The store worker knew the majority of the customers' by their first names, not to mention he also seemed to know the names of the customers spouse, children, boat's name, pets, etc. I must admit that was impressive. One of the customers was even so familiar with the store and the worker that they rung themselves up for a transaction. Another came in and gave the shop dog a treat. It's nice to see that stores like these are still out there, ones where everyone knows your name. Their are some items for sale for tourists, like me. They have postcards, t-shirts, some small kid's gifts and some other trinkets. these folks are top of the line in every way!! they we're completely awesome when i first came in…read moreto drop our prop off. its a hi end wake board boat so if its not right you can feel it.. they called me 4-5 days later and said they were finished! i remember thinking "right on, that was pretty quick! the price was right about where i thought it would be if their prices are fair! i went to go pick it up and i realized they close hella early (4pm) . i wondered to the back to find someone since i prepaid. he was absolutely outstanding in helping me after hours to get me this prop! he called the equily awesome front office folks at home and they used their hone computers to look up my prop and let me take it home!! yes the people are really great but the props they work on are 2nd to no one! they did such a perfect job you cant even tell it was ever damaged. thanks so so much the prop shop!! see ya next time!!

And women, are you wanting to be surrounded by men minimum twice your size just for them to essentially tell you you're stupid after giving them said stack of cash? Well this is the right place for you! I took my vehicle here to get a valve replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and received it with my paint peeling and bare metal in most places on the hood. When I received my car I spoke with Rick and asked him what might have caused it and he immediately took offense assuming that I was blaming him. I hadn't thought to until that moment. I did leave disrespectfully, I will admit however, when my vehicle was dropped off there was one part of clear coat pealing off, the only part that is untouched, and it came back to me as seen in the attached picture. When Rick was speaking over me and I was trying to get clarification on what could've happened, or if it truly wasn't a negligence issue, if they had noticed it, without putting the blame on him, the mechanic that actually worked on my car came up behind me with his hands up. As a 5'4 130lb person, amongst other things, I was obviously intimidated and told him to not touch me. This seemed to strike something in both of them. Whether it was done here or not, from negligence or not, is still unclear considering my questions were being spoken over and dismissed. And again, whether it happened here the car was paid for at 1pm that day and there was no mention of the paint issues when it was paid for. Today, trying to figure out a solution to my paint problem without going through these people again, my oil gauge shot up to high and then dropped and stopped my car. Luckily, I was stopped at the toll both and hadn't gotten onto the bridge, yet. If I had, this would be a slightly different story. So if you want a surprise and free paint job, and have a not so relaxing get away to the side of the Tacoma Narrows fixing a paint issue after getting your transmission worked on? This is the place for you!
