One thing I will say is that I never ever hardly write reviews but I have to say I have been coming to Dr Solis for about 10 years + now he has been consistently amazing for all of those years. I can't even say he is one of the most, I HAVE to say HE IS THE MOST ETHICAL Dentist ever. He always wants to do what's best for you and he never ever under any circumstance tries to upsell you or push things that you really don't need he's not one of those dentists that's like oh you need a filling for this we need to pull this tooth out for this etc. If he tells you that you need something you have to rest assured that you definitely need it and you can trust that he's telling you the truth. He makes the dental experience a breeze he is so gentle, he's kind and understanding. If he was 3 hours away I honestly would make the drive no problem. I hear the way he speaks to his staff I've been around some dentist that speaks to their staff terribly and he is always so kind to them as well. Rhonda who works the front desk is amazing as well and she works with you and does everything in her power to make things work for you along with the hygienist and dental assistants. I quite literally couldn't ask for a better team of people and even if I did I don't think that would even be possible . They are a breath of fresh air in this money hungry world we live in. It is super hard to find a good dentist, it took our family many years and lots of bad experiences before we found Dr Solis , we even moved out of Santa Clarita for a while and used to drive about one hour one way to continue to get seen by Dr S ! We have been coming to this office for over 10years and the amazing part is that every time we are there he has a new gadget(machine/instrument) so not only Dr S has many years of experience but he keeps up with technology! It's so incredible how clean and comfortable their office is , they do not let anything get old or uncomfortable, I have been to other medical offices that show the wear and tear, not Dr S office! Do I even have to mention Ronda the office manager, I'm sure many patients fee like we do, " like Ronda is part of our family", she is always so friendly and professional but most of all, she treats us like family!! I have been a patient here for about 4 years and got a lot of work done. Fillings, root canal, bone graft surgery, wisdom teeth removed, crown, braces... I have been nothing but happy with Dr. Eric and his assistants. They are very professional, supportive and helpful. One time I got a dry socket, was in so much pain. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They take time to explain everything! I got reminder texts of my appointment, they showed me pictures of my teeth while they explained everything, so that I could see exactly what they were talking about. The hygienist, Elisa was thorough and gentle. I never felt like I trusted a dentist or his staff like I did at Paradise Smile. Excellent dentist, Dr Erick Solis. I found him by chance . Went in with a broken front tooth, he took me in immediately and since then he has been my and my husband regular dentist. He is patient, explains throughly and informs you of what must be done as well as suggest options for future work. I am very sensitive to pain and extremely nervous but that is in the past. I moved to Castaic from Riverside and needed a dentist. I stopped by Paradise Smile to make an appointment since it was on my way home. Rhonda (reception) was out that day, and Dr. Solis actually came out and greeted me. Right away he was interested in what my issues were and what I wanted treated first. I expressed my desire for a teeth cleaning and fear that I had a cavity. Instead of just making an appointment, he actually took me in and sat me in a chair right then to take a look! What?? We discussed what we thought would be the best route to go, and I made an appointment. Rhonda followed up with me by phone. The day of my appointment they took me through the medical history as I had missed the email asking me to fill out the forms online. Both Dr. Solis and Rhonda are extremely polite and welcoming. No one seemed annoyed that I had neglected this part. When I went in, I mentioned that I was terrified of the whole process ~ total white-knuckle all the way ~ and the tech said she would mention it to him. We did x-rays, an exam and he very THOROUGHLY froze the area to be worked on. No pain! During the process he asked several times if I felt any discomfort. Nope. At the end he mentioned that I seemed to be grinding my teeth and offered a solution. I agreed to try it and it is of great benefit to me. Another bonus. I followed up with an appointment for a cleaning. When I sat down the tech asked if I had any sensitive teeth. I sort of laughed and said "yeah, all of them." So rather than sending me screaming from the room, she used numbing gel on my gums and teeth! First time for me and it helped immensely. I also asked if they used ultrasonic cleaning as I find that too harsh and she said they did, but she had NO problem using the "old" method. I wish I could remember her name. She was AMAZING. It is the first time I have ever left a teeth cleaning with NO pain. I am completely impressed with this place. If you have had dental issues in the past, try Dr. Solis. I doubt you'll be disappointed. read more

My 21 year old daughter needed to have three of her wisdom teeth extracted and was referred to Dr. Erick Solis. She has the highest praises for how she was cared for by Dr. Solis and the staff at Paradise Smile. There were no issues with how they handled the insurance she had and they were fantastic with the after care appointments. NO surprise bills or pressured sales tactics. Even when my daughter was concerned about how she was healing up, they calmed her fears by confirming that she had dry socket. They continued keeping tabs on her healing process and even called her to check up on her the day after the extractions. I love Dr. Solis. I had a bad cavity should have been a root canal. Inflamed with pain and going to the ER room on a Sunday was not fun. I was referred by my husbands customer to go see him. My husband and I are in our 60s so when I say Dr. Solis is the best dentist we've ever visited, it should carry some extra weight for the many years of visiting dentists. The entire staff are very friendly and genuinely concerned for how we feel during our visit and between visits. All of them are cohesive and work well together. We can feel it while we're in the office and I can't even express enough how great that feels. Dr. Solis is communicative and gentle throughout any procedure or explanation. He makes sure all questions are answered. Everything is up to me and there's no rush. I had to have some old fillings refilled and a crown put in and I have not felt any discomfort. Because I was given full explanations prior to any procedures, I always know what's going on. There are no surprises. I read one of the earlier reviews who said Dr. Solis 'is patient and works with care and accuracy' and this is exactly the way we feel about Dr. Solis.
