    do not buy anything from these assholes. bill more his son…read morebilly and son t.c. bought a 100k + sany excavator in 2022. billy lies to us when he sold us machine. said they were a forestry company and could facilitate all our business needs. and that they had a fleet of mobile mechanics that was the first lie. he sold us a machine. we spent another 14k or more setting up maxhine to operate a fecon mulching head. we ordered a forestry cage for machine and had them plumb it up to run machine. bill sent me down to his shop to have jim his mechanic at the time show me how they had set the machine up so i get there at 8:00 in the morning jim comes out of the shop i asked him if he has a minute he takes one look at me and tells me i don't have time for you today mother fucker??? i give bill a call and ask him what's going on why is guys talking to me like that all he tells me is he can't fire him because he can't find anybody to replace him no apology no nothing. so they continue to set up the machine which they've done wrong there's rubber hoses running down the side of the boom which they guaranteed me at the time they'd have hard lines for it you don't put rubber hoses on an excavator boom. they put the wrong forestry cage on it took him a year and a half to get the right one and then switch it out they didn't know how to install the lexan glass i had to actually design and show his guys how to install it. this is a company that says they're a leader in the forestry industry what a joke. so now i have issues with the machine the sprockets have terrible wear on the side of them (sany saying that it's from driving on side hills) the worst spots are continuous on the side of the sprocket and not something that is happening occasionally, the gas tank foller neck has rusted out. the hydraulics are super jumpy and the machine tracks severly off to the right after 3 years of arguing with these guys they're just telling me it's all normal that it's not manufacturers defect. so then i tell bill look i want to trade it in and get a new machine a bigger one just the other day and he tells me that he can't take my machine in on trade in because it has too many issues that sany refuses to fix and he can't sell it to somebody else. nut doesn't mind sticking me woth it. bill moore the owner and i have made videos inspecting other machines with him telling me that all the issues on my machine aren't normal where that he believes sany should fix them. nit refuses to fix them and deal with sany. so the guy that sold me the machine won't take it in on trade now and it still has a warranty on it only has 1900 hours on it because sany's refusing to fix any of the problems that he agrees are not normal where that they're manufactured defects so at this point we're fileing a lawsuit against kitsap tractor to for e them to di the right thing. again don't buy anything from this guy unless you want to get ripped off their mechanics aren't even certified diesel mechanics let alone certified sany mechanics mechanics. oh yeah they sent kut brand new machine woth a used ram dor the thumb and it bent the forwt day. teied to tell me it was new. my wofe actually noticed it had been painted over the serial number. then billy his son admitted that they put a used ram on it because the thimb i ordered wasnt in yet. it took 3 years ro het the right thumb??? so unless tou like getting screwed over and pissed off dont buy a sany. i wouldn't buy anything from these guys dont support a company that sqrews its customers over like that.

They said to bring it in with no appointment , I was happy and one lucky first time client. They did a diagnostic first and let me know what was the problem then call me to let me know what was wrong and what needed to be done at the same time chk to update my oil change .. it was time for Carlani oil change.. he gave the price how much it was going to cost before they fix the problem. I was happy with the price and happy with the service. Save me gas and time to drive off island for my yearly service. Praise the Lord! Plenty Mahalo team Blue Canary, When Carlani falls apart again will go with Team blue Canary..

    There was one major issue. I told the owner that I was going to be taking my car on a long road…read moretrip and I needed all the safety checks done, tires checked, oil changed etc etc. When I went to pick up the car I specifically asked him about the tires and he said they looked good. Part way on my trip the sidewall of one of the tires gave out. The tire repair shop was flabbergasted to find that my tires were 25 years old. I had absolutely no idea they were that old (I did not put the tires on the car, I bought it second hand). I was relying on Blue Canary to do the paid for safety checks for me. When I returned to Blue Canary and told the owner (manager?) what I had discovered he definitely did not act surprised, dismayed, or even apologetic. He said he doesn't typically check the age of the tires. Something that several tire experts I spoke to said should be one of the first things done! It is extremely fortunate that I did not end up in a serious accident. I definitely would never rely on his assurance that things were taken care of and safe. In addition to the subpar service related to tire safety I also paid a considerable sum of money to have my engine cleaned. It definitely was not cleaned (didn't look like it had been cleaned at all). A rodent deterrent pack had been put inside the hood.... A very EXPENSIVE rodent pack since it appears that was all my expensive "engine cleaning" involved. He did offer to re-clean it when I got back to town and he was willing to do so when I brought it back in. However when I started talking with him about the situation with the tires I got totally disgusted with his attitude and left. I will not be back. And if you are concerned about anything that could be related to safety I would be cautious having it serviced by Bainbridge Blue Canary.
