Phil C.

I will never buy a Travel Trailer anywhere but Apache RV in Poulsbo. We have purchased two trailers through them now, Bob was our salesman for both of them. He was honest and straight to the point. Phil and his team in the service department are top notch. They have always gone the extra mile with any issue that has come up. On our most recent repair we had a rather complicated issue and a stubborn insurance adjuster but Phil and everyone in the service department really distinguished themselves, and out camper came out better than new. I would like to thank Phil, Ariel, and all the techs in the service department that ensured our home away from home is ready to go for years to come!

Delamination
D K.

Unfortunately after owning my 2012 Adventurer 86FB for one year we noticed significant Delamination of the exterior walls and the Rear Bumper was starting to sag. I was told by Bob Chandler that the Camper was in good shape and that their Service Manager (Phil) would replace the rubber roof because it needed it sooner rather than later however I was assured that there were no leaks. I am in the Process of having my camper fixed. Once the Fiberglass was removed you could see that all 4 walls were rotted out. The right rear corner of the roof was also covered in epoxy instead of replacing the rotted wood on the roof during the repair. I was never told that there was any Dry Rot. This Repair or should I say Rebuild is going to cost me $17k. I did reach out to Bob Chandler to advise him of this. I can't recommend this RV Dealer based upon my Experience

One call or message to Marc, and he gets things handled quickly and efficiently. He completed everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what to watch for moving forward. What stood out most to me is how much he genuinely cares. No matter how long of a day he has had, Marc goes out of his way to make sure your RV is fixed properly so you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home on wheels. I have had an incredible experience with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone living the RV lifestyle. Marc is genuine, kind, hardworking, intelligent, and takes his job very seriously. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also truly cares about the people he helps. If you need your RV fixed, don't hesitate to reach out to Marc -- I can confidently say he'll get the job done right and in no time!

We wanted to have a new awning place over our slide-out to protect it from the weather. I…read morecontacted this business through yelp. Andrea quoted me the price of the awning which was quite pricey due to shipping costs. I wanted it done so I okayed the project. I got a call from Andrea the next day and she informed me that she had done some calling around and found out that Camping World had my awning in stock and there were no shipping costs involved. They would even go pick it up. I decided to go get it myself. Tim installed it yesterday and it looks great. He is very quality oriented and does a great job. They go out their way to satisfy their customers. I will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them.

Andrea was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. Tim came to our home, removed our old awning, and installed the new one we had purchased from Amazon--all in about two hours! His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, personable, and efficient. Although we bought our replacement awning on Amazon due to a tight timeline, Andrea and Tim also offer replacement awnings and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. We were so impressed with their service that they'll be our first call for any future repairs or upgrades to our travel trailer. Highly recommend!

Seattle Car Shipping

I had my car shipped from Seattle, WA to Washington, DC and was referred to Global Auto Transport…read morewhen I called Seattle Car Shipping. "Rudy" was who always answered the phone. He was extremely patient with me calling him many times about the logistics, deposit and payment, etc. because I'd not shipped a car before. Pickup of my car happened within the 72 hour time window I was given, and delivery actually happened on the shorter end of the estimated time. I had packed a number of boxes into the car very neatly (sight lines were clear for the driver) and GAT didn't give me any hassle about extra weight in the car (although I was afraid I had gone beyond the 100lb. allowance). Car arrived in good shape, although I wish they had put down a paper protector on the driver's side floor mat - it was very muddy. D.C. has rules about big truck haulers on city streets so my car was transferred to a single-car flatbed for delivery at no extra charge. I was able to pay the driver the C.O.D. charge electronically, which was great. Working with GAT was a good experience.

I contacted Seattle Car Shipping (SCS) and was connected to Anthony of Global Auto Transportation,…read moreI believe one of the owners of the Seattle site. I was very pleased with his communication, and he didn't seem to be annoyed by the endless amount of questions that I had for him. I had never had my car shipped, so I was nervous and I was told so many different things by many places, but something about Anthony kept me calm, and I trusted the reviews on Yelp for SCS. I liked the quote Anthony gave me, and how calm and sure he was of their business. He also replied through email very quickly. There is a direct deposit, and it was reasonable and taken out immediately. I also kept in touch with a very nice lady named Elina C. She was a logistics coordinator and clarified that I'd need to stay in contact with a driver named Igor of Vyrado Logistics in Puyallup. Again, I was a little confused in this whole process being new to this business, but Elina reassured me that nerves are normal and that they'd ship my car in about five days. I was shocked because every other place said that it'd take about 7-10 days, and one place even said two to six weeks, which is odd if they can drive hundreds of miles a day, and Detroit is about 2300 miles. The funny thing is that the ones who said it'd take longer said it'd be safer, but it was more expensive and it'd take longer than what GAT said. I kept in touch with Igor, he was nice to allow me to put a lot in my 2010 Civic (more than the usual amount with no extra fee), took pictures, gave me electronic forms to keep, and then he was off with my car on the carrier. It's nice that they do business door to door. He was also accurate with the times he gave me on pickup, and kept in touch well through phone. He let me know I could pay after he dropped off the car, and that cash was preferable. I forgot that GAT said that the carrier who comes decides what amount I need to pay in, so I called GAT right away and told them I was confused why I needed to pay in cash? They reminded me that again, it's up to carrier, and Igor was flexible also mentioning I could pay cashier's check, money order, or credit card but it'd be an extra 5% by card. I told him I'd have the cash ready. I just received my car about an hour ago, and we are all surprised at how it got here in a timely manner, just five days! It took a little bit just because he had to take the cars off to get my car down safely, but I'd rather have him do it in his own time and well, instead of rush and risk damage. He was very careful with the other cars too, and told me I could wait inside because it was chilly out here. After he was done putting the other cars back, I thanked Igor, and I am overall very pleased with GAT. Car was dusty from going across the country from Tacoma to Detroit, but this was well worth it for such a great price. Thanks guys! Y'all made my day. :)
