Never thought that I would say I love the dentist, but I seriously LOVE coming here! Such a fun atmosphere, the receptionists, hygienists, and Drs are seriously amazing! Jennifer and Teresa up front are super sweet, funny, and really helpful. Erica is my favorite hygienist! Gentle, sweet, and always gives me great advice on how to take care of my teeth. Dr Eric is also really sweet and was very informative and same with Dr. Bankhardt, obviously! He looked at my teeth, looked at my previous X-Rays, and then came back to look at them again just to make sure everything was good to go! At most dental offices I feel like you don't see the Dr until the end and he basically just "double checks" the hygienists work, but I don't feel that way here. They also have 6:10pm appointments on Tuesday's which works great for my work schedule! They are also super fast. I came in for a cleaning and was out within less than an hour. If you're looking for an amazing dentist, I would really recommend this place! Love love love! read more

Came in over 6 months ago for a cleaning and was lucky enough to be placed with Donna. She is so sweet, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She did the entire cleaning and polish, talked to me about my concerns and did an overall amazing job. I make sure to book in advance with her since her slots fill up quickly and will now only will let Donna handle the pearly whites. Highly recommend requesting her! read more

Not many people can say this....and trust me its taken me a while but I LOVE my dentist! And its not only the main man (Dr. Bob), the office staff is fantastic too! There are always smiles on their faces when I walk in or talk to them on the phone ( I can just tell!). Theresa is so nice and pleasant and willing to work with my schedule. Anne Marie normally cleans my teeth, she's always asking how my son is and doesn't give me a guilt trip when I haven't flossed enough! She even mailed me a pic for my teeth when she had forgotten it in my goodie bag. My husband recently went after a "brief" absence and was dreading it. When all was said and done, he actually really liked the office and was glad he went. Whew! Cleanliness, promptness in appointment time and duration, professionalism, gentle care for my teeth, ensuring my comfort and safety, thoroughness and how detailed the office is (for example, they had a nice warm towel ready for me after I had my two fillings placed. and, noticed my lips were dry and offered me a lip balm/chapstick for me. Dr. Bob took about 10 years off my age by diligently and artistically updating my smiling using new crowns. I had issues with my 30 year old crowns that had semi-precious metal in them. No matter how much I brushed my teeth or floss I could not get my gums to look healthy and pink. It was so surprising to see my gums return to a pink healthy state and best of all have a superb TV white smile.
