Center Staging (owned by Debra Shrader) was contracted to provide staging services for the sale of…read moremy house. When the staged furniture was removed from the house, the movers left my front door unlocked. Debra wasn't there to supervise and a family heirloom carpet and camping gear were stolen from my house. I tried to contact Debra multiple times and she ducked, avoided, and deflected any contact for months. It took a threat of legal action to get her to engage and I all I received was more denial and deflection over email. I finally filed a law suite in small claims. She avoided the server for months, but they finally tracked her down and served her. Debra then settled nearly 9 months after the incident. Over the entire time I didn't receive one phone call from her or speak live with her despite repeated attempts. Not even an apology and no accountability (she regretted that her mover did not check to make sure the door was locked, yet she wasn't even present to supervise the work of her own contractor). If you want to do business with a shady person and get your stuff stolen this is your company. She also provides a business address that is a shut down hair salon. If there is a problem she will disappear. Buyer beware.
