care of it. Cons: when I submitted my online order I immediately noticed a mistake that I had made. I called the store within 1 minute to fix the issue. The guy on the phone said he need to check and make sure the original order hadn't already been made. He put me on hold on a speaker phone for 17 minutes. During that time my wife called and they put her on hold for over 5 minutes. So we called a third time and asked for the manager. The manager was courteous and apologetic for the hold time. I still give 4 stars because they were good to work with and the delivery was fairly quick. read more

I ordered from Marco's in Owasso tonight for dinner. I got an extra large "All Meat" pie with extra cheese, and an order of breadsticks. I guess I missed something when I selected extra cheese on the website, because when I got the pie home, half of the pie had extra cheese; the other half had none. My fault, but an easy mistake to make. After I placed the order, I left to run a few errands before the carry-out time listed. I arrived ten minutes later than the carry-out time, and the guy (I'm assuming the manager) working at the counter told me something went wrong, and they thought my pie was already sent out. Being as I'm not your average Owasso "Becky", I didn't have a problem with this. Shit happens. I left, and came back ten minutes later. The manager-dude brought the pie out to me when he saw me pull up. He told me he was sorry about what happened, and I told him it's no big deal. The pizza was delicious. 5 stars. But that's not why I'm writing this review. Something about that man affected me. He seemed profoundly depressed. I don't know WHY, of course. I mean, Marco's Pizza is pretty depressing, but it can't be that bad. I wanted to give the guy a hug and tell him that everything's gonna be alright. I like to imagine that his depression stems from dealing with Owasso Beckys all day. We all know the type: early-to-mid 40s; drives a mini-van or her husbands truck; 2-and-a-half kids; Christian, and hella entitled. So basically, everyone who 1-starred this place. I personally ordered 2 pizzas online to use my coupon that was emailed to me. This is the fourth time and the last. When trying to check out online, I noticed a large deluxe added to my order - so, I deleted it, not once but twice. I double checked my order and paid for it online. Order arrived 10 minutes early - Yay - WRONG! Delivery driver was very nice and we asked did she get any of the delivery surcharge since gas has gone up and she said NOPE (pretty petty is the nice term I will use here!) So we doubled her tip because we know times are tough right now. Open the boxes and 1 pizza was correct and the other was a large deluxe which I deleted twice. I'm thinking - it's OK they will make it right. I call and explain what happened, the young lady who answered says that she needs to talk to her manager. Called in an order for pizzas. They said it would be 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and was told that the manager would have to put a code into the register before we could check out and she was in the dressing room. TWENTY minutes later, while my 2 young grandchildren waited with me, the manager came strolling out and didn't even acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting on her. She took care of another couple of things and then told the cashier that he could now check me out. Never spoke to me. 2 Different experiences about 3 months apart. Both times I have been in there once as a customer and once as a perspective employee. It has not gone well. The time as a customer they "forgot" to make my order and I spent 52 min waiting for a medium pizza. No offer to "make it right" . When i asked where my pizza was after 45 min they demanded a receipt and paraded around the store with the receipt asking each employee if they took my order like I forged a receipt with the order on it or something. I went for a job interview and it took less than 5 minutes literally. The manager didn't call any of my three references. And the district manager manager was no help... Saying his employee's are trained to "read people." And they don't have to call my references. The district manager wouldn't let me talk on the phone. Accused me of being "aggressive" on the phone, all while he himself would not let me talk. Saying "his employees can "read" people". "and I must not have been "a good fit" (from a less than five minute interview where none of my three references were called" I can read people too and what I read is that from the moment I said I was there for an interview is demeanor changed and his attitude from his last interview was very very different.... ) But the district manager insisted by Saying "his employees are not discriminatory. And the he would "back his employees" and staff"... (sounds like to me it doesn't matter what we as customers say, or what type of feed back we give about our experiences he will "back his employees" (his words not mine , but I am the aggressive one?) It has been a miserable experience. Once is a mistake but twice...... Twice is a you problem. not a me problem. And my friends know I am articulate and express myself well in appropriate mannerisms and I speak in facts with evidence for my beliefs. Not some willy nilly aggressive accusations... So please......... PLEASE BOYCOTT marco's pizza. And share any experiences that may be similar to mine.... The management staff at marco's are rude and well ..........discriminatory (as the district manger put it (not me.... I never said the word discriminatory in my complaint. I said i didn't feel by the length of my interview and the lack of consideration of my references that i was given fair consideration for the position i was applying for. Probably because of assumptions about my outward appearance due to underlined medical conditions. But the hiring manger. . And his lack of effort to conduct an interview based on my previous experience and my references.) To sum it it the district manager says "in the hiring manager speaking with me in with me for less than 5 minutes, not knowing me from Adam the manager had enough information by asking me 1 interview question "who was my hero" that he had all he needed to know to determine if I was not a good fit for the company... None of you out there are stupid... So lets show Marco's pizza we are not stupid either... There service is not that great anyway. And they are not receptive to customer complaints being taken seriously. My family and I have ordered there before and liked it until Aug 17th. I placed an order at the movie rental window for a single large. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for carryout. Not a problem as we perused the video rental store while the pizza was to be cooking. We checked out of video store and went inside Marcos front lobby to pick up the pizza. One guy was in front of us placing his pizza order. When the lady checked my order the look of confusion on her face told me something wasn't right as I watched her confer with the manager out of earshot of me at the register. 28 minutes of waiting and our pizza was not ready for pick up. The manager in training told me the pizza was already in the oven and should be coming right out. Well as we waited the guy that was placing his order when we came in received his pizza and left. So how could our pizza already be in the oven?!......it wasnt. After 38 minutes of waiting our single large came out of the oven as I watched. I was dissappointed and a little perturbed to put it nicely. I asked the girl what happened to our order and she wasn't sure as it was only her 3rd day. What got Me riled was that the manager in training would not come and just be honest and tell me to my face that they failed to put the order in. One of the male workers apologized to me forhim, explaining that he was a new manager in training. Well, Mr manager if u continue dropping orders and lying to customers faces don't expect your customer base to grow. The food is good quality and prices reasonable and location convenient.
