We hired her a few years ago when my wife wanted help selecting paint colors for 4 bedrooms, living room, and hallways. It was just a small job and I wasn't sure we needed help for such a task. What a difference it makes having a designer help! She walked through each room, got a good sense of us, the function of each space, and what furnishings (designs/colors) needed matching. The end result was great. So when it was time to remodel both the master and hall bathrooms a couple years layer, we had her consult at our house, and then at a couple of stores. We met at a tile store to look through and select everything. She helps de-sress the design decisions (my wife and I joke that she saves marriages by being the design intermediary). She also went with us to pick out cabinets at one of her"go-to" stores that has budget pricing with better quality and options than the big box stores. We opted to have her do design drawings of the tile layouts...do that!! I had thought about saving the money and doing it with my own CAD software. We found the couch style we liked, picked a performance fabric, chose how many cushions, seat firmness, seat depth, chaise length and width. Literally everything was customized! I also love that it's made in California without any forever chemicals. I didn't want a prop 65 warning on our couch especially since we have a new baby at home. Daniel was so helpful in the store with all of our questions and he had great suggestions and made sure that we knew our options. We never felt pressured into anything and that's really appreciated.
