They did try to make it right, and I appreciated their efforts and patience, but after multiple visits with no lasting fix, I decided to take my iPad elsewhere. It was repaired at another location for only $75--including both the screen and button--and I've had zero issues since. For how expensive this place was, I expected better quality. Rob at Forest Computer Solutions did some upgrades on my old laptop and fixed the CD/DVD at no charge. Apparently when one replacing the power button on a Dell, one has to reconnect the wires for the CD...the wires were not connected. Forest Computer Systems was very reasonably priced and I am very satisfied with their work.
