I will never buy a Travel Trailer anywhere but Apache RV in Poulsbo. We have purchased two trailers through them now, Bob was our salesman for both of them. He was honest and straight to the point. Phil and his team in the service department are top notch. They have always gone the extra mile with any issue that has come up. On our most recent repair we had a rather complicated issue and a stubborn insurance adjuster but Phil and everyone in the service department really distinguished themselves, and out camper came out better than new. I would like to thank Phil, Ariel, and all the techs in the service department that ensured our home away from home is ready to go for years to come!

Delamination
D K.

Unfortunately after owning my 2012 Adventurer 86FB for one year we noticed significant Delamination of the exterior walls and the Rear Bumper was starting to sag. I was told by Bob Chandler that the Camper was in good shape and that their Service Manager (Phil) would replace the rubber roof because it needed it sooner rather than later however I was assured that there were no leaks. I am in the Process of having my camper fixed. Once the Fiberglass was removed you could see that all 4 walls were rotted out. The right rear corner of the roof was also covered in epoxy instead of replacing the rotted wood on the roof during the repair. I was never told that there was any Dry Rot. This Repair or should I say Rebuild is going to cost me $17k. I did reach out to Bob Chandler to advise him of this. I can't recommend this RV Dealer based upon my Experience

On April 12, 2024 I took my Subaru to Ken's Northwest Automotive. It was due for a regular…read moreservicing, and they had previously recommended replacing the front brake pads. Also, the alternator light had come on. They changed oil and topped off the fluids ($71.95). They tightened the fan belt to prevent the alternator light from coming on (87.50), and installed new front brake pads ($269.00). They also resurfaced the front rotors ($60.00 and installed new windshield wiper blades at ($49.90). I picked up the car just before their shop closed, stopped for groceries, and drove home. The generator light came on AND STAYED ON. There are several traffic lights on the 17 mile drive home, and each time I slowed to observe the red lights, the front BRAKES VIBRATED to the point that the steering wheel shook. And no, that wasn't a malfunction in the ABS. I would have been ok with wiper REFILLS, but they installed large Rain-x WIPER BLADES, which would look fine on a GMC 4X4, but not on a small Subaru. I had not requested wiper replacement, and they never called to ok the charge. The following morning, the car wouldn't start. I ordered a new alternator from NAPA, it was delivered in about three days, and I installed it myself. No more alternator light. The car is driveable, but health issues prevented me from addressing the brakes until now. Thankfully, I have an old clunker that I could use. I have an appointment with the Subaru Dealership (34 miles) next week. I figure the Dealership is more inclined to be accountable for their work. They may be able to order OE wiper blades. The total bill on this visit was over $600.00. The only part of this repair visit that didn't BACKFIRE was the oil change. Pretty high price for just an oil change. Tightening the fan belt accomplished NOTHING. And I don't believe they resurfaced the rotors. I'll never return to Ken's Northwest Automotive. This was the WORST experience I've ever had at any repair facility in my life. Apparently the technician didn't THINK to test the alternator. And the brakes? What if someone leaves Ken's shop to pick up their kids at school, and drive through a school zone?? With defective brakes? Admittedly, that's an extreme example, but -- WHAT IF? This repair shop has changed in recent years. And not for the better. There's nothing worth recommending about Ken's Northwest Automotive. This was a bad, bad experience.

Want a free paint job? Do you not have bills, or family to provide for and sitting on stacks of…read morecash to blow? And women, are you wanting to be surrounded by men minimum twice your size just for them to essentially tell you you're stupid after giving them said stack of cash? Well this is the right place for you! I took my vehicle here to get a valve replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and received it with my paint peeling and bare metal in most places on the hood. When I received my car I spoke with Rick and asked him what might have caused it and he immediately took offense assuming that I was blaming him. I hadn't thought to until that moment. I did leave disrespectfully, I will admit however, when my vehicle was dropped off there was one part of clear coat pealing off, the only part that is untouched, and it came back to me as seen in the attached picture. When Rick was speaking over me and I was trying to get clarification on what could've happened, or if it truly wasn't a negligence issue, if they had noticed it, without putting the blame on him, the mechanic that actually worked on my car came up behind me with his hands up. As a 5'4 130lb person, amongst other things, I was obviously intimidated and told him to not touch me. This seemed to strike something in both of them. Whether it was done here or not, from negligence or not, is still unclear considering my questions were being spoken over and dismissed. And again, whether it happened here the car was paid for at 1pm that day and there was no mention of the paint issues when it was paid for. Today, trying to figure out a solution to my paint problem without going through these people again, my oil gauge shot up to high and then dropped and stopped my car. Luckily, I was stopped at the toll both and hadn't gotten onto the bridge, yet. If I had, this would be a slightly different story. So if you want a surprise and free paint job, and have a not so relaxing get away to the side of the Tacoma Narrows fixing a paint issue after getting your transmission worked on? This is the place for you!
