Luckily for me, the gentleman at the counter was thinking more clearly than I was, checked out the phone, and said it was still under warranty so there didn't expect there to be any out of pocket expense on it (and he was right). He then set my expectations for timing, noting that it could take longer than normal because of warranty work approvals being needed from the manufacturer, and that after a holiday it can take a bit longer, but that 24 hours was the maximum. It only took about four hours to fix it, it's working beautifully now, and it took about ten seconds to pick up the phone. I STRONGLY recommend this store! They're fantastic!

I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.

Don't trust these bait and switch crooks. They took my…read moredaughters iPhone 11 to 'diagnose' her iPhone problem. The phone was over heating and the phone was not working. They replaced the screen without even calling her to tell her what the problem was and without getting her authorization. Then they expected her to pay $90. She asked for them to accept $80 since she didn't give them her authorization. Which is more than fair, but they refused. They said if she wanted to go somewhere else they'd put the old screen on but still charge her $20. Wow! Further, when asked how long they guarantee their work they said they only have a 20 day guarantee, while on their web site it clearly says they only have 90 day guarantees on phone repairs. Any reputable business should have at least a six month guarantee if not a year. Lesson learned -- these are shameful business practices by dishonest people. Don't go there. Go to Apple authorized repair centers for better service, honesty, and decent guarantees.

We replaced it only to find that the power cords had been changed out from the big box store working in it... which then burned up the new fan and aio cooler. It was a MESS. I have never had this many issues with any unit I had built in the past or with the big box retailer who was selling the components. After some consulting, returns/exchanges, Seth and I ordered a different brand AIO. He installed it, clean installed windows, did some cable management, and got my computer back up and running.
