It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys have earned mine. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to communicate with. Pricing is fair, and all quotes are clear and easy to understand. What really set them apart was how they went above and beyond acting as the middleman between us and the warranty company, making what could have been a stressful process feel almost seamless. Highly recommend Frontier Auto Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop in the greater Silverdale area.

Stellar recent service from Silverdale Autoworks!…read more I'd tried my gal at two other shops--including the dealership where I bought her--but only Silverdale Autoworks took the extra time, patience, and diligence to actually discover the issue instead of just overlooking my concerns. Once they found the situation, they promptly fixed it, charged a few bucks even lower than what I was quoted, and we were on our way! The stress from giving weeks of time and money to other shops who couldn't actually fix the problem and didn't listen or care about getting me back on the road safely...it all immediately went away with my excellent service at Silverdale Autoworks. I will absolutely go to them first thing from here on out for any and all auto needs. Please consider this glowing review to include an extra star since Yelp won't let me recommend them any higher. Thank you all for your help!

I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.

I can't say enough. Howard is super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, thorough , HONEST and will always do whatever he can to save you money and get your vehicle back on the road asap. DJ (David) is a super talented mechanic. I had the pleasure of meeting him the last time I came in, a few days ago. His abundance of knowledge in his field is truly impressive. Justin is another mechanic who works here. He is also knowledgeable, friendly, determined, and will go the extra mile! Alan works here too and is always kind and wanting to help out. I have had my vehicle serviced here several times now and have always been pleased all in all. There is a coffee table as you walk in, offered to all customers. They have a bathroom if needed. I tend to prefer to hang out while my vehicle gets worked on, as I feel so comfortable and welcome. I am able to catch up on emails or watch tv while I'm here. Oh and they can also do a thorough check up on your vehicle and give you an estimate on how much things will cost so that you can get what you need done in order of most urgency/preference first! It's very helpful! Meineke has a 0% no interest offer through a partner, Synchrony Bank, that is always available. I have been told the offer is 0% interest for 6 months if you spend $499+ on the Synchrony credit card or else 12 months if spending $750+. I Highly recommend this auto shop!!

Their alignment sensor must be off because they my car three times and it was worse than it went in there I had to go to Bremerton Firestone to get it done, right. I also had brand new tires put on there and one tire kept going flat and Sean lied to me that they replaced the valve stem and they did not because Bremerton replaced it because it was leaking like a sieve. This is after the tire going flat a second time. when I went in for the second alignment because the first one screwed my car up really bad after it was done Sean had the nerve to tell me that my car was worse than I brought it in from the 1st alignment. I told him why and he said he didn't know was telling me I had to bring it to a body shop because my rear end is out of whack from the rear damage. That's a bunch of BS because I've had it aligned four times in Redmond since that accident and they did the alignment just fine and so did Bremerton today. Do the alignment just fine After Silverdale did it three times and failed making the car dangerous to drive. They failed so badly.
