Saw about this place online and had to try it out. I got the ribeye sandwich with a crème brûlée for desert and my wife got the Alfredo pasta and a crème brûlée for desert. I ordered online and went through their drive thru. Super easy process and the woman in the drive thru was super nice. The sandwich was very tasty. It came with a sauce on the side but I didn't need any. The Asian pickles gave me enough flavor. The steak was good, had an ok amount of fat on it, but small amounts are no issues for me. My wife tried the Chicken Alfredo and she loved it. I think it was good, maybe the one-cheese kind of Alfredo called the Cacio e Pepe, don't get me wrong, it's very good, but the chicken probably isn't fresh, and the flavor is good. Not what I'm used to. But very good. NOW, the crème brûlée was AMAZING!!!!!! Totally worth the 4.50 each. Will I eat here again, sure. I'll give some of the other foods a try...but the crème brûlée will be a staple. read more

My opening week dine-in lunch experience was good, with a tasty, high-quality dish at a reasonable price. My beef noodle dish ($10.99) was served just eight minutes after I ordered at the bar, where the service was accommodative and still getting up to speed on order entry. The dish had a tasty sauce, delicious noodles, a good variety of veggies and a good amount of delicious, lean, seasoned, perfectly cooked beef - nice! I only wish the portion had been a little larger. I found the dining area to be clean and recently remodeled, with sound coming from one TV tuned to a sports channel inside. I also noticed a drive-thru lane outside. They opened eight minutes late and the employees took the parking spots closest to the entrance - not cool. I also noticed a 4% credit card surcharge. Amazing. Very authentic & you can taste that the noodles are made from scratch. The chicken Alfredo was out of this world. Everything came out piping hot! The prices are extremely affordable for the quality here and the service was great! Very friendly. Clean and tasteful atmosphere! The only thing that would make it perfect is if they had high chairs and a kids menu for the little ones! Nonetheless, this will definitely be a go-to for our family! I've gone to this place twice in three days and both times didn't disappoint. The first time I went here, I got the chicken fetuccini alfredo and creme brulee. It blew my mind with how good they were. So good that I couldn't stop thinking about it. So I went back two days later to try other things in the menu! I got spaghetti bolognese and tiramisu this time, both really really good. My husband got their special spaghetti carbonara, and that blew our socks off with how good it was! I went here a couple weeks ago with my parents, and what I'd say is it tastes about like what you'd expect. It tastes like drive through pasta. That isn't to say it's bad, it just not going to win any awards for its deliciousness, or delight anyone. I got the chicken parmesan. It needed salt and the sauce had started to break, i.e. no longer that silky creaminess. My mom got some asian noodles ( can't remember) and my dad had a beef stroganoff. We all were satisfied with our meals, but don't really feel compelled to go again. And I think we may have had high expectations due to the owner's cooking pedigree. I should say, the service was fast and very polite. There was a strong sewer smell when you first walk in, so that definitely took away from the experience. read more

I had an extremely adequate experience with this business. First I want to say that the food came out hot and cooked extremely well. It tasted good, and that's really what matters the most. I'd definitely eat it again. The branding of this restaurant is extremely confusing. It is situated by some car washes, and, in a bad way, it blends in as if it is apart of the car wash. You almost wouldn't notice this place was here unless you squint to see the sign. The menu says that the tea is brewed fresh and that they serve lemonade. However, the lemonade is very obviously crystal light. They should be transparent about that on the menu, because it really isn't lemonade, it's crystal light. You don't get to charge more just because you call it something. The service was subpar and I was very disappointed to say the least. For a new business, it seemed as though the employees are already burnt out and don't want to be there. There was 0 customers whenever I was ordering and the girl who took my order was in a rush to get me out of there. She got me my food quickly, which is awesome! But she forgot my lemonade and I had to ask for it. She did give me the lemonade and apologized, but did not wipe the top down. When she handed it to me the entire top part of my drink spilled on me and I can still feel the crystal lite on my fingers. Overall, I think I might come here again, but the service did not do itself any favors and I might be willing to pay more if not only for that not to happen again. read more

REAL pasta! Googled pasta while in Shawnee for softball for lunch between games and found this place. We like to try new places when traveling so we stopped. I had the fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken. The homemade noodles were a nice surprise. The chicken was so moist and tender. My husband got the beef and noodles. I tried a bite. I would have to order that for myself next time. It was very flavorful. The ham and cheese sandwich was no ordinary sandwich. The white cheese was oozing out the sides. It was soooo good! My daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were huge and although I didn't taste hers, she loved it and I could smell it when she ate it cold on the way home. Beef Stroganoff is a crowd pleaser with tender meat and the best noodles. Sumon's makes it easy to call ahead and pick up in drive thru.

Great food that's fast and affordable! We went o. opening week, but they unfortunately ran out (but did manage to make a few dishes for us with shell pasta only.) We knew the sauces were great, but waited to come back for the real deal. And it did not disappoint! We had the Fettuccine Alfredo and Bolognese and both were excellent. Got the macaroni and cheese, really no flavor in the sauce, no flavor of cheese at all. The container it was served in made it less appetizing as it as in a large container with just a single layer of small shells. I have to admit I was intrigued once I noticed it was going to be pasta with a drive thru twist. So far I have tried the Alfredo, Stroganoff and Spaghetti w/ Meatballs. All three had fantastic flavor and a great value for the portions. All three dishes were consistently al dente or as close to the tooth as you could get for pasta on the go. Places like this establishment are a joy to frequent because you're getting so much more enjoyment out of the meal. There are so many quick fix food places in the area that you end up paying a lot and receiving little to no service or care both with food and as a customer. Simon's is definitely putting their best foot forward to serve you authentic, fresh pasta. Only drawback and this can be corrected is the menu size and presentation. The pictures of the dishes leave you a little uncertain and some of the descriptions aren't correct. Don't let that first impression deter you from trying this pasta. read more

Simon's has outstanding made from scratch pasta at a reasonable price! My fiancé and I get the Beef Stroganoff and Beef Noodles; they are both made fresh every time and the meat is cooked to be juicy and has unrivaled quality compared to similar restaurants. Real, fresh pasta. Traditional and authentic preparation. And desserts better than most fine dining in town. This place is absolutely incredible. The chef clearly knows how to properly prepare the dishes. The Spaghetti Carbonara special didn't have cream or chicken added like many restaurants do to cut corners or cover up mediocre ingredients. It was pasta, bacon, and cheese emulsified into the most delicious sauce. Better than many sit-down Italian restaurants in town. Also had the Beef Stroganoff last week and it was just as delicious. So happy to see a local restaurant not cutting corners simply because it's drive-thru. This place might well become a weekly stop for me and my family. read more

I heard about this place last week and got lucky enough to stumble upon the location during the grand opening week. The spaghetti bolognese was very good I honestly would never have thought that I would have gotten it through a drive thru.
