I go to the Thunderbird location yesterday and I'm told the last X-ray is at 3 when the website states they're open until! WTH. I'm told to come back tomorrow before 3 and we can do your x-rays. So I go back to the Thunderbird location at 1:15 now told they can't do my X-rays at this location!! What!! I was told as long as I'm there by 3 I can get my x-rays!! Now I'm told there's not a technician available at this location. what!! again!!!! it's just a standard X-ray. so now I'm at the other location. 1st question. do you have an appt!! what again I'm told walk in only for X-rays. She states rudely. well it's an hour wait!! I don't care. I've already waited 3 weeks what an hour!! Simonmed is 120% the most terrible place I've been to. They definitely don't care about their patients!! So don't walk away RUN!!!! Rude unorganized place EVER!!

Disability reached out to Phoenician to get clarification on my husband's disability. Well the doctor didn't have any paperwork from the disability company and had no idea that they had reached out but his receptionist said it was in the computer. So the receptionist printed it out, after I asked about it, and took it back to the nurse. She came back after a time and said, you need to fill it out and then he will sign it. WHAT!? No, I don't have all that information. "Can you use the letter he wrote to excuse him from work?" No because it says, he's in pain and if you have more questions call the office. Again everyone is nice they just don't have a clue and communication is non-existent between staff as well as throughout their organization. Two stars for how nice they are.

I got here at 11:43AM and the door was unlocked, the door from the lobby into the back was left open and no one was up front. At about 12:01PM the lady came back and was like, "How did you get in here?!" I must have scared her because she wasn't expecting someone to be in the lobby. She did my drug test despite it being her lunch time. She was really nice and called me "babe."
