PER USUAL I don't know why I haven't left them a review sooner, I think it's because the first time I had it was when my dog got attacked by another dog and we were spending an extended amount of time in the waiting room at the emergency vet next door. We ran over to the Pie Hole for a quick lunch and custom ordered four New York style slices. You can call ahead or just order and wait in the lobby. We did that and only waited five minutes before getting our food! Overall, pizza is pretty good with a nice sauce to crust ratio. When I first moved to Tulsa Piehole was highly recommended by a very good friend of mine, both he and I are from GA and both very familiar with Vinnie Van GoGos in Savannah, GA he knew would enjoy Piehole; he was right!! I want to first start off that I'm from Boston & used to really good pizza. Someone suggested I should try this place. Last week I placed an order on Doordash for my entire office & got the Pollo Blanco Pizza & a calzone. The pizza was very good but the calzone was bleh. Then this week I placed another order on Grubhub and ordered the Campisi & Tiki Pizzas. One of my co-workers said they usually have specials on Tuesdays, I paid $40 for 2 pizzas. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I saw they had a cardboard pizza box opened & written on the pizza box was Tuesdays special which was 2 topping pizzas for $12 & change. The worker didn't greet me, I said I was picking up, he turned away without a word & then came back with my pizzas. I said "gee, I wish I knew about your special because I wouldn't have ordered on Grubhub. He just dead stared at me & turned away without saying a word & walked to the back. The Tiki Pizza's green peppers tasted off & it didn't seem they were cooked on the pizza, but just put on the cheese raw. It just wasn't that great & with the rudeness of the worker, I won't be back. I'll keep going to NYC Pizza on Harvard. NYC Pizza's customer service is great & their pizza is awesome & their establishment appears clean. Pie Hole didn't give off a clean appearance & just looked down right grimy & gross. read more

Went here last week for the first time! Must say that there's something nostalgic about being able to order pizza by the slice! Slice portions are hefty and you can ask for any topping on the pizza you want per slice. I was really pleased with my mushroom + spinach slice and my feta + sun dried tomato slice. after trying slice after slice at this spot, i switched it up with the calzone. a friend of mine highly recommended (he went veggie). close to going veggie, i couldn't let go of pepperoni. along with that, i added spinach & jalapeno. as i placed the order over the phone, one of the employees stated it would be best to keep it around 3 toppings max to make sure everything cooks all the way through (i wanted to squeeze sun-dried tomatoes in as well). it's not prepped like a big pocket, more of a ring that you can strip & share with others. comes with marinara sauce that's very good for dipping (inside of calzone is ricotta). coming at $11 & some change, leaves you full eating halfway through. from pizza to calzones, piehole has your answers. customer service is always up to par & consistent. eat local. read more

Pie Hole Pizzeria Health Score 72 out of 100 Well I finally made it. I have been wanting to try Pie Hole Pizzeria for quite some time. No dining in...right now, take out only. I wasn't quite sure which pie to try first but, I knew I didn't want a common pizza joint combo. Hard choice so, I went with one Pie Hole Classic and one White Pizza. Both were listed on their "Gourmet Pizza" section of the menu. Yeah, there will be plenty of left overs. That never seems to cause a problem at our house. Both were very good even after the 30+ minute drive back to Broken Arrow. The Pie Hole Classic is not over loaded with red sauce and the abundant cloves of garlic stand out. The Alfredo sauce base on the White Pizza blended well with the ham and sausage, and then the capers finished out the flavor. Their pizzas do seem to meet the definition of a good New York style pizza. read more

Piehole is the best vegan pizza place in Tulsa. What puts this place at the top is the ability to add whole cloves of roasted garlic as a topping. Piehole now has vegan cheeze that can be added to any pie, so it's easy to get vegan pizza here. The crust is delicious, and vegan, and the tomato sauce is some of the best in town. It's flavourful, not too sweet, and still tastes like tomatoes, and it's vegan! Even if you choose not to avail yourself of the vegan cheeze and do a cheeze-less pizza, the many toppings, great crust, and awesome sauce will still give you a really good time. read more

It was my first time to try Piehole tonight and they definitely didn't disappoint! I recently moved to the midtown area and asked a coworker a good spot to get pizza in my area (that wasn't a chain) and she suggested Piehole among a few others. I ordered the Pollo Blanco, purely because it had all of my favorite toppings on 1 pizza: chicken, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and MUSHROOMS! The estimated delivery time was 45-50 min. My driver showed up exactly 46 minutes after I placed my call to order. Now the pizza.. the bacon was crispy, Alfredo sauce had great flavor, and I don't know what they put in their dough to make that crust, but it was divine! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did have to microwave it briefly, but I do also like my food extra hot so that might just be a personal preference. And, I am also obsessed with mushrooms and I wish they had been meatier slices of mushroom, whereas these were more like slivers. Still a great pizza though and will for sure order again! read more

So I had my first experience with PieHole tonight... It is now one of my 2 favorite pizza places in Oklahoma. I got directed to PieHole via Google, who was apparently trying to talk me out of Pizza Hut after spending an hour trying to find a decent pizza place that delivered in Mid-town. I called and talked to a really nice guy who, when I literally told him to just murder my pizza with pepperoni, replied with "Hella pepperoni! You got it!" He tells me my total ($17.30 for a giant 16 inch pizza) and to give him about 45 minutes and that it would be on its way. Only 30 minutes later, there's a knock on the front door and a really nice delivery guy hands me my pizza and is on his way. Immediately I smell it and it smells fantastic. I pop the box open and actually laughed at the sheer amount of pepperoni that they put on it. I don't think there was a single inch that didn't have at least 1 piece of pepperoni on it, most of them 2. (I'll include a picture; it's epic.) The taste was out of this world amazing. The sauce isn't overpowering or overly seasoned, which is a huge plus for me. The pepperoni tasted how all pepperoni should taste. My only upset is that it didn't get crispy around the edges of it. The cheese was melty and delicious. And the crust... Oh my gosh. The crust was probably the best I've ever had. I really can't say enough good things about this pizza. So freaking good. Long story short, I won't be ordering pizza from anywhere else in Tulsa from now on. read more

Like the 4 season combo, the Magnia Carne and the Capri. This is the place that made me realize that salami and capers belong on pizza. Really solid slice and pie joint in Tulsa. The crust is a little thick for my taste, but the service is warm and prompt, and the ingredients are fresh and varied. I very much enjoyed my white pie: artichoke hearts, smoked Italian ham, mushrooms, sausage, capers, and alfredo sauce atop a mozzarella pie. Delicious and filling, but not as heavy as you would expect due to how well Piehole balances out the toppings. I just saw how many times I've checked in here & should let everyone know who hasn't been here what they're missing. First, there probably isn't any other business in the world that is so fascinated with "Big Trouble in Little China". It's been showing on the TV there more than once and you'll see the wall posters! :) Most of their business must be to-go or delivery because there are only 4 tables inside. This is the best Pizza crust ever. It's a little chard on the bottom and it's supposed to be. For some reason, this really works! I've heard it's real "New York Style", but I'm not from NY. You can order individual slices and they're so large I always find that 2 is either enough or _more_ than enough for one person. Toppings: Who else has Feta, Real Kalamata olives for toppings. Most importantly, Who else offers whole roasted garlic cloves as a topping?
