Avoid This Dentist at All Costs - Total Disrespect for Patients' Time If you're considering this dental office, do yourself a favor and run the other way. After waiting a full month just to get a basic cleaning and X-rays, they scheduled me for a crown replacement today. I rearranged my schedule, took time off work, and showed up--only to be told they had no record of my appointment. Nothing. Not on the calendar. No explanation. Just a blank stare and a shrug from the receptionist. Apparently, patient care here ends the moment they take your insurance info. No accountability, no urgency, and clearly no respect for people's time or health. The next available appointment? Two months from now. As if I have the luxury of endlessly rearranging my life because they can't manage a calendar. This office is a disorganized mess and an insult to what healthcare should be. If you value your time, your health, or even basic professionalism--look elsewhere. There are plenty of competent dentists who actually give a damn. read more

Needed to find a new dental place. I get so stressed anytime I even get just a cleaning done. I missed the last 2 years, and the girl who did I think her name was Joana . Far back corner spot, she was amazing! I didn't feel any pain . She was very nice and gentle with my cleaning ! I was overly satisfied! The girl at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The office is very professional yet warm and welcoming. All charges are discussed up front so you are not surprised later as I have had in the past with other dental offices. The dental cleanings are always so thorough. I always leave feeling so good. I am so glad this office was recommended to me. It took me 3 offices before I finally found a dentist who I trust and who does incredible work. Bonus is, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being led to the back for my appt. Such a great experience! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed so warmly on our first visit. Cleanings were great. I appreciate their Covid precautions and strict adherence to policies that keep me and my family safe. All in all, it was a great experience, reasonably priced, and we will definitely be back. I went in for a cleaning today and saw that my prior rating was only a 4 star...it should definitely be a 5 star as I have never had a dentist or a dentist office give such care and personal service on my teeth. Dr. Chen is a big foodie too so it is great to talk to him about different food and places to eat. I just had my 2nd visit at their office. It went smoothly and painlessly, I was in and out for my cleaning and flouride treatment in about 45 minutes. The front desk is always cheerful and kind, and the dental hygienist along with Dr. Chen are knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had the worst experience in this office. I told them I don't want XRay because I just got the whole mouth xray done on my prior dentist and the dental assistant kept ignoring my request. Dr. Curtis Chen then came and told me basically there's nothing he can do if I don't let his staff do the whole mouth XRay. I told him the purpose I came over because I just want him to do my crown and my surgeon can email him the xray right away. He didn't want to accept the xray via email so I finally had to leave. What a waste of time. They're just trying to do the whole mouth XRay to collect insurance money. They don't even bother to listen to me why I came over for. read more

First off, this review is based entirely off the front desk and has nothing to do with Dr. Chen or his services. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ago as a first time patient. I forget who I spoke with over the phone, but I was able to make an appointment without giving them my insurance group/policy number since I was at work and did not have it on me at the time. She said they would call me back the week of the appointment to confirm my insurance. Come the day of my appointment (no phone call yet), I get a phone call at 8:00am (my appointment is at 9:15am) asking for my insurance information, which I gladly give them. The lady says "Great, see you at 9:15am." I get another phone call at 8:15am saying they cannot take my appointment because they are not taking new patients at this time, reason being that my insurance is an HMO and beginning next month they will only be taking PPO. Honestly, I get it, but the fact that this all happened within an hour of my appointment is very frustrating. I had to move a couple of other appointments to other days because of this appointment. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Again, this review has nothing to do with Dr. Chen and his services. I initially booked here because of his great reviews. read more
