After three months in Cedar Glen we noticed as soon as we hooked our fifth wheel up that we had issues with our brake and running lights. Being a fairly new unit, I knew there had to be a rodent issue of some sort but couldn't locate the issue. I pulled up to Apache Camping Center, left my rig in the center turn lane because it's a long one, I meet Phil Ervin. Phil asked how he can help, after I explained the issue and that I am trying to beat the storms back to California he went out and checked the power from the truck, all good. I parked across the street when Jay (I believe) came over, immediately started to remove the underbelly insulation and found the issue's, many wires chewed. Jay re-wired my lights better then Grand Design and had me on the road in about a hour. These guy's didn't have to drop everything to help but they did! They could have charged me anything they wanted but they didn't, very fair! I'd like to thank the Phil and his staff for being so willing to help and for making my trip home a safe one. read more

Marc Plum told me they just took in a 2023 that had very little use so I purchased it. Thought they were very helpful but that's where it began. They information they provided was priceless. Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Came in the service department needing some assistance on my trailer lights for my truck. As busy as these fellas were, Liam stopped what he was doing to come out to my truck and test my wiring harness and verified my harness worked fine. Went home to figure out my boat trailer lights and forward Liam photos (via email) of my lights as requested. He had me come down and bring my burnt out lights to verify the lights he had in stock would be suitable for my trailer. As they were suitable for what was needed, he blessed me with them for free and told to me to come back for anything else I may need. The world has shifted so much in such a short amount of time, and it's hard to find any type of positive costumer service. Seems like people have made it a habit of just moving cattle through. These guys are amazing and super helpful. I'll be recommending them any chance I get and when the time comes where I want to buy a camper or trailer... This was our first rv purchase, and while researching the buying process, I heard multiple horror stories online regarding shady rv dealership practices. Unfortunately after owning my 2012 Adventurer 86FB for one year we noticed significant Delamination of the exterior walls and the Rear Bumper was starting to sag. I was told by Bob Chandler that the Camper was in good shape and that their Service Manager (Phil) would replace the rubber roof because it needed it sooner rather than later however I was assured that there were no leaks. I am in the Process of having my camper fixed. Once the Fiberglass was removed you could see that all 4 walls were rotted out. The right rear corner of the roof was also covered in epoxy instead of replacing the rotted wood on the roof during the repair. I was never told that there was any Dry Rot. This Repair or should I say Rebuild is going to cost me $17k. I did reach out to Bob Chandler to advise him of this. I can't recommend this RV Dealer based upon my Experience read more

I pulled into the campground after a hard drive as the sun was setting. I couldn't unlock the door with keypad or the key. Called Good Sam Roadside assistance they couldn't send anyone till the next day and then it would be a locksmith to make me a new key . Frantically left a message for Apache RV in Poulsbo where I bought my rig 2.5 years ago. I didn't hold much hope for a response as it was long past office hours. I started looking for used travel trailers in May. The difference from shopping at several other stores to Apache Camping Center (Poulsbo) was refreshing. Marc Plum was helpful and let me take my time checkIng several units without him hovering. Even the final negotiations was a breeze. Bought new as the price was right. Delivery and setup went off without a hitch, pardon the pun. Installation of the E2 WDH and a Furrion backup camera (purchased online) was completed during our inspection and walkthrough. Extra thank you to Hailee in finance for getting our plates to us before our maiden voyage. Maiden voyage on June 23rd to July 20th, 6812 miles and 19 states! The Wildwood worked like it should have. Just a few minor items needed attention. I returned the trailer to the Tacoma store for warranty service. Scott, service manager, was again very helpful in getting the items fixed, repaired or replaced and installed. Got the trailer back faster than expected. Hands down the worst RV dealer I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. Service is horrendous. Finance and sales acts like you are inconveniencing them if you walk in to the facility. Avoid this place at all costs. I think they used to be descent but they have let go of a lot of staff. District manager needs to take a hard look at management of this dealership. Consumer beware. This was our first travel trailer purchase. We had done a fair amount of research online, but really we were still quite unfamiliar with the heating, plumbing and trailer systems, not to mention what to look for in an RV. We bought a used Artic Fox camper and for 2 years took it to the Apache Center in Everett, Wa for any needed service and repairs. That's a costly ferry ride and about 3 hours away. We liked their service but it was a long way to go. We were excited when Apache opened a center in Poulsbo and when we needed help, we booked a service appt. Wow - what an appalling place. We go here hoping to get a quote for a trailer wire. He examines our vehicle and then pops up with an outrageous quote of almost $300. We go home, heads reeling and check out our vehicle one more time- guess what? The part we thought we needed is attached to our vehicle the whole time. I had a great buying experience- the only dealership I went to (including visits to many dealerships in Tacoma) where I truly felt zero pressure and enjoyed browsing all their trailers without anyone hovering. Delivery did not feel rushed, and they provided a quality product that has been a total game-changer for my family. I just completed my first service visit after about 4 months of ownership and at least 10 camping trips to get several warranty items looked at. My trailer was at the dealership for one week, and all the promised work (and some additional) was completed one day prior to the promised date. After reading so many horror stories about RVs getting stuck back at the dealership, I am so happy I decided to purchase here! He helped us understand parts of our used trailer and has been very helpful over the phone when trying to sort out a service contract. My family and I bought a 2011 Arctic Fox 990 from Apache Camping Center. Marc was a pleasure to work with and super helpful. This was our first camper/RV, so we found the orientation/training meeting extremely useful. The orientation was supposed to be 2 hours, but it ended up being 4 hours because my wife, brother, and I asked a ton of questions. Forrest did the training and he was very polite (and tolerant of my young, energetic children). Once we got home, my wife and I broke the awning in a matter of minutes due to our own ignorance. I live in Portland and met Bob at one of the local RV shows. He and his staff were so knowledgable on the type of trailer we wanted (Nucamp T@B 320S) that we voluntarily worked with them and made the 3hr drive to pick up our trailer up in Paulsbo rather than the Portland location. They were able to do unique and awesome modifications and went above and beyond in customer service! Even after the purchase, when we had an extra large part that we couldn't fit in the camper or car, their head in the service dept (Phil) volunteered to drive it down to Portland for us to bring it to the local dealership the following day since he was going there anyway. Bob was very patient with our back and forth with many customizations and modifications. Phil and his service crew were just awesome with creativity in modifications.
