    I was appreciative when I was given this information but that was destroyed when I was lied to on my next visit.

    This location of SimonMed Imaging - Rome Towers - quality of service is like a yo-yo... . Arrived here, two weeks ago for imaging. again, because its close and it is either Simon Med or Banner. Choosing between the two is like out next presidential election. you don't want neither but what do you have left, nothing!. So, at first things were going well. Imaging went well unlike prior to this place and another Simon Med I reviewed. I left really happy thinking I would give the visit a good review. Then 2 weeks later, I returned to get a copy of two reports from prior visits. One was from a previous location which they had and gave me. The other, they said they didn't have in the system and i probably got it from Banner. So, they gave me the closest Banner location on a sticky note for me to go to. But I went home first. Rifling through my papers, I found a wrinkled up copy of that report, naturally from Simon Med from that location. So, I went back and asked for it again, this time from someone else. Within 30 seconds I was given a copy. Then the girl from the other day comes out and I told her that it was here and in the system. She then comes up with some lame excuse of a lie by saying, "oh, that is because my search set of something in the system for a doctor to generate a report. I looked at her like you would when you were just lied to. I know that because it was the same report I received the week of the imaging back in late 2023. I so wanted to walk over and put that Banner sticky note on her forehead and say, "well I guess that is why you gave me the address to another imaging company!" The two names I dealt with was Denise and the other Sydney. While the Tech was awesome, the other at the front desk failed when I returned for the report. I can not stand people lying to me. I am starting to conciser doing all my imaging someplace else. And Simon Med phone services are the worse. You will have beet luck reaching the IRS than the department you want at Simon Med because they either drop you or don't answer.

    I was very impressed with the service I got at this company. The CT tech was great, friendly,and very kind would go back again.

    Is this place still open? I remember an MRI done here a few years back and the staff was great. The number doesn't appear to work though.

    I had two procedures done in January. i had to pay over $600 out of pocket at the time of the…read moreprocedure. I had asked the desk clerk for a printout of the breakdown of charges for each procedure, my portion vs the insurance. He told me they couldn't do that and handed me a post it note with my portion of the two procedures, so two numbers, but no breakdown of the insurance portion or total procedure cost. When I got the insurance bill I realized they had overcharged me by almost double. I called to get a refund and was told 2-3 weeks. I Waited 4 weeks and called again. I was then told my refund had been issued that same day. Waited another 4 weeks and called back only to be told again that my refund was issued the day I was calling. Asked to speak to a supervisor who was no help. He couldn't explain why I had to call 3x and was told each time I'd have a refund in 2-3 weeks, nor was he able to guarantee this refund would be in my hands in 2-3 weeks, only that it should be. Here we are almost in May and they still owe me $315. Not sure why I they can't estimate closer than that in the first place as they had all my insurance info well in advance. It also should not take 4 months and at least 3 calls to get my refund. Horrible cust experience from the billing side. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of 1 is that the two people who performed my actual procedures were great. I do not recommend this business.

While in the waiting room, I was told I couldn't be seen for my CT until they can figure out what happened... which took an additional 5 days from original appointment date. CT itself was quick and pictures were uploaded to my portal the next day. However!! It has now been 4 days since my scan (and now the end of week) and a radiologist has not read my CT/sent off to my referring doctor. I called SimonMed today and was told my call cannot be redirected from their call center to the actual location which is frustrating because 9 out of 10 times call centers are absolutely NO help. Also was told I should expect results to be read in 7-10 business days... l There is no sense of urgency at this business and for someone who needs to get the process moving faster to schedule a much needed surgery... this is NOT a place I can recommend to anyone.

Ummm...wait a second, I have bloodwork indicating I do. She was the most unimpressive doctor I've ever seen. Dismissing a patient like that was rude and down right unkind. Her PA was no better. On a follow up visit I asked the PA a question and she said, "Oh you're seeing Dr so and so for lung issues right?" Nope. Not me." She asked me another question that was not applicable to me. My husband barked at her asking if she was looking at the right patient on her computer. Totally incompetent PA. Upon acquiring a new rheumatologist, I called and asked that my records be sent to me. It should take 5 to 10 days to receive them I was told. Well here we are more than a month later and no such paper mail has come. That figures. My new very professional rheumatologists office is doing the asking now. My first clue that this office would be an issue was one of the front desk people had her half eaten lunch and a GIANT beverage next to her on her desk. How unprofessional can you get? I don't want to smell that! If you're that committed to your job, take a 15 minute break and eat in the lunch room! The only ok experience here was the blood draw. She was fast and sweet. My last grip is they have you auto sign patient paperwork Saying you are not allowed to change doctors within the practice. They lock you into a doctor you do not like. Very strange and very telling in and of itself. Don't go here. You will not be happy.

    This office is bordering on malpractice -- if it hasn't crossed that line already…read more Getting anyone here to complete basic paperwork required for prescribed medication is like pulling teeth, except the pain lasts for weeks. Three months ago, this office put me through absolute hell trying to obtain a prescription I legitimately need. After weeks of begging and repeated follow-ups for them to complete the required paperwork, I miraculously received my medication. Then I learned they had neglected to process it for six months. One month later, the same nightmare repeated itself. Since the start of the new year, I have new health insurance. That means this office needs to complete a pre-authorization for medication I have already paid them for. I am now four weeks and seven phone calls into this process, still waiting for paperwork that should take minutes -- not months -- to complete. At this point, my only remaining option is to physically go to the office, call the online pharmacy from their waiting room, and stand there until someone from this office speaks directly to the pharmacy and completes the required paperwork. I will not leave until the pharmacy confirms everything has been submitted correctly. Let that sink in: a patient is forced to camp out in a medical office just to receive medication. Can you imagine any competent medical practice thinking this is acceptable? If this fails, my next step will be pursuing formal legal remedies simply to compel this office to complete the paperwork they are responsible for completing. Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates: How many more one-star reviews do you think your office can accumulate before the pattern becomes undeniable? I always assumed medical offices worked to make patients feel better -- not worse. That assumption does not hold here. Read the reviews and decide for yourself why this practice has earned so many one-star ratings. This office -- and its administrative processes -- should be deeply embarrassed. See you tomorrow. I'll plan accordingly, because it appears I'll be there a while.
