From the moment my wife and I walked in we felt welcomed. The staff is all super friendly as is Dr. Kosta. My wife and I both have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Kosta and his team put us at ease. I had previously been going to the same dentist for 20 years and unfortunately it started going downhill the last 10 or so. Dr. Kosta's office is a breath of fresh air. BEWARE, they dont back up their work. i had a few chipped teeth repaired and 5 months later the corner broke off one while eating doritos. i reached out and notified them but was told that even if it happened the day after the repair, i would have to pay the full amount to fix the tooth again. i understand i was eating doritos but they are not tough chips to eat. she didn't stop to ask anyone or take a beat and say, "let me see what we can do for you". just a hard no. in the past i had a similar issue with a different tooth from eating and that dentist repaired it at no additional cost and has been solid for years. which is very disappointing because in the past i came here for two+ years before returning as a patient last year. i was asked to make an appointment to have it fixed and pay again but no thank you. ill be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Unlike the factory like ones in the area or anywhere else that tries to sell you a car to help cover overheard...Dr Kosta has your best interest in mind and will take care of you. I provide negative reviews when I feel that I experienced negative service like in your dental office. I understand your grumpy respond when you get negative rating. I remember that I was told on the phone and at the office that the first exam and X-ray will be with no charge. As I already maintained, my total experienced at Dr. Kosta's office was unpleasant, the staff are unkind and you use antique equipment. I needed to find a dentist a while back because the health insurance through my work didn't cover my old dentist. Despite having a rather high pain tolerance, I get nervous when I go to the dentist. Generally I don't like the feeling of a pick scraping underneath my gums as that isn't very fun. I'm just going to say I got lucky! When I went for an appointment with Dr. Kosta back in December, I was pleasantly surprised how personable, kind, and professional everyone was. When Dr. Kosta came to talk with me, he was very nice, thorough, and was able to make some suggestions without making me feel like I take horrible care of my teeth (which I certainly do not) whereas I've had experiences with dentists who end up lecturing me about something or another and I leave feeling bad about myself. I have found my dentist. Some are good - but way too expensive. Some are good - but their back office lags. Some are affordable - but the do shoddy work. I have been to all kinds - and I believe that Dr Kosta is technically proficient and thorough. He knows his stuff (he told me he comes from a family of dentists). He is Honest also - I have never had the thorough explanations that I get from him.
