Momo Cafe is owned by the same family who own my favorite sushi restaurants: Momo Sushi in NE and AMA Sushi in Edina. This place was PACKED. We waited in a line to order that stretched all the way to the entrance of the quaint building. The vibe inside is quite cool but it is crowded so you might have to wait for someone to leave to grab a spot. We ended up only sticking around long enough to finish our food and then left to work somewhere else - it just was a bit too crowded for us to be productive and we didn't want to hog up space for other customers. I was pretty hungry while I was there so I ordered some meat momos. It took quite a bit of time for them to come out as they are made fresh, but they were delicious: incredibly savory and so fragrant. My recommendation is lean very far forward when eating these, one popped open while I was eating it and leaked all over me. Overall, great cafe and a good spot to grab a bite at too.

Overall, the coffee and customer service keep me coming back, but some enhancements to the food offerings would make the experience even better.

This maybe a transition time that they were wrapping up lunch stuff, so that may have played a factor. Ambiance 3/5: this place is small. If you're looking to have a truly private conversation, this isn't your place. The tables are close together, but overall plenty of seating. I tried halal sausage pie - I honestly can't tell the difference and thought it tastes like a hotdog. Also ordered honeycomb bread, tiramisu, and Biscoff milk cake. All very good.
