Abnormal wear they are saying is normal 1000 hrs

do not buy anything from these assholes. bill more his son billy and son t.c. bought a 100k + sany excavator in 2022. billy lies to us when he sold us machine. said they were a forestry company and could facilitate all our business needs. and that they had a fleet of mobile mechanics that was the first lie. he sold us a machine. we spent another 14k or more setting up maxhine to operate a fecon mulching head. we ordered a forestry cage for machine and had them plumb it up to run machine. bill sent me down to his shop to have jim his mechanic at the time show me how they had set the machine up so i get there at 8:00 in the morning jim comes out of the shop i asked him if he has a minute he takes one look at me and tells me i don't have time for you today mother fucker??? i give bill a call and ask him what's going on why is guys talking to me like that all he tells me is he can't fire him because he can't find anybody to replace him no apology no nothing. so they continue to set up the machine which they've done wrong there's rubber hoses running down the side of the boom which they guaranteed me at the time they'd have hard lines for it you don't put rubber hoses on an excavator boom. they put the wrong forestry cage on it took him a year and a half to get the right one and then switch it out they didn't know how to install the lexan glass i had to actually design and show his guys how to install it. this is a company that says they're a leader in the forestry industry what a joke. so now i have issues with the machine the sprockets have terrible wear on the side of them (sany saying that it's from driving on side hills) the worst spots are continuous on the side of the sprocket and not something that is happening occasionally, the gas tank foller neck has rusted out. the hydraulics are super jumpy and the machine tracks severly off to the right after 3 years of arguing with these guys they're just telling me it's all normal that it's not manufacturers defect. so then i tell bill look i want to trade it in and get a new machine a bigger one just the other day and he tells me that he can't take my machine in on trade in because it has too many issues that sany refuses to fix and he can't sell it to somebody else. nut doesn't mind sticking me woth it. bill moore the owner and i have made videos inspecting other machines with him telling me that all the issues on my machine aren't normal where that he believes sany should fix them. nit refuses to fix them and deal with sany. so the guy that sold me the machine won't take it in on trade now and it still has a warranty on it only has 1900 hours on it because sany's refusing to fix any of the problems that he agrees are not normal where that they're manufactured defects so at this point we're fileing a lawsuit against kitsap tractor to for e them to di the right thing. again don't buy anything from this guy unless you want to get ripped off their mechanics aren't even certified diesel mechanics let alone certified sany mechanics mechanics. oh yeah they sent kut brand new machine woth a used ram dor the thumb and it bent the forwt day. teied to tell me it was new. my wofe actually noticed it had been painted over the serial number. then billy his son admitted that they put a used ram on it because the thimb i ordered wasnt in yet. it took 3 years ro het the right thumb??? so unless tou like getting screwed over and pissed off dont buy a sany. i wouldn't buy anything from these guys dont support a company that sqrews its customers over like that.

I have worked with Megan and the team and they have gone above and beyond to help. I would buy from them again.

Who would think a farm store has five (5), that's FIVE brand new Kel Tec PMR 30's on display (in…read morestock). One all black and four in OD Green. I hunted every gun store I could think of looking for one of these, and their sticker price is lower than most everywhere else. The store is clean, neat and employees are friendly & personable. The gentleman at the gun counter was eager to assist me and was more than helpful answering questions. Great unknown spot adjacent to the outlet mall. Easy to find and tons of parking. Seeing as how we moved to Federal Way, I'll be spending more time there.

I am beginning to wonder if they are slow to pay suppliers. The Auburn location has consistently…read morebeen out of stock on grain and shavings. Their computer inventory doesn't match reality. Had to go back and get a refund after waiting 20 minutes or more at the loading dock multiple times. The loading dock is another well known issue. I think a cocktail bar at the loading dock would enhance the experience. Seriously, everyone I know who shops here jokes about the load out time. If, by chance, you actually get an experienced employee, chances are that you will not see them again on your next visit. Seems to be significant dissatisfaction among the employees. The people in the store are always nice -not always experienced but they try or call for help, which may or may not be quick. I will say, my limited experiences at the monroe store are much better. It appears to be in business for real. Unfortunately, it is far away from my farm.

Several months ago I took my John Deere mower in for repair & they quickly found the problem &…read morecorrected it. I thought the charge was very reasonable & it was quickly repaired. We also have an older self drive Craftsman which I took down a couple of weeks ago. I went to check on the repair & it was ready. It was a simple fix so they didn't charge me. However yesterday it stopped working & wouldn't start. So this morning I took it back & of course it started right up! They suggested it may have had some moisture in the fuel so they put in an additive & gave me the remaining contents of the additive. They also suggested I use "ethanol" free gasoline in the future. Again - No Charge! This is kind of unheard of these days. I highly recommend them for any mower repairs. They're also a Farm Store & I've found their prices highly competitive & their customer service top notch.

This review is long, but may save you lots of stress... From…read morenow on I will read the reviews and heed their warning. I don't usually give or read any reviews because these can be vindictive and customers can be tough. I usually feel that if you're kind to others, this will result in positive relationships. This is an exception and lesson learned. If you decide that I'm just another nasty Karen; you're welcome to FAFO. But you can't say you haven't been warned. I bought 5 ton of alfalfa and eight gates. No discount for a big purchase. OK, prices are good, so that's fair. I got a lecture that times were hard for businesses, free of charge. I paid their price for delivery and elevator. I told an employee I had a pretty quirky place in Joyce and worried about a big truck getting around. He assured me that they always made it work. (Insert cheery smile) When the delivery came, they could not drive the truck to my barn because of the incline so we had to make another plan. OK. Delivery guy made sure to let me know he was not pleased with the situation, and I had put him in a bad spot, causing unnecessary delay. "I don't have time for this," he repeatedly mentioned. I tried to assure him that my farm had not been designed to cause him any personal grief. Relationships are important to me, so I tried to be friendly and grateful for their help, smiling and thanking them. Most of the hay did not make it in the loft which is hard for me. The same day I got the delivery, a sale circular came out offering all gates 10% off. I called the store and asked for a 10% refund since the sale was so close to the date of purchase (seven days) and since the number of gates was substantial (8). I was definitely not happy after talking with two ladies telling me I could not have the discount and that I was pretty crazy for asking. I got more lectures about how hard it is for local companies. I told both ladies that I do believe that small businesses do have it tough, but that local loyalty between business and customer should be mutual. Owner refused to help in any way, and was unavailable through two conversations. I drove the gates back and asked to return them and purchase them back at the sale price. The "manager" (same guy who delivered the hay) told me that I had been berating his employees and calling them names. I was appalled. I was definitely not happy with the situation, but I did not call anyone names or insult anyone during my phone conversations. He was very angry and public about all this. Since it was "right there in the notes" it confirmed that I had been abusive, he announced to the entire store. He also told me they would never again deliver to my farm because I had made him back down an incline, forcing him and his employee into a dangerous situation. He continued to let me know that if I ever dared to purchase something from them, I would have to haul it myself. I argued that I had made him do nothing. I reminded him that we had agreed to change where most of the hay was stored. He seemed unable to refute that point, so he moved onto more disagreeable information. They would only allow a refund, and I would have to come later, gates included, when the owner was around. Furthermore, I was informed, that the owner also owns a transport business and can't be waiting around to hand out gobs of money to scoundrels like me. In a follow-up phone call from Kaitlyn, working manager, I was informed that I am blacklisted from ever purchasing anything from them again. (Notes are, you know, right there for the proof of my molesting character.) She was also not willing to have a conversation about the name-calling or anything else. Since I didn't call anyone names, I understand how it is hard to decide which names they were. From the other experiences noted here multiple times, it looks like the "you suck" attitude comes from the owner and trickles down to the service behavior of the employees. It's probably not worth more time or interest to deal with these guys which is, I surmise, what they're banking on. They're definitely not depending on customer satisfaction or good community relations to keep their business running. This is the Gospel truth. You can know this because "It's right here in my notes." If I did decide to call a name, I would chose "bully".
