If you value your lives and safety of your occupants. Do not take your car here. Took my car in for what was initially a clutch replacement that turned into a transmission replacement. They had my car for a month and a half and even after the repair, the car still did not operate correctly and was leaking oil. Yesterday while on my way to and from spokane, my kids and I were almost killed when the steering knuckle of my car came off. My car was not put back together correctly and nothing was torqued down, to include the transmission housing connecting to the motor. After calling the owner. He stated that he had fired the employee because this has happened before. Low mechanical competencies and ZERO quality oversight. This place is the oppitomy of a backwoods shady tree mechanic. They should close the doors before they actually kill somone!

Can't believe yall allow ur employees to take the customer's car for a ride that exceeds 100mph and deny his claims for a refund

Total rip-off. Do not take your car here. No upfront paperwork, lies constantly, doesn't keep promises or deadlines and avoids calls.

Unfortunately I have to come back tomorrow due to my lack of knowledge about them requiring a specific type of part to professionally install my rearview camera.

This is my second time coming here and I would never recommend or come back here. First time I…read morerequested my spark plug to be replaced. when it came to pick up my truck my truck had a misfire so I brought it back so they can fix their mistake, took them longer to fix the mistake and in return the manager offered me a free oil change for the mistake they made, giving them the benefit of the doubt I come for the free oil change and they denied me and tried to over charge me for a oil change. I will never come back or recommend this place of business not even to my enemies

Quoted me nearly $1400 to fix the issue with my car confirming that the work would fix the car…read more When I went to pick it up, they informed me that the issue I brought the car in for was completely unchanged, car still wasn't running, but the bill was now $1900 for all the unnecessary work they did. Wouldn't give me back my car long enough to get the unnecessary new parts removed. Three illegal things in the state of WA - doing unnecessary work, lying to the customer about the problem and needed work, and increasing the estimate by over 10% (more like 30%) without confirming with the customer. Ended up having to deal with their corporate office who eventually sorted it out for us, but if we hadn't been persistent enough to fight them on it, they'd have just taken 130% of the estimate while having done absolutely nothing to address the problem. We agreed to pay them for their unnecessary labour, so we're out $400 plus the cost of the tows there and back and we're right back at square one. These guys are predators.
