    Great experience from check in to check out. The office and wait areas were clean. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and kind. Barbara did my Mammogram. She was very patient and thorough. Thank you to a team of very caring people.

    Plan to wait at least an hour even if you have an appointment. The office is packed and no care about timing of appointments.

    The imaging lady is not personable. she is very rude. I waited 2 hrs for a 5 minute X-RAY. I DO NOT recommend this simon med.

With the state of the world how it is, some people forget about human kindness and decency. This staff was getting it from all angles, people over the phone, people in the lobby just everyone up in arms because one of the machines went down. Look people...... We are just people, we can't control the imaging machines. I checked in with a woman who greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with billing and insurance questions, even though the person before me continued to yell at her. When I was taken in the back (not a long wait at all) same situation, different patient. But the imaging person again greeted me with a smile and went over the instructions and the procedure. He even went out of his way to help me with a few things because he saw that I had to have 4 different scans in 3 different locations. I still can't thank him enough! In the end, I just want to say thank you all for what you do and I am so sorry that some people are just...... the worst. Cheers!

    Absolute trash of a business. They called us on Friday to…read morego over prep instructions for an abdomen scan. They told us our infant does not have to fast. The paperwork they gave us shows an infant does not have to fast. I got there this morning and the receptionist asks if the baby fasted. Uh no? So now we had to reschedule and they expect a baby to fast from midnight to 9 am.

    I had two procedures done in January. i had to pay over $600 out of pocket at the time of the…read moreprocedure. I had asked the desk clerk for a printout of the breakdown of charges for each procedure, my portion vs the insurance. He told me they couldn't do that and handed me a post it note with my portion of the two procedures, so two numbers, but no breakdown of the insurance portion or total procedure cost. When I got the insurance bill I realized they had overcharged me by almost double. I called to get a refund and was told 2-3 weeks. I Waited 4 weeks and called again. I was then told my refund had been issued that same day. Waited another 4 weeks and called back only to be told again that my refund was issued the day I was calling. Asked to speak to a supervisor who was no help. He couldn't explain why I had to call 3x and was told each time I'd have a refund in 2-3 weeks, nor was he able to guarantee this refund would be in my hands in 2-3 weeks, only that it should be. Here we are almost in May and they still owe me $315. Not sure why I they can't estimate closer than that in the first place as they had all my insurance info well in advance. It also should not take 4 months and at least 3 calls to get my refund. Horrible cust experience from the billing side. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of 1 is that the two people who performed my actual procedures were great. I do not recommend this business.
