If I could give zero stars I would!!! I spend $1164.00 on three funeral arrangements. I got a call an afternoon the day before the funeral and was told that they couldn't find a flower and had to sub out. I said okay because they made it seem like it was one flower they were subbing out, nope it was most of the entire arrangement that was subbed out. I started getting approval photos at 6:22pm Thursday evening, The evening before the funeral service. Mind you the store closes at 6pm. So I got the first arrangement phones and I told them I was unhappy with them, it wasn't what I ordered, not even close. They had emailed me later in the evening a few hrs later they emailed me again and I had told them that I still was unhappy. I didn't get another update until 6am the morning of the funeral, 3hrs before delivery. I had told them that I was still unhappy, it looked just thrown together like giant flower salad. They delivered it anyway without making anymore changes to it. I had email the next day saying how unhappy myself and the rest of my grieving family was with those arrangements. Our loved one deserves better than what was delivered. I was told that the manager was out until Monday. I called Monday and left a msg, I called Tuesday and was told the manager went home early and another manager would call me in the morning. I get a call this morning and the woman on the other line pretty much just tells me how beautiful the arrangement was and I told her we all disagreed it's not what we wanted. And she said that the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and what did I want her to do about it? I got what I wanted. Which then I told her I didn't get anything close to what I wanted and at minimum I want a partial refund. She then tells me there's nothing she can do, she'll have to get the owner involved and it'll be up to them. *****Update Williams flowers & gifts ended up sending a partial refund. I appreciate them trying to make it right.

There's no drive-through and…read moreinside there's barely room to move around, but the coffee is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the art is ever so pretty. The Coffee Spigot is a tiny little building attached (sort of) to the nearby Bremerton Nursery. Walk in and your greeted by an assortment of hanging sculptures, cute memorabilia, and painted mugs, all nearly hiding a cash register and espresso machine. Worry not, though, your order is taken with a smile, and made with an expert hand. Squeeze into a chair in the corner, and you'll soon have a cup of steaming hot caffeinated refreshment. There's only a couple tables to sit at, but plenty to look at while you enjoy your drink of choice, and all of the art is available to buy as well. This place is out of the way, and it's tiny, but it's entirely worth it. Great coffee and friendly service make it a Bremerton spot worth stopping for.

Later Update: The coffehouse has been closed for a while (I write this April 2017). It's a loss to the neighborhood. And it was such a draw to the garden center, I would frequently stop for coffee, and not be able to resist looking about the nursery and ending up with another plant or two. I hope it reopens, it's been a special place.
