The finished repair looks like a brand-new rim. My only concern was the final bill. I was originally quoted a lower price, but when I picked it up, the total was $20 higher than expected, and there was also a 3% credit card surcharge. Other than the unexpected increase in price, I was very happy with the quality of the repair.

Shopping around is critical for big purchases such as tires. I want to underscore my point though about the people that work here. Amazingly kind and attentive. They saw that I use a Walker. And they opened the door before I could even get up to the door. They walked me out to my car and put the walker in my car even though I didn't need the help. And then when I had questions that I forgot to ask when I was in the store, the technician came out to my car and spent quality time with me, making sure that every question was answered to my satisfaction I can't sing their praises enough.
