I don't understand the negative reviews. I bought from Ron in June and had a great experience. Beautiful hand made motorcycle. I talked to him on the phone, we were tinkering about the price when I decided his asking price was fair. These bikes are not cheap they are pure quality. I didn't discuss politics with Ron, he treated me very nice and now it's Septembr and everytime I start my bike up I turn heads. If i am blessed i will get another. We both wore our BLM Tee Shirts and were treated very unprofessional and were given poor service so we decided not to purchase from SIMMS. We have lived in Hayward over 20 years because of its beautiful diversity. I cant believe that such a RACIST business is located here in this beautiful diverse city. Haywards Mission has always been"NO ROOM FOR RACISM". My husband and I both have file complaints against this RACIST Company. How can you obtain a business license and treat you customer. About 2 months ago, a friend and I go into the showroom to PURCHASE a Harley Roadglide my mechanic (older Hells Angel member) saw in the showroom. I brought 15k cash to initiate the purchase. I approached the guy at the counter and asked how much was the Harley and he told me NOTHING in the showroom was for sale at this time!! Keep in mind my mechanic had inquired about the bike a few days prior to me arriving to the showroom. He left us there with no explanation or suggestions. I owned a Condo looking down at this place and always wanted to go in. And the first time I go in and willing to purchase, I was treated like they didn't want my business. I'm giving them 1 star because they have some nice looking bikes here. But I take that they're not for sale. read more

When you say Ron Simms you're saying the Best, I've been going to Simms for Years for my bikes services and repairs along with Custom work to my bike. Had my bars installed with the wires ran inside the bars, had a set of PM Wheels and PM brakes installed all the way around. The list goes on and on, alway have gotten Great service and prices hands down. They also do oil changes, sell and install tires and any service your bike can need. read more

I own one of these master pieces of rolling ART from Simms. The service Ron provides is second to none. I am a person of color (Mexican) to be exact. Every time I called the shop with questions he was there to answer them or his son got on the phone. I broke the rear fender when I first bought my bike I didn't put enough air in the air bag clearly my fault. I called the shop Ron answered it, I told him what I did, he told to take the fender off the and mail it to him or I could bring the bike back and it would be taken care of. To my surprise he didn't charge me a dime 0 $$!! NOW THATS SERVICE!! When you own one of these bikes it's a very prestige group you belong to. It doesn't matter what bike show you go to from Sturgis to Daytona, you can tell some one, my bike is the Simms outside and there's no mistake what bike your talking about, they will know which one is yours out of the thousands of bikes there at the event. These bikes are like driving Ferrari Enzo's that's the attention they get, hands down best customer service out there. Bike do what they are made to do, "FAST, LOW AND LOUD" and get a TON OF ATTENTION!! He only uses the best parts out there PM performance machine parts and he builds his own motors THUG Motors I had 131" THUG WOW 131 cubic inches of motor, they produce a SHIT LOAD OF HORSE POWER!!! All these people that give bad reviews about over charging are bargin hunters CHEAP ASSES! Like the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Once you buy a bike and walk out the door of Simms the sale doesn't end there for them, that's where the sale/customer service begins you are part of their family, they will take care of their customers HANDS DOWN!!! It didn't matter what bike show I saw them at. Ron and the team always recognized me and talked to me and asked about the bike and how it was running.
