They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!

Being a fairly new unit, I knew there had to be a rodent issue of some sort but couldn't locate the issue. I pulled up to Apache Camping Center, left my rig in the center turn lane because it's a long one, I meet Phil Ervin. Phil asked how he can help, after I explained the issue and that I am trying to beat the storms back to California he went out and checked the power from the truck, all good. I parked across the street when Jay (I believe) came over, immediately started to remove the underbelly insulation and found the issue's, many wires chewed. Jay re-wired my lights better then Grand Design and had me on the road in about a hour. These guy's didn't have to drop everything to help but they did! They could have charged me anything they wanted but they didn't, very fair! I'd like to thank the Phil and his staff for being so willing to help and for making my trip home a safe one.

Marc Plum told me they just took in a 2023 that had very little use so I purchased it. Thought they were very helpful but that's where it began. They information they provided was priceless. Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Purchased a camper trailer on clearance in April back in 2023…read more We have had many issues with the camper. The first time we took it out, all the batteries were dead and we brought it into the shop. All they did was charge it. Next time we took it out, the battery was also dead again. When they did an initial inspection, they found nothing wrong with the rv. We finally called to service the rv in July after we were unable to get power to the rv through a power outlet. Something was drawing all the power out. Turns out there was an issue with the electrical system. Seems like the initial inspection they did was not thorough. Luckily it was going to be covered by manufacturer warranty but it took over 2 months to get the warranty to be approved and for all the repairs to be done. By the time it was finished, it was already September and almost time to winterize the rv. It really foiled our plans. The customer service is deceiving. They were friendly and helpful until after we purchased the rv. They don't really care after the sale was done. It was also our first ever rv purchase so this left a negative impact on our whole rv experience.

I've gone in…read morewhen I've needed things like a tiny replacement light bulb for our travel trailer, or a new sewer hose. They seriously have everything. (Tbh it's kinda mezmerizing!) Don't feel like DIY'ing? They're also a full service RV repair shop. Call early, though, as they get pretty busy and it can take awhile to get an appointment. They also do propane refills, and it's very convenient to be able to pop in, fill up the ol' tanks, and then head out to our next RV adventure. They're closed Sunday and Monday, so keep that in mind if you have any RV needs.

I've had my lil' travel trailer serviced for winterizing, de-winterizing and systems checks and repairs for a couple years now. They do a great job at fixing broken components - and spot maintenance before it becomes a problem. They're patient too explaining how to use things yearly to me :) as I am a seasonal Rv'er and forget the whole order of operations with propane, water,etc... They are realistic with their scheduling and always seem to do a little extra if I need something while I'm there. I used to drive an hour one way to see them. I moved even further away and I just drove 2 hours one way just to get my service done by them. Feel confident trusting your pride and joy with them - they'll get it done, get it done right and for a fair price. This is how business should be run! Also always such a nice interaction every time I go.
