They offer repairs and service for lawn and harder equipment though they are a bit backed up with the virus related changes in business. They have a full line of CubCadet lawn equipment outside as well as a full selection of hand held gas powered tools inside. This is a great shop, staff aren't pushy for sales. I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.
