Looked all around Arizona for the RV Trailer that I was trying to buy. Every other dealer, whether…read moreonline or in person, tried to pressure me into buying something I did not want. I found what I wanted at Nelson RV and was able to check out the unit right there on the lot to make sure it was working. The price was excellent and the unit was in great shape. Bought it in December to pick up in January. All the paperwork was completed, registered and licensed upon pick up. I overlooked that the system was winterized so when I went to turn on the on-demand hot water heater, 3 months later, it wouldn't work because there was no water in the system as it had been emptied. One call for information to Nelson RV and they said bring it by and we will check the system. Wayne, the service manager, stopped what he was working on and fixed the situation by taking it out of the winterized mode, flushed and reset the system and made sure it was working normally. He also took the time to explain how to properly flush and restart the system. After all the time they spent helping me, they did not charge me for the service. I am confident that if I have questions or require maintenance in the future, Nelson RV will be there to help. I am very satisfied with my purchase and repair service ant Nelson RV. I will gladly recommend this family owned business and will look to them for any future RV upgrades. Thank you James, Dionne, Miguel and especially Wayne for all your assistance.

The motorhome was just as advertised, and Dionne had all the paperwork ready for us. Miguel efficiently handled the delivery, and everything went great. We later had a bit of mechanical issue due to a fuel issue and Dionne and Nelson RV immediately reimbursed us for the repair expense and included a generous amount in addition for our inconvenience. Communication was excellent. Nelson RV treated us great- I definitely recommend Nelson RV to any local or out of state buyer. Well done! Sutter and Weber, Palm Desert, CA

We have been shopping around for a Wolf Pup and found the perfect one at Tom's Camperland formally known as Frost RV ! It includes so many cool specs! Julian and Jason are the best! They are super professional, the location was full of options and great customer service! They are LEO and Military friendly! They even provide RV driving training before you leave off the lot with it. Since we are new RV owners we were so relieved to know that we would be provided training on how to use/ drive with it. This business has won many awards and they are displayed in the lobby. I loved reading about how they help out the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. I guess we wereboth so trusting, that the people we were dealing with are trustworthy. We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. And I don't think I will do business with them next time. I don't recommend this place at all.

My wife and I took her out on our first major camping trip to Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Our trip back home on June 7th, 2024 the hanger for the axle leaf spring separated from the from and caused damage to the axle and undercarriage, including blowing out a tire. The insurance company denied the coverage due to wear and tear, existing rust and stress cracks in that area of the frame. The sales manager (Art) of Lazydays in Tucson said that they are not responsible...... and it's past the 30-day purchase warranty. I was never asked to purchase anything other coverages either. How can an RV business sell a unit that was not thoroughly inspected properly. Are they that desperate to sell units as is without any disclosures. Apparently they are... NOPE. Service STINKS. The service advisor, Stephanie Johnson, was very nice, but the place is so…read morechaotic, it doesn't surprise me that she and her leads undoubtedly have difficulties managing their service techs, ensuring they do a proper and professional job. I've never seen a garage so incredibly and embarrassingly messy with parts, tools, and junk strewn all over the place. The higher-ups should be ashamed and motivated to get their facility cleaned up and organized, but it seems they really don't care. I had my 5er in for warranty and insurance repairs. While there, I made the mistake of having them do a multi-point check on all the appliances, slide-outs, vents, fans, lights, etc... basically all the moving parts. When we finally had it delivered to our destination (we have a service move our rig as we opted not to buy a giant truck), the roof vent/fan didn't work. A ceiling light that was out before we brought it in, still wasn't working. Waste of money. Bad decision on my part. After they did the insurance repairs to the back end of the trailer, they installed the shore cord socket in a cock-eyed position. They mounted it so that when I attempted to plug in our shore cord, the cord wasn't able to hang straight down as it's designed to do. I had to remove the socket myself and remount it by spinning it into the proper position. Not a big deal for me, but what moron doesn't take the 3 seconds to ensure a proper re-install? No-Nothing Flunkies. The worst thing was, when the rig was delivered to our destination, several hundred miles away, before they closed everything up, a plastic tray had come loose in the main room and got wedged in-between the kitchen island and the adjacent slide-out. The tray was smashed and the broken pieces were pushed along the floor by the incoming slide-out, ripping a huge gash in the flooring - approximately 1 square foot area. They didn't bother to make sure the areas in which the slide-outs were to come in, were clear of any debris or objects that could cause damage or impede the movement of the slide. I'm sure the plastic tray made a loud cracking sound that alerted the tech to the problem while moving the slide-out in, but no, they obviously heard it, saw what it did and looked the other way. Pathetic. Never again will we use this poorly managed and calamitous "repair" facility.

La Mesa RV salesman Terry Oresman helped us through the process, and we really appreciated how he listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us different options without any pressure. He explained everything clearly, which made our choice an educated one as first-time RV owners. We ended up going with the 2026 Entegra Odyssey 25R, and it has been a great fit for what we were looking for. Leslie Martin, the finance manager, was also great to work with (extremely organized). She became our advocate as she walked us through our financing, options for insurance, RV care, and maintenance going forward. Overall, the whole experience felt comfortable and straightforward. We would definitely recommend Terry, Leslie, and the entire team at La Mesa RV in Tucson to anyone looking to buy an RV.
