This little bakery and an ice cream shop was a perfect stop for the entire family. As we were looking for a delicious treat on a hot summer day, Paradise Bakery made everyone happy. Their service was super quick, the ice cream flavors were out of this world, and free cookie samples were just as delicious! read more

Good gelato and a nice mix of flavors. Each scoop comes with a small chipper cookie, and adding a cone is less than a dollar. The espresso gelato had ice crystals in it, and so I worry that the less popular flavors sit for a while. read more

Insanely good gelato. Some mornings, they give samplings of cookies as well but I skipped it for the sake of calories haha. Came two times for gelato and would've done a third day but was too full that time. First time had a pistachio and dark chocolate which were both very rich and great quality. Second time was mint and coffee. The mint was average but coffee was good. Also had the cookies and cream which was very very good. Service is fast, efficient and organized. Staff can be robotic when it is very busy but overall was fine. Highly recommended if you're seeking dessert. Two scoops ran a little over $10 but it seems more like a 3-4 scoop size wise. read more

We stayed in a hotel 1/2 block from Paradise. Excellent coffee and matcha! Plus, they have gluten free goodies. We got the ham quiche, spinach quiche, lemon poppyseed muffin and morning glory muffin (my favorite) each morning. We were always greeted with a smile and everyone was very friendly. read more

Paradise Bakery is AMAZING! I needed a last min birthday cake with a very specific theme - Pigeons. They were more than happy to accommodate an amazing cookie cake super last minute and went above and beyond with their art and decor! Look how amazing this pigeon is! I was blown away at how realistic it was and how talented they are, and it tasted amazing. It was a hit !! Thank you Paradise Bakery for such a memorable cake and experience! read more

Without hesitation, I head over to the Paradise Bakery for some fresh delicious food. After finding street parking, I stroll over to the bakery and stand in line with all the other hungry customers waiting patiently to put in their orders. There's cold water available to quench my thirst while I'm ordering a small ham and cheese quiche ($6), an ice brew of medium size coffee ($4.80), and a fresh chocolate chip cookie ($2.50). There's an abundance of different kinds of cookies piled high to choose from. There's no inside seating but there are plenty of benches outside to eat and watch other people enjoying their food. A employee came by to offer some of their sweet treats to sample. Oh, I can't forget their many flavors of ice cream! This place has now become a tradition whenever I'm in town! read more

Paradise Bakery is an Aspen institution and for good reason! The service and food quality is top notch. I visited during a hot day and the Gelato hit the spot. They even give you a small cookie with your gelato. Their baked goods are fantastic as well. They have a varied selection of cookies all of which looked delicious. Unfortunately I was only able to eat one but I plan on working through their other flavors in due time. Their reputation precedes them which is why there is always a line but it moves quickly. Do yourself a favor and swing by Paradise Bakery when you are in Aspen. You won't be sorry you did. read more

A classic Aspen stop that's been around forever. The cookies and baked goods are always a treat. Service was quick and efficient even with a long line. Perfect place to grab something sweet while walking around town. read more

Every time we come to Aspen we always make a trip to Paradise! There is always a line out the door (for a good reason). The line moves fast and you are never waiting for too long. They have lots of ice cream flavors and baked goods to choose from! The ice cream is served with a little cookie on top. They had dairy free options for our son who is allergic to dairy. I appreciated that they were thoughtful and did not put a cookie on top of our sons ice cream when we told them he had an allergy (no one wants to have to take a cookie away from a 3yr old). There is no seating inside but there are benches outside to enjoy your treat! read more

So I didn't actually order anything but wanted to say two things: this is one of the only coffee shops/bakeries I saw on the map that was open late (after 6p), and I popped by after dinner @7:30p on a Sat and the line/crowd was insaneeee so I left bc the line was too slow but obvs it's either really good or just the only option available bc omg that line!! I didn't survive it, I waited about 3-4 mins but the line hadn't moved at all, and I was like the 8th or 9th person (line wrapped inside) so I bounced bc it was late and I had 1.5 hrs to drive. But the vibe looks good :) Wish I could've tried something! read more

Amazing bakery. When in aspen definitely checked this place out. We got a dozen mixed cookies yesterday that were delightful

Gelato; Delightful. we had the blood orange and the toffee cookie crunch. The added delight is the little cookie topper, which is offered with your gelato selection. The staff: delightful, very kind and helpful. The ambiance: also delightful. Beautiful Colors of gelato and the smell Of the baked goods wafting In the air, which is what brought us here. read more

We came here for gelato and we're not disappointed. They had a wonderful variety of gelato and baked goods. I tried their 'Cookie Monster Muncha' which I loved! The gelato was blue with chunks of cookie and marshmallow inside. I got a single scoop and it came with it a small cookie. It was the perfect treat for a warmer sunny day. read more

This is always a must stop. Either very early in the morning for a "morning flory muffin" and a coffee. Or after dinner for some ice cream and more pastries. There is always a line but they move you through very quickly. The staff is so nice. We love this place. read more

Extremely rude staff. Do not come here if you're pregnant and want to make sure you don't consume raw egg or unpasteurized milk. I asked which of the gelato contained raw egg, as some do, and a woman rudely asked "what are you asking me??" I repeated myself and she said "yeah." I said "yeah, as in they they all do?" which can't be true because there were fruit based sorbets) and she said, "yeah" and then turned around and rolled her eyes. This suggests they do not care about their customers and do not train their staff to answer questions without being rude and condescending. Also, my husband paid $7 for a lemonade filled with ice. read more

The smell of deliciousness just knocks you over as soon as you walk in. I am so excited to get something from their bakery now. Homemade gelato! Where have you been? The staff is super friendly. The coffee is good, but not craveable if that is a word. All the gelato comes out with an adorable delicious cookie on top. Their orange marmalade muffin is amazing. I would come back for the bakery and gelato. read more

My family always comes here when we visit Aspen. I am giving 5/5 stars due to their efforts with the small finishing touch: adding a small little cookie on top of the ice cream (without asking for it). Those little bits of extra effort go a long way in my book! Also, the dairy free flavors for my son were numerous here. Usually at creameries, the dairy free ice cream is like a rock and hard to scoop, but here it appeared creamy and easy to manage! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. In the summer they have live music outside. All of the pastries are made fresh daily in house. This place gives the European bakery vibe right here in Colorado. It's busy, but the line is fast and moves quickly! You pick what you want, you pay and leave. A simple, business model executed beautifully. Anytime I am an aspen. I will always stop by here to grab a pastry some ice cream and coffee. The gelato here is so good, obviously, not as good as you would get in Europe, but that has to do with the milk difference in the US versus Europe. For the US, it's really good gelato. They have a lot of different flavors. I've never been disappointed, and I've been here six times. My phone never eats first here. I'm so excited every time. By the time I've finished my food I realize I never took any pics! I guess that's saying something too #sorrynotsorry update: found one picture read more

I was going to get dessert from Paradise after dinner Friday evening and then decided against it because I didn't want to be too full. I told myself I'd get a little victory dessert the next day after the Aspen Valley Marathon. I stopped in to treat myself to their yummy gelato. I had half birthday cake and half Black Diamond Cookies & Cream. I loved the little cookie atop. The treats in the front case looked sooooo good! I wanted one of everything. Definitely returning on a trip in the future. Fast, friendly service. I didn't have much of a wait on the afternoon I went. I was in and out within 5 minutes and my order came up very quickly. Everyone LOVES Paradise! You absolutely cannot come to Aspen and not have them. read more

Despite high prices and a lack of seating, Paradise is one of the best spots in Aspen. Exceptional gelato, incredible muffins, and a very good selection of pastries all around. The real hack is to save some money and buy the day-olds. 4.5/5 read more

This being my 4th visit to Aspen, 3rd in two years, maybe it's fair to say that I'm a regular patron of Paradise. There's definitely a reason why I have to make a stop here every time I visit, right? It's actually more than one reason! The gelatos are my summer favorites; there are usually more flavors that I was interested in than I could eat, so be sure to bring friends with whom you can share. I also really like their pastries, e.g. their scones and muffins. Recently I tried their cream cheese brownie -- I gulped it down after a couple hours on the ski slope. It was yummy though in retrospect it was a tad bit too rich. I was definitely filled with calories that lasted me through dinner. What I really appreciated was actually the mini-muffins -- they were the right size for me to appreciate the various flavors without being too full! Can't wait to be back again :) read more

Lots of great flavors! We got to sample a few flavors from their selection. All were delicious. I ordered the fudge brownie shake and my hubs ordered the mint chocolate chip. We also had the blueberry gelato, which comes with a small cookie. It has an interesting tart and lemon flavor. You order inside, and they have a window outside where you can pick up your order. The outside seating area gets lots of sun and no shade, but there's plenty of seating across the street with plenty of shade. read more

Friendly staff with free sampling. Since scoop for $6.50 can be split into two flavors. I had the dark chocolate sorbet (dairy free) along with oat milk hazelnut (also dairy free). 3.5 Stars. I bought a bunch of goodies back home to the fam....and the consensus is that Paradise Bakery makes okay goods. Muffins were a tad doughy. Cherry croissant was very good with plenty of flaky goodness a bit light on the cherry filling. Cinnamon roll was rather generic. If you are near by this place is pretty good. read more

Good spot for pastries and gelato. Service is friendly. Ambiance is non existent as there's barely enough space inside but really you're here to grab and go. Sampled sorbets, gelato, a brownie and a cookie. Everything is solid. Sorbets are flavorful and tart. The espresso gelato was richly flavored.
