I did some comparisons, and I found a better price with a decent warranty. So I opted not to get my tires from this company. I am very happy though with my battery purchase. Shopping around is critical for big purchases such as tires. I want to underscore my point though about the people that work here. Amazingly kind and attentive. They saw that I use a Walker. And they opened the door before I could even get up to the door. They walked me out to my car and put the walker in my car even though I didn't need the help. And then when I had questions that I forgot to ask when I was in the store, the technician came out to my car and spent quality time with me, making sure that every question was answered to my satisfaction I can't sing their praises enough. Oh, and the waiting room was comfortable in the bathroom was extremely clean.

I have purchased numerous tires, front end alignment, and shocks from this Poulsbo Les Schwab store. This is the last time I will use Les Schwab. I will not recommend Les Schwab any longer. If you are going to change the way you do business you chould inform your customers verbally or by signage.

It started with Klarissa and Zack stepped in on her day off. The Sales Manager Barrie did his follow up a couple of weeks later and gave me us an inventory update. Zack again covered for Klarissa and informed us of a price reduction of Like New Subaru Forester with very low mileage that just about made it with our budget. They worked with us to make it happen and we bought it. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly no hiccups. This is the way car buying should be as it was a good experience. We won't be going back after my last service a couple weeks ago. They flushed the AWD fluid to fix an issue for $900. My car started squeaking oddly within a day or two after their "fix" so I took it to Audi Tacoma a week later. They looked at the fluid and said the service was done incorrectly. All the fluid Liberty Bay Auto had put in had burnt because they didn't perform the maintenance right. Audi had to pull fluid out of the system to make sure it had caused metal shavings to get into my car. Luckily I came in in time or it would have been even more expensive! Audi fixed the fluid for another $1,100 (on top of the $900 I paid to LBA). My car had the original issue fixed by Audi Tacoma but I have to bring it in again to them because the squealing that started after LBA has gotten worse and worse. If you have an Audi, save your car and money and take your car to a shop that knows how to work on them. They nearly did major damage to my car

And women, are you wanting to be surrounded by men minimum twice your size just for them to essentially tell you you're stupid after giving them said stack of cash? Well this is the right place for you! I took my vehicle here to get a valve replaced in my Jeep Wrangler and received it with my paint peeling and bare metal in most places on the hood. When I received my car I spoke with Rick and asked him what might have caused it and he immediately took offense assuming that I was blaming him. I hadn't thought to until that moment. I did leave disrespectfully, I will admit however, when my vehicle was dropped off there was one part of clear coat pealing off, the only part that is untouched, and it came back to me as seen in the attached picture. When Rick was speaking over me and I was trying to get clarification on what could've happened, or if it truly wasn't a negligence issue, if they had noticed it, without putting the blame on him, the mechanic that actually worked on my car came up behind me with his hands up. As a 5'4 130lb person, amongst other things, I was obviously intimidated and told him to not touch me. This seemed to strike something in both of them. Whether it was done here or not, from negligence or not, is still unclear considering my questions were being spoken over and dismissed. And again, whether it happened here the car was paid for at 1pm that day and there was no mention of the paint issues when it was paid for. Today, trying to figure out a solution to my paint problem without going through these people again, my oil gauge shot up to high and then dropped and stopped my car. Luckily, I was stopped at the toll both and hadn't gotten onto the bridge, yet. If I had, this would be a slightly different story. So if you want a surprise and free paint job, and have a not so relaxing get away to the side of the Tacoma Narrows fixing a paint issue after getting your transmission worked on? This is the place for you!

They said to bring it in with no appointment , I was happy and one lucky first time client. They did a diagnostic first and let me know what was the problem then call me to let me know what was wrong and what needed to be done at the same time chk to update my oil change .. it was time for Carlani oil change.. he gave the price how much it was going to cost before they fix the problem. I was happy with the price and happy with the service. Save me gas and time to drive off island for my yearly service. Praise the Lord!     There was one major issue. I told the owner that I was going to be taking my car on a long road…read moretrip and I needed all the safety checks done, tires checked, oil changed etc etc. When I went to pick up the car I specifically asked him about the tires and he said they looked good. Part way on my trip the sidewall of one of the tires gave out. The tire repair shop was flabbergasted to find that my tires were 25 years old. I had absolutely no idea they were that old (I did not put the tires on the car, I bought it second hand). I was relying on Blue Canary to do the paid for safety checks for me. When I returned to Blue Canary and told the owner (manager?) what I had discovered he definitely did not act surprised, dismayed, or even apologetic. He said he doesn't typically check the age of the tires. Something that several tire experts I spoke to said should be one of the first things done! It is extremely fortunate that I did not end up in a serious accident. I definitely would never rely on his assurance that things were taken care of and safe. In addition to the subpar service related to tire safety I also paid a considerable sum of money to have my engine cleaned. It definitely was not cleaned (didn't look like it had been cleaned at all). A rodent deterrent pack had been put inside the hood.... A very EXPENSIVE rodent pack since it appears that was all my expensive "engine cleaning" involved. He did offer to re-clean it when I got back to town and he was willing to do so when I brought it back in. However when I started talking with him about the situation with the tires I got totally disgusted with his attitude and left. I will not be back. And if you are concerned about anything that could be related to safety I would be cautious having it serviced by Bainbridge Blue Canary.
