Had a perfect day wine tasting on this rainy day. The outdoor tables were all covered with big umbrellas as well as heat lamps at each table. We were greeted warmly by their staff. Lisa was our host and she could not have been nicer. Lisa is well educated with all of the wines Simi offers. And the pizza....OMG, it was absolutely scrumptious- hats off to the chef! So many of the wines we tasted were great- I especially fell for their Brut Rose bubbly. As were were leaving with the wines we purchased, Lisa handed us each a mini box of delicious sweet bites. I usually visit Simi on a hot weather day as the beautiful redwoods provide much shade- they also provided some protection in the rain today. What a wonderful afternoon we enjoyed at Simi!

Home made delicious Pizza yum!

This place should be rated 5 STARS! Amazing winery with OUTSTANDING service. The wine was wonderful, and their pizza was sooooo gooood!! You're surrounded by nature, beautiful trees and a nice fountain when seated outside If you're looking for a place to RELAX...wind down ...then This place is your spot. FYI ... I only leave reviews on Yelp when I am Blown away by the experience. & This place was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Thank you SIMI winery

Amazing place for wine tasting. Beautiful back patio. We came with a small group the sommelier was amazing. He offered a taste experience with different types of wine glasses. Interesting experience. Very nice people there. The wine was fantastic and so was the charcuterie all the cheeses and preserves were off the chain especially the rhubarb on the far left...amazing. Oh and they bring out a special popcorn which is to die for. It's seasoned with smoked fennel and it just paired so well with the tasting. Amazing place can't wait to come back again

Tasting: $5 (Any 4 wines); $14 Reserve Tasting (6 wines) * Applied back toward bottle purchase. * Prices as of July 2007 Famous for: Cabernet Sauvignon Worth another visit? Yes. Located just a few blocks north of downtown Healdsburg, the building, surrounded by trees, is nice, but not as scenic as other Sonoma wineries. Although they do have picnic area, I would picnic at other wineries. On the weekends, the greeter, who welcomes you at the door, could speak Japanese! As for their wine, I consider Simi's 2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ($27) to be a nice cheaper alternative to Silver Oak's 2002 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon ($60). Silver Oak felt more complex, but Simi was pretty good too. PRICE: I believe Simi's reserves are not sold outside of their winery, but their regular Cab is sold at Costco and Trader Joe's. I've bought one at TJ's for $20. Visa Signature band card will get you complimentary tasting.

This tasting room was perfect for our large group. I recommend making reservations. Our host, Ursula, was just lovely! She is exceptionally knowledgeable with the local wines and area. She was a delight! Cheers!

Reasonable wine tasting @ SIMI $10 for Five kind of wine tasting or $3 for individuals tasting. We purchased Petit Sirah that only available at the winery.

My husband and I had a great tasting at Simi Winery. Nadine was our tasting guide and she was knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy. The fact that she never once pressured us to become wine club members is one of the main reasons we decided to sign up for the membership. She walked us through each wine, let us take our time, and shared with us some of her favorite local spots/recommendations. It was a great experience and we purchased their sparkling wine, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. If we ever come back to the area, we'd love to bring our friends and family to Simi to experience a non-pretentious, accessible tasting experience. Your tasting fee is waved if you buy a few bottles, but even if you don't buy bottles I think the tasting was around $20 bucks (on the low end) so it's definitely a must try!

Beautiful Oasis just north of Healdsburg.

We swung by Simi on a recent local's night and had a great time. The event was free and their wines were half-price. They had a jazz combo and some great fish chowder. We sat outside under the redwoods, sipped our Chard and hung out with other Sonomans (I think that's what we would be called). The winery is beautiful with a nice fountain, great trees and gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wow, great wines? Great tour

Used Groupon for reservations, four of us on a private tour. WOW, best ever tour and wine was excellent. I may do again and take another couple.

This place is great! A pleasant change of pace from some of the wineries you might visit. Heavily wooded with a fountain and shade, this is a great place to visit in the middle of the day if it's hot outside. The wine was great but the food and service was even better, with lots of safety measures in place for Covid. These guys are clearly working hard to ensure a safe environment for their guests. I think if there was one thing I'd wish was different was their use of bottled water. Instead of filtered tap water, they provide plastic water bottles. They even poured out bottled water for a dog! In a time when plastic use is so rampant and damaging for the environment, I wish they'd switch to using less plastic. But overall, a great experience.

She also brought out a plate of locally crafted pastries for us to pair with our wine. The wine itself was very tasty and smooth, we bought a couple of bottles to share in Downtown Healdsburg afterwards so we could continue enjoying it. The winery itself is very beautiful and has a stunning view overlooking Dry Creek Valley. They had ambient live music with a tongue drum that added to the atmosphere. Pros: -Dog friendly! -As someone who doesn't often drink, I liked the selection of wines we tasted. -Free tasting of Rosé during check-in. -Beautiful location & views -Charcuterie board looked beautiful and had some tasty snacks and fresh fruits. -Good service! -Nice music Cons: -Even with a reservation, we had to wait 20 minutes (in the rain) to be seated. -If you're hungry, like I was, the only option are charcuterie boards that are $60-65. Pretty steep price!! There are cheap small a la carte snack options, like shortbread, chips, and crackers, but I needed more than that. A mini version of the board for half the price would have been appreciated as an option. For the price I paid, it would have been nice if the $65 Elevated Salumi Plate had more cheese. Eat something before you get here and save money. Overall, a pleasant wine tasting experience in a lovely location!

They offer a beautifully orchestrated zero-pressure experience that feels both luxurious and unpretentious. Our wine guide was amiable and knowledgeable, and the nosh plate was a perfect assortment/complement to the wines we tasted. Oh yeah, and the wines are great. We bought the 2024 Rose and the lighter fruit-forward Pinot Noir. My recommendations is to do the hi-lo experience when in Healdsburg. Come here for the luxe vineyard experience, then schedule a tasting at a nearby small working operation like Tongue Dancer for a view into hands-on high-quality winemaking.

We've always loved their wines, and we're very excited to enjoy a glass of wine in their beautiful setting. We were greeted at the front desk and turned away by a snotty, arrogant, and entitled staff. Never have I been treated in such a disrespectful way. We didn't have a reservation and were not allowed to even order a glass of wine. We were told we could walk through the garden but "make sure you don't sit on any of the furniture". It was delivered in such a snotty and condescending manner. We ended up going down the road and spent the afternoon at Twomey. We discovered our new favorite wine, and it wasn't Flowers. They lost 4 lifetime customers today all due to a snotty staff and a most unwelcoming vibe. I'd suggest you open up some slots for walk ups who may just want to order a bottle of your wine and enjoy it in the sunshine. It's too late to win us back...because now we'll always think of your brand as snobby and arrogant. And, who needs to be made to feel that way when there are so many other choices.

We did make an appointment and we arrived on time, greeted as soon as we walked in, and quickly set up for our tastings with Michelle...who was a fantastic host! As you enter, you walk past the bubble room, a wine and pairing room, which my husband is now obsessed with... good for me though... that means we will go back! Today we just did a regular tasting which included the newest version of their Love wine. A passion project for them with 100% of the wine cost going to benefit up and coming female artists. Another fun thing to note is each year they grant an artist the privilege of designing the label for the Love bottle. We started with the Love wine and then moved onto the Rosé, we thought both of these were excellent and ended up ordering a case of them so we can enjoy them yet again! Next step for the tasting was a white and after that two Pinots. We thought all were delicious however our preference was for the Love wine and the Rose. If you are in the neighborhood and enjoy sparkling wines these two are delicious! The vineyard itself is beautiful and relaxing. You can take your tastings to sit outside and enjoy them while overlooking the vineyards. In the end, we ended up joining the membership, which worked out well because when you sign up that day, your tastings are free and your shipment is at no cost. It's a win win!
