We discussed over the phone, then texted back and forth to zero in on the problems, the parts and the time for service. On the day, Marvin called when 15 minutes out, and arrived exactly on time. He addressed all the issues in less time than estimated. I like to be kept n the loop, and Joel and Marvin both discussed repair and replacement options and pricing. We recently bought a used 2019 Travel Trailer from Freedom RV. Giovanni our Sales person was great,…read morehe was responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. He even arranged for us to show up at the service center while they were checking out our RV so we could take some measurements! He was from one of their other locations and even showed up the day we picked up our RV to ask how eveyhting was. Newt the Service Manager was also great. Accommadating and even supplied and had the service team installed a Power strip in the booth seating area. Kristen and Elka in the Service office were helpfull and you can tell customer service is their top priority. Justin in customer service was also top notch. We bought a Back-up camera and brought it with us the day we picked up the RV, we asked if it could be installed. Justin was busy however, he did install it for us otherwise my 71 year old husband would have had to climb up and install it. Yes we charged for that service and it was expected so it wasn't a surprise. We were grateful he did it. The hitch that came with the RV didn't attached correctly and he supplied one that would. The one area of improvement - the service staff who go over the RV to make sure everyhting is in working order need to check the rubber gaskets on the over head skylights/fans. When we got the RV home debri fell on the bed when we opended the hatch, we noted the rubber gasket had shrunk and wasn't sealing the hatch. The same thing happended in the Bathroon. We called and Kristen sas accommadating to our schedule to bring it back. The gaskets were changed in a few minutes. Over all Freedon RV is great.

Next took it to blue compass on la cholera rd 3 weeks to get a testament and another 4 weeks to get parts . So zi took it to Merrigans lachollia. My trailer was broke in to took to days to find out a police e report was taken was told it did not appear that it was broke in to no forced entry. Merrigans is say they are not responsible because they have a sign saying that. So again I have to pay for some one else's being not held responsible. IF YOU TAKE YOUR TRAILER THERE REMOVE ALL ITEMS AND TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING SO YOU HAVE PROOF SO IF SOME THING HAPPENS MERRIGANS WILL HAVE TO ONWN UP TO THERE RESPONSIBLE

They made an appointment way ahead of time and sent texts as to when they would show up. I have a 2005 G38J and usually do all the maintenance myself despite my handicap. This repair was more than I could handle. After all, it's twenty years old, things are going to break down. I had a VERY difficult repair to my slide mechanisms that three other "mobile" companies said they could fix but didn't. In fact, one of them made it worse, charged me a lot, then left without returning to fix it. Those three just wanted "show up" money and two of them got nothing. I contacted the state atty and got a refund - a year later. I did some deeply educational homework on my slide problems so I could know exactly what and how to fix it. I ordered the parts from HWH in Iowa so they would be here when the right repairman showed up and I wouldn't be billed an exorbitant amount. Went in to just "look" for a dump trailer but we all know how that turns out. Wade offered to show…read moreus their options. We didn't need anything fancy as we are just using it for personal use, so he showed us the affordable options, didn't immediately take us to the most expensive one that was on the lot. Of course my husband wanted the fanciest one on the lot but I talked him out of it (haha). Wade gave us the prices, and we decided to just do it. The process to finance was quick and easy. The next day we came back and picked it up. Fast forward a few hours we get home and I get the bright idea to get in it and the husband can raise it so I slide down just because I can. That's when we notice half of the hydraulic fluid supposed to be in the tank was all over the inside of the box. We clean it up, let it sit for an hour or so and more had leaked out. Keep in mind this is a brand new trailer, this shouldn't be happening. Monday morning I call and speak to Sean who asked me to send pictures so they could start the warranty claim through Five Star (the manufacturer). So I did. Fast forward to the next Saturday we take the trailer to them so it can be fixed thinking they can just fix it and then handle it with Five Star afterwards. Also knowing that we would probably have to leave it there depending on what the problem was. Wade was at the counter and I told him the issue and he explained what it might have been but he would take a look at it. Jacob, one of the service guys, happened to come into the office and immediately said "I submitted the claim, we'll have to wait until they respond". I get it, but at the same time it's brand spanking new, and it's kind of ridiculous that not knowing what the issue is, we have a $7k trailer we can't even use. Wade was quick to say, "no, let's go take a look, it could be something simple and just fix it". Luckily, it appeared to just be a bad o-ring on one of the connections and Jacob fixed it there on the spot and refilled the hydraulic fluid for us. I would totally understand if it was a bad motor or something that would need to be replaced and having to do the warranty claim. Even if I was frustrated with the situation, I would understand. What this long winded review is trying to say is... I understand that there's a procedure to follow, but sometimes it's a quick fix and I appreciate Wade for pushing to at least look at it and if it's an easy fix, to fix it without having to wait for the warranty process. Because I think it would be utterly frustrating if we waited a couple weeks just to find out it was a simple o-ring. This review wouldn't have been so nice. So, thank you Wade! And thank you Jacob for just taking care of it, and fixing it on the spot! Husband is a happy camper with his new toy :)

After they take your money, you're on your own…read more I paid for an extra warranty, but they still didn't want to do very basic work less than a year after purchase. I called to make an appointment, and a grumpy old man answered the phone. He could not find any of my purchase or warranty records. He then got frustrated at me for not knowing how to work his computer. I eventually made an appointment, showed up and was told I did not have an appointment. He even made up really silly dates that I would have never scheduled. He begrudgingly took my trailer. At purchase, I paid for the additional protective exterior coating. I had plastic falling off the outside (due to a terrible manufacturer design) and was told that was not covered. My brakes were not working, and they refused to give even a ballpark estimate without a ridiculous shop fee. My trailer has stickers, indicating multi-colored lights. I was told my trailer does not actually have them. My shower head fell off due to terrible manufacturer design. They begrudgingly agreed to reattach that as a "favor" to me - not because my warranty covers anything useful. I scheduled a pickup date, supposedly to make sure my trailer wasn't "buried" in the lot. Unsurprisingly, it took a while for them to move a bunch of trailers to access mine. They are terrible.
