Long story short, I was able to get my crown approved after having a State Hearing, and Dr. H completed this process after two year long agonizing journey [implant was another doctor and he screwed in an uncommon Korean brand that not a lot of other dentists use]. Feels so weird to have a tooth again, but he's an expert with high technology in his offices that he knows how to use with precision and speed. His staff is great, too - which is rare to have both...Highly recommend!

I WAS CRYING MY BODY WAS CURLING UP IN PAIN...HE WOULDN'T STOP...so many things happened that shouldn't have ...I feel I was taken advantage of and the dentist still owes me money...real quick to take it from me but it needs to be approved to give it back?..I will NEVER step foot in that office and neither should you... especially if you have any fear...oh and after I was finally finished I told the assistant that it hurt worse than childbirth and she just laughed at me...NO MERCY WAS SHOWN...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I need my widow teeth out URGENTLY (all 4 are impacted) and I made an appointment with them. Initially they gave me a price and I informed them I already had the necessary X-rays for the procedure; they said they'd see and let me know if it would be less later if I still needed another and would need to pay MORE. So I scheduled my appointment and went hopes for the best but when I got there they still tried to make me pay for X-rays and I had to inform them again my dentist had already sent them over and they HAD received them. After this they wanted to schedule my surgery (pre-approval). I asked to wait to schedule until approval because they told me if pay $2,000+ and then based on IF it was approved they'd reimburse me. I said no thanks I would just wait cause they informed me it'd be a max of 8 weeks. After over 2 months I sent them several messages via their online website messenger asking to see if it was approved to schedule because I was in so much pain. They didn't bother getting back to me on any of those requests. After that I tried calling and asking if it was approved and they told me NO. When I asked if it'd be possible to check because it'd been so long they told me no and they weren't gonna call or pursue it. They told me to contact my insurance and blamed them. When I called my insurance they informed me that it was approved THE SAME DAY. They also sent them over the information and verified the surgery center had made no effort to contact them after submitting. After this I tried to inform the doctors I had seen about the issues and refusal to help with an APPROVED CLAIM and got no call back or anything. But can't expect much when they also informed me they don't document the calls they take (the secretary was kind enough to inform me, since they didn't log the MULTIPLE calls I made trying to get this appointment because I was in pain. My son who is 11 years old has a rather complex case with the Ortho. They recommended we get ANCORS aka TADS to retrain the JAW, (we have/had an underbite) as the first faze face mask did not work. We went to multiple Oral Surgeons for consults. I had heard many stories online about the different cultures of offices here in our community. I dived right in. It took me months to decided. It was an investment. Not many Drs are educated in this particular SURGERY!! Ramsey is tho! He is so educated and so YOUNG!! I loved how Ramseys office had a very comfortable vibe to it. The surgeon had his regular assistant and she was so nurturing to my child. Every time we went in she was there!! I loved the consistency!! Ana became like my son's MAMA DURING THE SURGERY!! Dr. Clark explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what he was saying! I like that! He was oh so professional and sure knows what he is talking about. He will be me and my family's Dentist forever! I told him of my husband's cancer and he shared with me about a person who had almost identical looking cancer in the same spot. He gave me hope for my husband being healed like that person was. He shared no personal information about that person but I have hope that my husband will be healed. He is a believer in Jesus and I trust him implicitly! He gave me hope, information, kindness, and a feeling of security. Thank you God for this Dentist! He chatted with us awhile and I like him a lot! Then there is Natasha, don't you just love her name? She is Dr. Clark's Dental Assistant and she is wonderful! She is very gentle and you feel like you have known her your entire life! She took an X-ray of one of my teeth that had been giving me pain. Since I have a gagging reflex she had another Assistant help her by pushing the button on the X-ray machine while she inserted the X-ray. Therefore it was in such a small time that my gagging reflex did not kick in. Natasha is thoughtful, accommodating and gentle. I like her. She is down to earth. She cleans all the instruments right after use too. She sanitizes them. The office girls are outstanding. They are accurate in their job and ensure their Doctor's have no worries about anything. There is Kimberly who makes sure her office runs smoothly. She is very personable and has the patience of a Saint. She really works with you and she appears to be a multitasker. I swear she has octopus hands doing many things at once . She does her work very well. Carolina is so sweet. We wanted to see Snoopy and she brought him to us and she came with snacks for us to feed him. Shortly after was when we met Dr. Jay that brought Snoopy back for us to see. Excellent experience with Dr. Abelson and his staff. I went…read morein for a consultation due to gum recession around my front lower teeth. Dr. Abelson recommended a gum graft. He took time to examine my gums and thoroughly explain to me what a gum graft was and why he recommended it, along with what I should expect during the procedure and the recovery. Maggie, his receptionist, also thoroughly explained to me what to expect and recommended a few things to make me more comfortable during the procedure (e.g. comfy clothes and a zip-up sweater so I don't get cold, etc.). The procedure went smoothly - Dr. Abelson and his assistant Maria did a great job and were very professional. They did a great job numbing the area so I didn't feel any pain while he was working. The whole procedure took about an hour, and I had a couple of follow up visits to make sure that it was healing properly. A great experience - would recommend!
