I occasionally compared estimates and Kens always had the best price. Since the service was good and the repairs were good, I never really thought much about it. Then I bought a VW ............ (Kens does not work on VW's, or at least the kind I have). In the last few years I have switched mechanics several times and most of them have been awful. With each dreaded repair I miss Kens more and more, I never realized how hard it is to find a decent mechanic! The things I miss most about Kens: 1. Competitive prices- accurate estimates. 2. Great staff- always friendly and honest. 3. Good repairs- in 12 years of going there, they never screwed up a repair. My only gripe is that it can take a while to get in, probably because everybody loves this place.

The process was fine, CJ was our salesman and he was easy to deal with. We paid cash so didn't have any experience with the financing department. A week later the AC quit working, and the check engine light came on. It was running rough and jerking. We took it to our mechanic who said the code indicated a misfiring ignition coil. We were really frustrated and reached out to them. Yes, we knew we had bought a used vehicle and yes we declined the extended warranty. But to have this happen in one week didn't seem right. Jarret from their service department replied and asked us to bring it in. We did, they recharged the AC system and replaced the ignition coil at no charge. So far so good, the AC is working and the truck is running smoothly with no warning lights even after pulling a travel trailer to Ocean Shores and back. So I can recommend this dealer, they stood behind what they sold.

As a consumer, I feel like Diogenes with his lantern looking for a honest man. From the first call to paying the bill, they treated us professionally. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue (after a tire rotation before we left, the company in our hometown did not tighten one of the wheels). They found the issue, repaired it, recorded and sent the video file to me for proof of work. Honesty and competence seem to be in short supply in the current times, Demuner Auto Repair and their employees are an example of what an auto repair facility should be like ...honest and competent. They are always super busy but still find time to get us in quickly and provide excellent service without attempting to overcharge or add on additional costs. Recently, I got a flat tire over on Bainbridge but live in Kingston. I happened to be in a dead zone on Bainbridge so I couldn't get cell service. It was pouring down rain. I was able to get a tow truck after walking several blocks to get signal. It took the tow truck a while to get to me and my tire was shot. I was soaked and tired and the tow guy got my spare on and told me to go directly to get a new tire. I drove straight to Kitsap Tire at 430pm. (They close at 5 pm). They checked my tire, it wasn't repairable but instead of making me come back and order a new tire. They had a used tire and put it on right away and I was out the door in 15 minutes for only $50.00! I can't recommend Kitsap Tire enough!

I got a very decent price on my battery, compared to the other places that I researched. I left with a quote for tires because they needed to be replaced within the next few months. I did some comparisons, and I found a better price with a decent warranty. So I opted not to get my tires from this company. I am very happy though with my battery purchase. Shopping around is critical for big purchases such as tires. I want to underscore my point though about the people that work here. Amazingly kind and attentive. They saw that I use a Walker. And they opened the door before I could even get up to the door. They walked me out to my car and put the walker in my car even though I didn't need the help. And then when I had questions that I forgot to ask when I was in the store, the technician came out to my car and spent quality time with me, making sure that every question was answered to my satisfaction I can't sing their praises enough. Oh, and the waiting room was comfortable in the bathroom was extremely clean.
