I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor!

After a brief wait, I was informed that they had one tube of Sikaflex 221 and another alternative available. Upon arriving, I noticed that the Sikaflex 221 had been carelessly placed on the shelf, showing signs of potential seepage. When I pointed this out, the sales representative's response was dismissive--essentially telling me to take it or leave it. Feeling somewhat pressured and hoping it would still be usable, I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment, sold as a so-called "flexible" product that served no purpose. It's frustrating to encounter a company that is aware of the shortcomings of their products yet pushes them onto customers who could potentially make significant investments--perhaps even up to $500k. Instead of standing behind their inventory, they seem more interested in simply offloading items, regardless of quality. This attitude not only undermines consumer trust but also reflects poorly on their business ethics. Customers deserve better, especially from a company positioned to serve significant clients.

Purchased a camper trailer on clearance in April back in 2023…read more We have had many issues with the camper. The first time we took it out, all the batteries were dead and we brought it into the shop. All they did was charge it. Next time we took it out, the battery was also dead again. When they did an initial inspection, they found nothing wrong with the rv. We finally called to service the rv in July after we were unable to get power to the rv through a power outlet. Something was drawing all the power out. Turns out there was an issue with the electrical system. Seems like the initial inspection they did was not thorough. Luckily it was going to be covered by manufacturer warranty but it took over 2 months to get the warranty to be approved and for all the repairs to be done. By the time it was finished, it was already September and almost time to winterize the rv. It really foiled our plans. The customer service is deceiving. They were friendly and helpful until after we purchased the rv. They don't really care after the sale was done. It was also our first ever rv purchase so this left a negative impact on our whole rv experience.

I've gone in…read morewhen I've needed things like a tiny replacement light bulb for our travel trailer, or a new sewer hose. They seriously have everything. (Tbh it's kinda mezmerizing!) Don't feel like DIY'ing? They're also a full service RV repair shop. Call early, though, as they get pretty busy and it can take awhile to get an appointment. They also do propane refills, and it's very convenient to be able to pop in, fill up the ol' tanks, and then head out to our next RV adventure. They're closed Sunday and Monday, so keep that in mind if you have any RV needs.
