Dr. Ferras Mashtoub is the best when it comes down to a root canal! He explains to you the whole process, also when he's gonna put something on your teeth he gives you a heads up if it's going to hurt. Hands down best doctor in the valley for root canals. VERY KIND TO SENSITIVE AND SCARED PATIENTS! I have not had any serious dental work in well over 10 years. In my initial consultation, I was scared. Dr. Mashtoub tried to console me that every thing would be fine but my nerves were shot. Come time for my appointment, I was so nervous. I knew I could get over it but was just initially scared. He was so nice and very very gentle with giving me the shots in my mouth. I did not feel it at all. I was relieved. He was so nice to stay with me an extra minute while I calmed down from all that. The root canal procedure seem to go relatively quickly from there and it all ended well. I listened to a podcast while the procedure was going on so it helped distract me. I got to talk to him afterwards about a few things and I left in a great mood. Overall my experience was great. The staff, such as his assistant Christina and the front office admin Fabiola, are just amazing, so sweet, so kind, and are such hard workers. They are truly the heart of the office! read more

Walking out of a dentists office smiling ear to ear was not on my 2024 bingo card. Dr Mashtoub was an absolute delight. I have been avoiding taking care of my root canal like it's the plague, and after a lot of pain this week, I decided it was time to get it taken care of. Dr answered all 101 questions I had, walked me through every step of the way, and reassured me over and over again that things were going great. The procedure felt better than most cavity fillings I've gotten in the past. He was extremely patient with my drama queen self by making funny jokes and being present with me at all times (my biggest pet peeve is when Denist's spread themselves so thin with multiple patients at once. Not here!!). I literally have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. By the end of it, I actually wanted to hug the doctor... in what world!! Anyways, this was the loveliest of experiences, and I can't recommend Dr Mashtoub and his wonderful office enough. He is officially on my top 20 list of favorite people to date! What an icon! read more

Dr Mashtoub is awesome! He did my first and 2nd root canal. It was an amazing experience! He cares for his patient. Everyone at this clinic is nice and friendly. Highly recommend Endo Solution! Thank you guys! read more

This is for the front desk. She could not care less about patients. Do not reply calls and only check on insurances the day before the appointment? Who would do that? They should check on the insurance on the same day and tell the patients right away if they do not accept. I have been patiently waiting for my appointment but told that my insurance is not accepted the last day. Time wasted. I could find another place to get it take care of right away instead of waiting. read more

Dr. Mashtoub is amazing, simple as that. I was in need of a root canal on my very back tooth. I am a bit of a special case as I have a very small mouth and have limited access to opening wide. I had been told by other general dentists and an oral surgeon that my tooth could be saved but it would be very difficult, and that since it was causing me so much pain it might be easier just to extract it. I am only in my 30s however and wanted to save my tooth if I could. Dr. Mashtoub was so thorough in explaining everything to me at my first appointment and at my second appointment he was able to finish the root canal to completion! It took him 2 hours but I am so happy he was able to complete it. Everything was painless and he explained everything he was doing to me before he did it so I knew what to expect. I am now 10 days out from my appointment, and I have had no issues at all. THANK YOU Dr. Mashtoub for saving my tooth and for being so wonderful! read more

Dr. Mashtoub and his assistant (Christina, I believe) were the most amazing, caring, and reassuring for my root canal. I've never had one, and needless to say, was a bit nervous. Their kindness and friendliness were second to none and made me instantly feel like I'd been seeing them for years, even though it was my first visit. Not only that, but I didn't feel a thing! It was quick, painless, and we even talked a little about our faborite Batman film. It feels weird saying it about a root canal, but it was an incredibly pleasant experience, and I would recommend Endo Solutions and Dr. Mashtoub to anyone who needs his services. 11/10, thank you again for making a worrisome and nerve-wracking experience an incredibly pleasant one! read more

I was in a lot of pain, it was pouring rain and I believe there were 7 accidents in a very short distance on 101 fwy that evening, I was late...very late. Embarrassed to even admit how late.... This incredible team saved me. I was in so much pain BEFORE but it's so much better now. I can't believe how above and beyond this team of teeth saving angels all went to help me. Right before NYE. Great job, nice office, pleasant staff, reasonable out of pocket costs if insurance is useless or non-existent. Wonderful humans work here. Happy with the results too! honest, kind, etc... I hope I never have to deal w another root canal but if I ever do I know exactly where to get it handled at least. Thank you very much Forever grateful. Highly recommend! My general dentist referred me to Dr. Mashtoub for root canal work, and as far as such major dental works go, I had a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment, and the front office was very transparent about the pricing and insurance options. The work was split over 2 very painless visits, and during each visit, I felt well taken care of. Also, I very much appreciated the office calling me after each visit for a quick follow-up. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a nice professional team that greeted me with a smile and made me feel they care about my well-being. I was referred by my dentist to see this Endodontist to get a root canal done. When I walked in the nice modern office I was greeted by the office manager Idle. She was friendly and efficient. There was no wait and I was immediately taken to a room. I am so impressed how clean everything is and they take the Covid protocol seriously. The equipments that they use are up to date. Hand held xray machine. So, I did not have to get up to the xray room and back and forth, in like my previous other dentist. When I met Dr Mashtoub, he was friendly and explain every step of the way for this treatment. He showed me the xray and showed me what needed to be done. The procedure went well. An Rx was given for antibiotics and there will be a follow up to ensure that all is ok. I was max out on my dental insurance so they gave me a great out of pocket discount!! I will definitely recommend this dentist if you need to see an Endo. read more

I'm embarrassed that it has taken me so long to write this review. My dentist referred me to Dr. Mashtaub for a near emergent same day root canal on the day before Thanksgiving in 2019. I was Dr. Mashtaub's last patient that Wednesday evening; he stayed late to perform the procedure. He patiently answered all of my questions before and after the root canal. My follow up appointment was excellent as well. This was the first year of Covid; Dr. Mashtaub was very mindful and very careful about the enhanced need for protection during my surgery and at follow up. Dr. Mashtaub's assistant was also very kind and professional. From my experience - I highly recommend Dr. Mashtaub and am grateful for his professionalism. read more

Dr Mashtoub tu s amazing. Went in for a root canal. Didn't feel a thing. Was nervous since I didn't know what to expect but he was so gentle and fast and just amazing all around. Will be back 100 percent if I need another root canal. Prices are very reasonable too. Definitely recommend. read more

Agreed with all the excellent reviews on Endo Solution Dr. Mashtoub. The clinic is bright, neat and has advanced high-tech equipment. Scanner type of X-ray were taken prior, during, and, after my root canal to ensure everything was properly done. I was well informed throughout the whole treatment, step-by-step explanation prepared me for his next move, I felt I was in a very good hand and relaxed. I even had dinner 2 hours later. Surprised to receive a phone call from the clinic the very next day just to follow up to see if I have any pain or complication. What a great customer service !! What a good experience. The doctor has wonderful bed-side manners and technique. Explains everything clearly, including reasoning for root canal recommendation, and walks through every thing as he does it. He's very gentle, which my mouth appreciates! It's been about a year since my root canal and have had no problems. Very grateful that my dentist recommended I go to a specialist for a root canal since Dr. Mashtoub found an extra root that otherwise would have been difficult to find w/o proper equipment that my regular dentist does not have. When I had an infection in another tooth and was in agony, Dr. Mashtoub again did an excellent job. I never thought I would be so happy to get a root canal. Great doctor and staff all around. As cheesy as it sounds, I would definitely refer my friends and family to him. read more

A root canal is not a fun experience but Dr. Mashtoub and his office made it so pain free! I had an amazing experience and no pain after my root canal. This was my second root canal on the same tooth (first one wasn't done correctly). He made me feel very comfortable and I'm so happy I went with Endo Solutions. Highly recommend this office! read more

I recently had an accident and chipped a tooth and fractured many others. I was told I needed a root canal, and many people told me how painful their experience was. Needless to say, I was a little anxious to get mine done. But when I came in today at the office, i was greeted by very friendly staff, the doctor was extremely knowledgable and kind. He walked me through the process and told me to let me know when I feel any discomfort. And to my amazement, THERE WAS NONE! He applied some anesthetic and it was apparently enough because I didn't feel a thing (besides the drill shaking up my teeth). I am so happy that I had a painless experience and I'm sure if you get a root canal here you will be the same. Thanks again to everyone at Endo Solutions for the great experience :) read more

Exceptional doctor and very friendly staff. Dr Mashtoub was very professional, explained everything in details before the procedure and after, to ensure that I understood what was done and what to do next. The office is clean and organized, his associates were very friendly and welcoming. I did not feel rushed through like I often feel in other offices. He was talking to me during the procedure explaining what he's doing, which I loved. He used x-rays before, during, and after the treatment to ensure that the job was done perfectly. Glad I trusted the Yelp reviews! I had a root canal by my usual endodontist and she wasn't able to complete it instead suggesting the tooth should be extracted. The dentist disagreed and said the root canal should be completed. At that point I turned to Yelp and decided to see Dr Mashtoub for a consultation. He took X-rays and was confident he could complete the root canal. He has a very calm and pleasant demeanor, explained everything in appropriate detail and has great Yelp reviews so I went ahead booked an appointment for the procedure. I'm sure my tooth gave him quite the challenge but he took his time and was indeed able to get the job done. He and his staff were top notch all the way through and consistently checked how I was doing. When it was done, Dr Mashtoub reviewed the final X-ray with me, explained what he did, discussed after care instructions and I was on my way with my tooth saved! I highly recommend Dr Mashtoub and the staff at Valley EndoSolutions! read more

Dr Ferras Mashtoub is absolutely amazing. As a dentist myself I have done many root canals but I have never had any myself. When I cracked a tooth, the pain was unbearable. I called Dr Mashtoub and he was able to see me right away. My tooth has curved roots and I knew it would be a more difficult root canal however Dr Mashtoub handled it beautifully from beginning to end. When he numbed me I didn't feel a thing except relief from pain. The root canal was quick and pain free. He did a beautiful job with my curved roots, saved my tooth and got me out of pain. Plus, he had me laughing throughout the procedure. If you are looking for the best root canal specialist with fantastic bed side manner see Dr Mashtoub. His staff is really sweet as well and he has all the latest technology. I highly recommend Dr Mashtoub. read more

This review is long overdue. I have promised to write back in January but I got so caught up with work. Let me just say that this is by far the best dental experience I have ever been in. I am evidently a nervous wreck especially coming in for a root canal procedure. But the entire staff made me feel like family. Holy crap I can't believe I'm about to leave this review of my ROOT CANAL guy. Dr. Mashtoub. But like. I don't want him to be a secret. I had an infected mess in my mouth, and my regular dentist threw me at this poor Dr. Mashtoub on the spot for emergency treatment. So, yeah, the shots still suck at Dr. M's, but here's the difference at this place versus others: the people. OMG. The people. Each as warm and sincere as the last. The atmosphere is light & easy, and the gentle voices in the halls speak warmly and familiarly with one another. That's nice. But then my big ol mouth got in there, & f*ck. Now I want to adopt them all. They took such good care of me! Talked me through everything, answered my questions, laughed at my bad nervous jokes, & just in general supported me in whatever way I needed. I dont get it either. I mean- I don't like dentists or root canal guys or whatever the fancy titles are. Like. Sorry, nothing personal, but your job is the bane of my existence, right? Not Dr. Mashtoub. I actually LOOKED FORWARD to this dumb appointment this morning! Wtf? Ok. Truth is: we had some important football games to discuss after this weekend. (I don't hold his team against him. Heh) What I'm saying is...if you hate this teeth crap, & need an environment that somehow makes it easier for you to get through the door? This team. Even if you don't like football, he's so cool to talk to, as well as each of his team members. Biggest bonus: my teeth are all a mess. And cute adorable hilarious Dr. Mashtoub never ONCE judged their condition, and made me feel worse than I already do. Nope. Not once. Big points. And like I don't care if it seems stalkery, I'm totally gonna swing back by here if his team gets in the playoffs. And the next time I need a root canal?? I am gonna be so stupidly excited to run back to Dr Mashtoub and his team. Unless his team beats mine in the super bowl. Then I'll come back ready to talk sh*t. Anyway. I can't believe after 40++ years I found a root canal doctor that I like so much I'm gonna sit here in a parking lot for 20 minutes post-appointment, to write this review. Sorry not sorry never going to another root canal guy. This one. Dr Mashtoub for the win. 10/10 read more
