I had a very embarassing tooth in my smile and was about to start a new job. Time was short and the new job too many miles away to come back to the office for the normal schedule required. The Doc. took the challenge and repaired the embarrassing tooth and more important restored my oral hygiene which was in really bad shape. With minimum staff and great efficiency the Doc. and his 1-woman team got me my new smile and a healthy mouth. I went in assuming that I needed a dental implant. But the Doc determined he could crown the tooth to save it. This saved me a bundle $. I have dental insurance so a lot of the cost was paid for. I'm certain the procedures weren't cheap but his staff worked with me and I was able to afford them. I felt I had received great treatment and care from this dentist and his staff. read more

I believe I posted a review in the wrong area. I have been a patient of Dr Fanning for some time now thanks to my brother n law. I have seen several Dentists over the years and for one reason or another I did not feel comfortable with them. Dr Fanning and staff have been just what I was looking for. A dentist who really cares,really listens and can do what you ask of him. He has been able to take care of all my dental needs and at a cost that is more then fair. In fact when I was given a cost estimate with my insurance it was right on and some times less. I couldn't be more happy with a dentist. I love this dentist!!! Best one I have been to since I was a child. Family environment, very pleasant staff who really get to know you and your family. Unlike other dentists I have been to in the last several years, there is no pressure put on patients to have services they really don't need. Dr. Fanning took extra time to go through my medical history as well. Which for me is important as I have MS and take a lot of medications and have a compromised immune system. They explain everything they need to do very clearly and answer all questions in an easy to understand manner. I started going to Dr. Fanning years ago and eventually brought in the other three members of my family and always refer all of our friends to him. He is great with kids, nervous patients and everyone else. I have been a patient of Dr. Fanning's for several years now, and really am glad I switched to him. He is very thorough in his exam, and helpful with suggestions on how to address some of the issues with my teeth and mouth I was having. He has a great "chairside" manner, and remembers things we discussed on previous visits that I had forgotten about. The visit is like talking with an old friend that you hadn't seen in six months.
