Like I'm literally trying to find out if I have cancer. I have called them and reached out through their contact that's on their website regarding never receiving a bill. I never received a bill and email a phone call nothing and they end up sending my balance to a debt collector. I let them know that I was changing coverage and then I was about to move, and I was trying to take care of the bill as quickly as possible. So unprofessional on so many levels that I would never go to this place again.

The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

On arriving for my appointment (30 minutes early), I was told that Mayo sent the wrong order (for the second time). I got Mayo on the phone and they were able to get a verbal order and I was able to still make my appointment in time. I interacted with 4 different staffers on this visit and all were helpful and pleasant. I prefer getting imaging here because I pay a co-pay rather than a "hospitalization" when I get them done at the hospital. It can be tricky getting the image order from the doctor (or hospital) to the imaging center, then getting images back to the doctor, but it saves a lot of money if you are able to do it that way. This was my second visit to Precision (was at another location previously) and I would definitely recommend them for any imaging needs.

Go to precision imaging, insite radiology, or simonmed. Terrible people with terrible service at Advanced Diagnostics. Rude from the very sites phone call which should have been the red flag that drove me somewhere else. I was able to make an appointment same day at INSITE and not only were they very pleasant and patient in answering questions, they were much cheaper because they are not an independent service, which now I know, thanks to the kind lady ad INSITE for explaining to me. I saved $170 and a headache going somewhere else. I personally would avoid advanced diagnostics at all costs.

The receptionist was rude and offered no apology. Since their MRI machine was down for over a week the lazy receptionist had plenty of time to call patients so they avoid a trip.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days, they gave me an estimate of the cost over the phone. I won't know for a while if it was accurate or not (which makes me nervous, so I'll have to do an update on that when the bill comes through). The down-side is that it is billed as a hospital x-ray, so it will be more expensive, but the estimate was $59 and I can live with that, about $19 more than the price quoted at the out-patient radiology place. Given that this would allow my doctor easy access to the films I guess that will be worth the $19, as long as the estimate was accurate. The building was fairly easy to find, but watch out for the parking lot, the driveway is deceiving. Pull into the second drive even if it looks like it is the wrong one. I got stumped on where to park. The entrance is down some stairs and the entrance isn't very well-marked, but I figured it out. Once I got inside I got signed in and taken back right away, no waiting so that was great. The whole process only took a few minutes and I was on my way. So, a good experience all the way around. I recommend them. The front lobby looked clean and presentable. Nothing fancy, but nice. The person at the desk was pleasant.
