The experience was excellent. The service was on point and friendly. Tried the Chorizo, Edamames, Tuna Tartar, Lomo and Coquetón Rolls. The Chef (Chef Ped) personally came to us to check on our experience. Music was good not too loud or too low. Just perfect! The flavors were amazing is all of the dishes. Quick turnaround from the time we sat to the time we were served. The mouse provided by the chef was perfect. read more

Sim - The meal was a strong 5 stars. The Chef (Ped) came out to personally check on our experience. - Asian Fusion Near Me - South Miami, Florida

The reviews are correct; this place is good! I had the Mayacura roll which was fantastic and my wife had the fried rice which was on point and we split the bang bang shrimp which was the bomb! Do yourself a favor and just do it! You won't regret it! read more

I was in between giving this place a 2 or 3 star. I love the location and the place and ambiance is so nice. I also love all the lights and the outdoor location. The food was ok, but so not get deceived like I did. I always go on yelp prior to going to places and about 75% of the food that is on yelp is no longer on the menu. The server said they just recently changed the menu and there isn't much variety. So, to begin with, upon arrival I told the hostess that it was 4 of us plus a baby and I asked for a high chair. She sat us down in the table we wanted outside and said she was going to get the high chair. We waited about 10 minutes because I'm shy and she came to get our order and we asked again for the high chair because my husband was still standing with the baby and she said she was sorry that she totally forgot which was fine , we are all humans. We then got a different server because I guess they just work together and we asked a few questions on drinks because it was our first time here but the server didn't really know much of what we were asking which again is fine because she might have been new. We ended up ordering a few drinks and appetizers and my friend mentioned his severe tuna allergy and asked for the rice salmon appetizer. The appetizers took a while to come and when they did they brought the roll he ordered and we noticed it was red like tuna and we asked the server if they made sure it was salmon and she said yes. The other server came at the same time with our drinks and said wait hold on don't eat that because that looks like tuna which is what we assumed it was. So she took it away and it took about 20 more minutes for that to come back. While waiting they brought us another roll that we didn't order WITH TUNA. lol 2x attempted murder hahaha. The servers also seemed as they were annoyed to be at work or didn't really want to work and I just didn't feel right. The food was pretty expensive for what it was honestly and they charge you an automatic 18% tip which is probably why their service is so bad. Not sure I'll recommend this place to any of my friends unfortunately. read more

Over priced food. Drinks took about 20min. To be made. Restaurant is nice. Way too much money for the amount of food and quality

The restaurant itself is in a great location and very updated. The food was mediocre. There was nothing delicious. I don't think I would ever go back . I ordered multiple rolls and was one of my rolls was taken to another table. I notified the waiter and there was no sort of compensation. read more

Place was amazing! They sat us outside which the weather was nice so it was okay, except for the smokers near by which was disgusting while we were eating. The bang bang shrimp, Korean chicken, and spring rolls were amazing to start. I had the shrimp Pad Thai which was flavorful and had three large shrimp. This place definitely deserves 5 stars with the food, service, and energy it gave off read more

Strange concept but delicious. Where else can you get pulpo and tuna with crispy rice? Cant wait to go back

The food is amazing! Staff is friendly! Absolutely love the restaurant. It's quiet and very enjoyable.

We had sushi and absolutely love it! Great service and ambiance! Would definitely go back an highly recommend

Great concept and location. Service was great, made our experience a lot of fun. Standouts were the veggie spring rolls, edamame (must try), lomo roll and the shrimp tacos. Perfect sharing portions. read more

SIM was a very unique and different spot than I'm used to. The food was absolutely delicious. The rolls were a little bit smaller than I expected but the amount they give you makes up for it. The food was so tasty. Definitely coming back for more. read more

Unbeknowst to us, this restaurant has only been open for 3 months, but was packed. I called and one of the servers, Leo, graciously saved a table for 2 for us which is unheard of since, mostly if not all, restaurants require patrons to be present in order to be seated. We sat outside since the evening was so nice and cool. Our server, Jidda, was absolutely amazing! ALL her suggestions were spot on. From the wines to the appetizers to the sushi rolls. The Pinot Grigio was heavenly, the bang bang shrimp were seasoned, perfectly cooked, and with just enough kick. The tuna tartar was fresh and delightful. The lomo sushi roll was spectacular! A little of everything all rolled into one (no pun intended...lol). What made our evening complete was when the owner, Mr. Trivedi, came personally to our table to make sure our first time experience was an unforgettable one. Needless to say, that we were at the "right place" at the "right time" and will be returning in the near future. And we will, without a doubt, highly recommend this one-of-a-kind restaurant to our family and friends. read more

Cool vibe, great food! The Lomo, Coco Loco, and Crispy were our favorite rolls, but the tapas are great, too!

Honestly such a great place ! Food is amazing and the drinks are out of this world , such a great spot to visit ! Definitely recommend plus the owner Deivys is truly a gem he is so welcoming feels like family :) read more

This may not be a fair review, because when we arrived, there was live music and I'm not sure if there's always live music. But the atmosphere was very energized. The food was fantastic. The service was great. I would highly recommend! read more

I Don't ever write reviews but this place made me want to write my first. The location is small with about 10 inside tables, and a couple patio. Our server was kind caring and attentive. The restaurant was vibrant and the dj made the place feel alive. The staff seemed happy and hardworking; except for the hostess that seemed to have an attitude, never smiling, gave me very condescending tones and even placed down a filled carafe of water ( that we waited a ridiculous 30 minutes for) AGGRESSIVELY causing her to hit the soy sauce bottle spilling over the birthday girls white dress and her newly untouched food. The water she brought wasn't even the still water she sarcastically said she was going to have to charge me. Im shocked as to how she carried and represented herself. I understand people have their off days but being unhappy working somewhere should not have to reflect on your guests experience. *No managers approached the table about the situation* The food was perfectly cooked however half our table was eating while the other half waited for their food, we had patience, the chef even came out towards the end and had a fun conversation with the remaining tables. read more

Amazing food , great service . Chef Ped/owner was GREAT, seeing him behind the bar/sushi station working in with his employees was nice to see. All service was amazing . Definitely coming back . We needed something like this in south Miami . Leo was a great bar tendering knowing his knowledge about the food and drinks. Love this place read more

Food delicious .. service was excellent. You should try the maracuya roll, coco loco, Lomo, and cryspy. Also the coconut smash coctel was to die for. Definitely will be back soon :) read more

Excellent food, not a miss on the menu, which was streamlined but didn't lack for variety. Service was slightly slow but incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Clean and chill interior, music was perfect volume and vibe--could hear myself talk! For the price point, it's a luxury but the ingredients are all top-of-the-line. We will be coming back. read more

One of my new favorite sushi spots. A little on the pricey side but the service and quality is worth it. The overall ambiance is fun and would make a great brunch spot - bar seating, booth seating, and we chose to sit outside. I got the Sim roll (definitely recommend) and the Croquetona roll. These are smaller (perfectly sized) rolls and two had me very full. My friend got the Salmon steak which was delish as well! If you're wanting a guilty pleasure app - try the Papas Bravas, the sauce on top was the best part. I hated myself for not asking what our waitresses name was - she was the absolute best and really made the overall experience wonderful. Can't wait to go back and see her. read more

Don't waste your time at this place; horrible service, extremely boring menu with very limited food options.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Food was amazzzing! Chef prepared a protein roll that was incredibly delicious. The King Cali roll with no rice, delicious! Not on the menu but my husband I diabetic and can't have the rice. With every bite, melts in your mouth. Spring rolls best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back read more

This place charges an 18% service fee THAT DOES NOT go to the waiters. I had subpar sushi. The service was fine. When I received the bill my waitress let me know the service fee was NOT for her and was something the restaurant charged for the back of house staff. Her tip was separate. I wound up paying almost FORTY PERCENT on service. Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the food was not great. What an embarrassment. A complete disservice to the customer and to your staff. read more

Delicious! Highly recommend all tapas and rolls. Brilliant dishes, diverse flavor palate, good ingredients, excellent service.

Sushi is very disgusting , the smell was odd too. As soon as my food was delivered I taste a bit of it I threw it away . 0/10

This place has a great ambiance but sadly they don't appreciate and value their employees. Ever since they've gotten new managers my favorite servers and bartenders aren't there anymore to give me my experience and these new bartenders don't have experience at all just SHUT IT DOWNN! read more

the service was nice but it is extremely over priced for the small amount of food they give you. The serving sizes are less than your regular appetizer. Will not be back read more

If you haven't be, you need to get there. FRESH was the first word that came to my mind. I have tried many sushi spots...sold...this is my #1 spot in the S Miami area. Plus you have the chef live and in person, the presentation and taste is on point. He is doing it right..taking his own style/fusion to make some kick a$$ sushi! Oh I can't forget to mention "SUSHI" (in the chef's voice), you'll get what I mean once you make it over. They have some great happy hour schedules, signature cocktail that won't disappoint. read more

Absolutely amazing. The appetizers were so good, I highly highly recommend the bang bang shrimp it's insane. The food was simply amazing! The ambiance and service was equally excellent. Great music and drinks. Highly recommended

First things first, customer service was impeccable. Sat at the bar and have no complaints. The friendliest and most helpful staff. Would come back just for that. Happy hour specials, can't beat it. Especially for Miami. The food, so fresh and delicious. Had the spicy tuna and south Miami combo, would definitely come back for both. Ambiance is very different than you'll found in the rest of south Miami, great music and vibe but not over the top. Found themselves a new regular! read more

Service was excellent, food was great and decor was very nice. Will definitely be back

food and service was a1, must try!! Nice spot with high end food and drink concepts for a reasonable price

Service was good, food was average but we won't be back because the music was so impossibly loud we couldn't have a conversation at the table. all around us other diners were saying the same thing. Its crazy that the owners and managers can't get the fact that super loud music drives people away. read more
