If you value your lives and safety of your occupants. Do not take your car here. Took my car in for what was initially a clutch replacement that turned into a transmission replacement. They had my car for a month and a half and even after the repair, the car still did not operate correctly and was leaking oil. Yesterday while on my way to and from spokane, my kids and I were almost killed when the steering knuckle of my car came off. My car was not put back together correctly and nothing was torqued down, to include the transmission housing connecting to the motor. After calling the owner. He stated that he had fired the employee because this has happened before. Low mechanical competencies and ZERO quality oversight. This place is the oppitomy of a backwoods shady tree mechanic. They should close the doors before they actually kill somone!

Total rip-off. Do not take your car here. No upfront paperwork, lies constantly, doesn't keep promises or deadlines and avoids calls.

Unfortunately I have to come back tomorrow due to my lack of knowledge about them requiring a specific type of part to professionally install my rearview camera.

They fixed me right up when I came in for my appt. And after the residual oil burned off, no more smoking and no more oil leak! Side note: my car had recently been stolen and abandoned and the ignition tumbler was messed up. I told them as fair warning for turning on/off And I had an annoying belt squeak usually when I'd first start the far after sitting for any decent amount of time (a few hours to overnight). It wasn't until I parked my car and turned it off that I realized they fixed the ignition tumbler, too! (Not sure how difficult that was for them) And then later, I realized I wasn't hearing any squeaking belt starting up my car. They fixed that up, too! And they are super helpful even giving their thoughts on different issues with the car to look into as they notice them and they don't charge an arm and a leg. Very happy with their services and will definitely be using them as my go-to mechanic as I'm fairly new to the Bremerton area.

But on a recent visit as we were leaving, my husband asked a question about the store to the lady checking our receipt. She was a sweet Filipino lady. She did not know the answer but convincingly told us she would have the answer next time we came. She had no idea when that would be. About 5 days later we stopped in for a couple of things and there she was again at the door. My husband smiled and said, hey! And asked the question again. She got really excited she saw him and said she'd been waiting for us. She pulled a sticky note out of her pocket and had the answer for him. She didn't have to do that. She had no idea when we'd be back. She put that note in her pocket every day hoping she would see us. I just wanted to hug her. Her name is Amy and she definitely went above and beyond what she needed too. I now have a favorite employee!!

They tend to avoid eye contact, quickly confirm medications, and rarely offer guidance unless asked directly. As a nurse, I completely understand that healthcare workers experience fatigue and burnout, and I certainly don't expect perfection. However, when approaching the counter or calling on the phone, customers just want to be acknowledged and treated with respect--not rushed or made to feel like a burden. I appreciate the vital role the pharmacy team plays, but I hope the Silverdale Costco pharmacy techs can find ways to serve customers with a bit more warmth and compassion moving forward. A little kindness goes a long way.
