    Pistachio Dipped Cone (Regular)

Super cute spot with unique soft serve dip options and super friendly service. Vanilla is the only base flavor, but the dips, toppings and core options are plentiful. I had the pistachio dipped cone and it was good. The ice cream is extra creamy, like if cool whip made ice cream, this would be it. The dip stayed soft, which is the way I like it. The only thing I would change is the price - $7 for dipped soft serve is a lot and it gets more expensive if you add toppings.

Soft serve vanilla with cherry dip! Yum! I kept it simple but they have soooo many options to choose from.

Cute shop that has a fun little pony side room and a claw machine stuffed with plushie animals. For a soft serve shop, there was actually a decent amount of space. A couple of two person tables. They share their space with a yoga studio so the entrance is the same. A lovely treat post your workout. I ordered a kid's cup soft serve with pistachio core and cookie butter shell, no toppings. It was good very simple but a nice post dinner treat. My friend ordered hers and had asked for a kinder bueno shell but got the cookie butter by accident. It is a little on the pricier side for being ~$7 for something with no toppings (if you don't include the dipped shell). It did have a lot of different cores, toppings, and the different shell flavors.

I have visited the Durham location but this was my first time at this location. The business is located next to a yoga business. I was greeted when I walked in by the male owner. He asked if I had been there before and I told him that I had been to the other location. The shop was decorated very nicely with several tables and chairs inside. After deciding what I wanted I placed my order. I got a cookie butter dipped cone with a caramel core. I also got a brookie cookie for later. My cookie was nicely wrapped and put inside of a cute bag. The cookie was thick and very moist with a hint of salt. It was still soft the next day. I enjoyed the cookie more than my cone. I loved the cookie butter dip but my ice cream started melting really, really quick.

I originally found Simon Says from a Yelp Elite event, otherwise, I would have never known about this cool little ice cream shop! Simon Says is in the city center of Raleigh, so you may get lucky with street parking or just suck up the high parking fees in the parking garages. If you're already in the area, Simon Says Dip This is a great addition to your itinerary in the city, especially on a hot day. Their ice cream is really good and the dips are unique and unlike anything we have in Wake Forest. However, it's the half pound cookies that have me wanting to come back! They taste homemade and were perfectly baked. Crumbl, move out of the way! Simon Says Dip This has MUCH better cookies, omg. I had the Dubai Chocolate cookie and the Chocolate Lave cookie. I regret not buying one of each, honestly. Best cookies I've had in a LONG time.

New favorite ice cream place. Combine toppings with vanilla ocre cream or non dairy ice cream. Our kids love to have many choices for toppings. I opted for vanilla ice cream with toffee bits and chocolate syrup. It was so good. The facility was clean as well as the restroom. The staff was very kind to us. It was not busy on a Saturday afternoon which was surprising to us. We had a great time there and will be back.

Light, creamy vanilla ice cream with tons of topping choices! Plus they have dairy-free options, half-pound stuffed cookies, and candy. When I visited their Durham location I combined too many sweet options and it was overwhelming. This time I opted for a sweet and savory cone with ube dip, coconut flakes, and pistachio core. It was excellent, especially the pistachio core. The cookies were also tasty. Definitely rich and heavy. We particularly liked the Dubai cookie. The employees at this location were efficient and helpful. They seemed genuinely passionate and welcoming. I appreciate the bowl they offered so that I could enjoy my cone easier. Overall, a fun place for ice cream that gives you the freedom to create different flavor combos.

So good...came here 2 nites in a row! Creamy, smooth and rich ice cream. Crazy-good dips and toppings. Tonight was Key Lime dip with strawberry toppings. My son had a chocolate and brownie combination which was pitch perfect. Nathan (proprietor) happily shared his ice cream expertise with us too. Super friendly and warm service team. Neat little shop inside with a courtyard outside with good vibes and a neat buzz being in the downtown Raleigh area.

Went in for a late night treat. They have a ton of options for the base, core, dips and toppings. I went with the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and it was incredible. The ice cream is creamy, the core was stuffed with dulce de leche, dipped in cheesecake and topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I went with the cone but unless you eat your ice cream quickly I'd suggest going with the cup, it melts fast! They also have stuffed cookies and freeze dried candies. The service was quick and there is definitely a theme, I think it's movie related lol not sure but super casual. Highly recommended

This location is great. The First time I went was in the durham location and I did not like it but since trying this location I been a few times and it has not disappoint. Not sure if they just got better or if location was the reason my first experience with the brand was not ideal.

Fun dipped cone concept. The base is vanilla soft serve, then you get to choose flavors and toppings for the dip. Vanilla ice cream with ube dip and toffee crunch was really good. Also like that you can get a kids size!

So excited to get a Simon Says in Raleigh!!! Took a Broughton HS crew for some after-school treats to celebrate our dd's 18th birthday. Sooo good. Be sure to check out their 'secret menu' combos on Instagram. I made one up I'm calling the "Lunch Box:" Peanut Butter dip, Raspberry core, and potato chip topping. I swear that was the best ice cream cone I'd ever had. Seating outside and in. We lucked into paid street parking out front but it may be better to approach from Morgan and there is a parking structure just opposite. Try it out!

Tried this place and it was nice and cute inside, clean and friendly. Good and plenty of options for dips and toppings but sadly only vanilla as the option for ice cream. They did have dairy free vanilla though which was really cool and wasn't expecting. The ice cream itself was a little sweet too sweet for my liking but the potato chips was a nice balance of salty and sweet. I only wish they had chocolate as another flavor.

She has such a wonderful personality and knows her ice cream. I was one of the first to enjoy her Gluten free Coffee ice cream with chopped up chocolate-covered espresso beans throughout. Then George took the cup of this delicious ice cream and torched it for a brulee finish. Amazing, indescribable, and I will be back for more soon kind of flavors! I have since checked out her flavor options and kick myself for not visiting her shop soon over at Iron Works. It is so close to where we live in downtown Raleigh. No more excuses. We are heading there this weekend for a Valentine's Day treat of one of her many boutique flavors. Plus I love that Andia truly cares about the Gluten Free population and offers so many wonderful-sounding flavors for them.

We decided to get ice cream in waffle cone since we couldn't get the milkshakes. I got the Cookies N Cream in a waffle cone My wife got the Cotton Candy in a waffle cone. The cookies N Cream was good but, the waffle cone was not. The waffle cones are the "softer" ones, i was expecting the classic crunchy waffle cone. I just ate the ice cream with a spoon out of the cone. The cotton candy was not good. It tasted like sugar free ice cream. Same thing with the waffle cone as I previously wrote. The service was great! The ambiance was nice. Not sure if we would go back, our favorite ice cream shop is in Durham and I would prefer to drive 30Min to that place. I would rate Andia's ice cream shop 5th in the Raleigh/Durham area for ice cream. *I would say give it a try I may love it.

While the shop itself is small -- offering no indoor seating, though there are a couple small tables outside (and you can always just walk around in Cameron village -- the ice cream is expansive in both options and the flavor it packs. With a mix of classics and more unique flavor options, I have never once tried an option I did not truly enjoy, if anything they have often been amongst the best of that flavor I have even ever had. The ice cream is just so good, the texture, creaminess, and flavor profiles all incredibly well balanced. The shop itself is clean, well decorated, and inviting with a semblance to what you'd expect and desire from a classic ice cream shop. They even pay attention to the details, like using these fun metal spoons for tasting (highly suggested) instead of the typical flimsy plastic or wooden ones common in other shops, which are available for purchase. The staff was friendly, service was efficient. There is also some cool merch which is fun if you're into that stuff. Personally, I am not the biggest fan of their naming scheme for the options, instead of just having a single, double, or more straightforward menu options, they have names like "standard" which is actually 2 "half scoops" (quotes cause they're just small scoops), and then a single which is a single full scoop, or a trio which is 3 half scoops not full scoops, just overall a tad confusing and not straightforward in how much ice cream you are actually getting, though it does allow one to get multiple flavors more easily I guess? The prices are definitely leaning on the higher side, especially for pints, but I feel that is to be expected of "gourmet" ice cream shops, especially nowadays. Overall, I highly recommend for any and all ice cream lvoers, and will absolutely be returning myself.
