Overall a very tasty bagel. I was excited to try this spot after seeing all the one star reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by this bagel. The bread itself was delicious, chewy and had a great crust. I think they can definitely add more seasoning to their "everything" bagel, it looked as if the bagel had sat next to an everything bagel. I got the lox bagel sandwich and thought the salmon tasted like high quality salmon, not at all stringy. I loved the toppings as well and appreciated that nothing spilled out the back when I was biting into it. I'm not running back to get this bagel due to the price but it was better than I expected! read more

I wanted a breakfast sandwich before work and remembered my friend getting me one from here before that was decent. When I went the place seemed nice. Typical walk up and order at the counter. There is a hot bar where you can grab n go with popular sandwiches and burritos. There was one person ordering before me, but the place was otherwise not busy. I browsed the sandwiches in the hot box but didn't see a breakfast sandwich with bacon. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel from the counter and the employee kind of rudely just pointed to the hot bar. I didn't see that there was one there, but I just grabbed it, paid, and left. I was so disappointed when I got home and unwrapped a disgustingly soggy sandwich that has probably been sitting in the hot bar all day. I understand that this is an expensive area, but if I'm paying $18 for a breakfast sandwich I would prefer it to be fresh or at least edible. I gave two stars because the sandwich my friend brought me was actually good (hence why I went back), but for the price this quality is unacceptable. read more

I got the Everything Bagel with Sun-dried Tomato cream cheese. It was good, but I had to ask for them to put cream cheese on the other half of my bagel after they gave it to me. For spending $8 on a bagel, that is not acceptable. A bagel with cream cheese was the cheapest option, a bagel with Lox is $25. They kept the bread by the bathroom on a rolling cart open to the air. I will not be going here again. Other than the bagel with cream cheese being $8, everything else is astronomical prices for what you are getting. Great outdoor seating though. read more

Silvers took over the old Jour de Fête space, and while the concept has changed, the interior unfortunately hasn't. The space feels dated and a bit worn, which is disappointing given Aspen's standards. That said, I did love the cute merchandise they sell - fun, charming souvenirs that are hard to resist. Food-wise, my oatmeal was good and nicely done. However, my friends ordered the chicken sandwich and the avocado toast, and neither of them liked their dishes. Overall, a mixed experience with some charm, but definitely room for improvement - especially when it comes to the atmosphere. read more

Way overpriced, no matter how much NYC water you must fly in first class to get there, in no way is a 20$ + bagel turkey sandwich bagel justified. If anything it should have been a full meal (maybe drink and chips) for the price. How artisan does a turkey bagel sandwich have to be? Went there for lunch, wish that I had scoped out the prices ahead, $50 + lunch for two and all I had was the free water. We had the turkey bagel, and a tuna bagel and a tiny 5$ bottle of fancy water. And to think it is just walk up counter service! Hard to believe. We went to see Maroon Bells and all my spouse tells people about our trip to Aspen was "wanna guess how much we paid for two bagel sandwiches...? I guess it does go well with the $30+ for 3 hours parking at Maroon Bells shuttle. I guess I have to gain a new perspective. read more

Silvers is such a great addition to the area and just what Aspen was missing! Since they have opened, this is my go to breakfast and lunch spot when I'm in town. Bagels are probably one thing I eat the most so when I see a good one I know and Silvers definitely has great bagels! A claim unheard of in town for years!!!! The bagels themselves are perfect in texture, taste and freshness. Adding their spreads and delectable accoutrements just elevates them. They also have other offerings on the menu that I absolutely love such as fresh sandwiches and breakfast burritos, to name my favorites. Not to mention, their coffee is great too, with lots of different options to choose from. I always order a latte or cappuccino and it never disappoints! The service is beyond amazing and I feel like the consistency, attentiveness and customer satisfaction is what will continue to make this a longtime favorite! read more

There were trays of ingredients such as slabs of raw bacon just sitting out on racks in the same area where the customers line up and a little boy was touching them. Yuck. After that I was out on food, but my daughter still ordered a bagel and said it was good. I did get a bottle of green juice from the cooler, but it had no label - no list of ingredients and no expiration date. It tasted sour and I ended up throwing it away. Not sure if it had gone bad or just how it tastes - hard to know since no idea what was in it. The food pick up area is the same spot as where you order and pay so while we were trying to order a lady kept brusquely asking us to move so she could give people their food. There is a menu that lists a lot of items like burritos and sandwiches, but these are actually not fresh made to order - you just grab from a case and they were out of a lot of them so don't go by the online menu. I will say that the space has been updated from previous and is cute, especially the patio, so if they can work out the logistics I think it could be good. read more

This place is so refreshing! I'm a local and we love it. I go for the bagels, handmade early every morning! Same price as elsewhere, way better. Then there's so many take home, or eat in choices of meals. The sandwiches are top notch quality. The cookies and muffins, intenstly yummy! Yea the pastrami is higher, so is everywhere else if you can find one. Talk with the owner, He's so open to your suggestions! I will recommend it to all the guests I see each day for sure! read more

If you're not a "friend or local", I would encourage you to do take out. You'll be placed in a corner with staggered service while the owner stands entertaining the Aspen known. Then, they'll fail to bring you water while bus people serve and randomly show up. Don't worry though, for that they have a token hat for you to take back .. or not. Oy vey these are rolls not bagels. Please please bring in a bagel consultant before winter. Bagel is a roll in the shape of a bagel. Order a sesame and literally had 4 sesame seeds. Tough, flat. There are places all over the CO mtns making great bagels so altitude isn't an excuse - Avon Deli, Village Bagel, Di's Mountain Bagels. No argument about price because Aspen is really tough on staffing. But if you are going to be the only place in Aspen with bagels, please make them decently! read more

I attended an Aspen chamber event here today and it was outstanding! We were able to try the caviar bagel, the egg salad, bagel, tuna, salad, bagel, the chocolate cookie, and the French toast. Outrageously expensive, like $29 for a Pastrami sandwich and $5 for a single bagel. The sandwich was good.
